Pulte asked me many times throughout the building process if I thought I was getting a quality home. I would tell them that I can’t possibly know that yet. Now that I’ve moved in; yeah, if this is Pulte quality, cosmetically it’s pretty awful. Can’t say too much about the functionality of everything as I’ve only lived here a month, but the price of the home is not consistent with the quality. It’s disappointing finding new issues on a daily basis.

Cheap material the warranty comes with the home is a joke no body cares after the closing contact the manger warranty and the agent department no body responds when they answer the phone they know what is going on they put the owner on hold I have an issue with the upstairs bedroom above the garage due to wrong installation the temperature is very low and the floor is vibrating when I open the garage door I have been saying and calling about that nobody cares neither response to my emails

There is way too much to share, but the bottom line is that the sales process went well, but not the finishing the construction's final touches. The last finishing touches, such as fixing things that are not done right or incomplete has been a frustrating slow process. Ranging from bad solutions to no (or slow) response. Even 60 days after closing we are still chasing resolution. This is true for us and other homeowners on our new street. Pulte's operations can't seem to get the 'last mile' of the journey completed. Very disappointing.

The PM in charge of my house construction was great. He was always keeping me informed, on schedule, and when an issue happened, he has been always taking care of it, immediately. The only thing I miss is the option of being able to make changes to the house, like the flooring, along the way.

As a first time buyer, I had a very positive experience. Kyle kept me up to date with the progress of the construction. During my walkthrough, he was very professional. He was a pleasure to work with during this process. Kyle was thorough during the walkthrough as he pointed out details and pending issues with the build while assuring me that he would personally see that each issue that needed to be complete or corrected. As the closing date was approaching, he organized all the trades involved and made sure to resolve all pending items on the build. Kyle was true to his word and I felt like I was heard, treated with respect and he made extra efforts to make sure that I would be satisfied when handing over the keys to the house. The house is beautiful inside and out with amazing Mountain Views and spectacular sunsets. Our construction manager and sales consultant were absolutely great to work with!! We are very happy and looking forward to building memories at Copperleaf!!!

Hi, I already completed the survey for our actual home. I think we were a different model then what's listed in this survey. I completed it and then a month later this came and hasn't stopped notifications to complete it. We are still waiting for some items and overall things are fine. Please don't send any more surveys.

Really need to work on what trades you hire for your builds…we’ve had big delays from them or no response at all.. Andy has been great and the only thing trying to hold it together. He’s really the only reason for this high of a rating. Started paying for a home that still has issues.

Some of the paint work outside of the home requires touch ups. The front yard rock is patchy and sparse.

I had a very good experience thru out the process with a lot of communication. That all ended when I closed. Since then, everyone has disappeared and there is no response to cleaning up the left-over issues. Also had a contractor do some work in my house and damaged my three-week-old refrigerator and again no response. If it wasn't for no customer service after the sale, I would have said Pulte was a good builder.

Attention to detail was lacking in a number of areas. Expected a better ‘initial’ condition of the house. Things took longer than expected to resolve.

Everything was great until we filled out our 5 star reviews that they all begged for. After that, everything takes a turn because nobody cares anymore. They got their good review and now it doesn’t matter - maybe a public review will spark some initiative. We moved into our new home 12/08 and discovered a leaking valve on a toilet 12/21. Construction manager wanted to fix it but because of “liability” gets told he isn’t allowed, and we need to contact customer service. We have been contacting customer service off and on with empty promises and zero follow through since then. The plumber called once and rudely says, “I’ll be there in 30 minutes” when neither of us are home and we were not given ANY heads up to expect him. Now they tell me they have no appointments until the 10th. So, they want me to deal with an unusable bathroom for 3 weeks?!!! Beyond that, Morgan at “customer service” is one of the rudest, worst customer experience reps I’ve ever talked to. I would fire my employees if they ever spoke to one of my clients the way she spoke to me. No empathy, no sincerity and just a deal with it attitude. Great neighborhood, beautiful home, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER. Buyer beware. PART TWO: 1/16/2023 we find water pouring out of our master window, down the wall and onto the baseboard and carpet. We call the emergency number like we were told to if anything like this happens.. Emergency line tells us its MLK day and everyone is off, somewhat understandable. Tells me that they will send the info to the manager and have someone reach out the next morning right away (they said manager was Ariel) By 10am we still hadn't heard from ANYONE so we made another call. We were told that a manager needed to review, and they would pass the info on. We waited 2.5 hours for a call back and received nothing as usual. Called and spoke to Elizabeth at customer service, she is beyond rude and does nothing to even try and help. She told us someone was already working the file and she had to refer us to them and she would have them call us. We asked for their number and she told us, "I don't have it, they work in the field." Then she continued to tell us this person would call us within 24-48 hours to check our leaking roof. 1 to 2 days just to have a customer service "manager" come out to look at our issue? Both sales and construction were very helpful and responsive . House has great features except the faucets of bath sinks had issue of splashing that was not resolved despite complains. I hope customer service will take care of it. I loved the design of all Pulte Homes. This is my third Pulte house purchase.

All in all this experience I was looking forward to share from start to finish with my family. It was great and although very stressful at times I do have to say that this is a quality home. However my finally walk through we outlined a few things of which never got closure too yet and hope that they do. For instance the cabinets, contractor tried to fix a door hinge with a sliver of wood and it is causing more damage, same contractor and fridge still doesn’t fit due to adjacent wall not plumb, I advised no more bandaids. No shower curtain rod for one bathroom. Fridge cabinet area off cannot fit fridge in. Bathroom area missing shower curtain Rod in one Kitchen cabinet hinge that was loose never fixed and has now come off, we cannot open in the event that it will cause further harm. Light switch in owners closet was marked for repair, have to press it hard for it to turn on. Bathroom door closer to road is still not closing right as it is rubbing Halo paint in bedrooms The outside wave trim in one long section is different than the entire home. First of all, my experience with Hector, the construction manager was GREAT! He exemplifies the outstanding customer service and responsiveness of a true professional. My experience went downhill from there. There were (and still are) a dozen items on the punch list that have not been addressed by the customer service team. Quite frankly, the attitude of these customer service facing individuals is very apathetic. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. I was told four contractors were scheduled to perform the corrective actions for my punch list. On the scheduled day of repairs, not one of them showed up. I called the customer service person that scheduled the appointments, and he had no idea they hadn't shown up or why not. (A professional customer service person would have confirmed the schedule with the contractors prior to the scheduled date). In speaking with my Pulte neighbors, I'm hearing similar frustrations and complaints. Bottom line is my wife and I like the house and hope Pulte leadership is aware of these types of concerns and takes appropriate action to demonstrate their desire to be a well respected home builder. The whole process was seamless. Everything was explained to me along the way. I highly recommend buying homes with Pulte.

Love my home and thankful to have it but the experience with pulte has been poor. The house took way longer to build than initially expected and communication on realistic timelines were poor. Now that we are moved in, I can not get anyone from pulte to get back to me on work orders. I moved into my house on November 7th and 2 months later I have a window that still needs to be replaced, a cabinet shelf that is still missing and nobody seems to know when it will arrive, and a cabinet door that needs replaced - once again no idea when it will arrive. There's nails all over my roof and every time it rains I have to make sure I sweep the driveway before pulling in or out of the garage. The workmanship on my cabinets is TERRIBLE. Tons of flaws and scratches and issues with the cabinets that I paid a premium price for to get white - HUGE disappointment. When I submitted work orders on the pulte website I got an email back saying I should hear from someone in 24-48 hours. I had to call after 3 weeks without a response and then wait on hold for 1 hour to be told the repair portal was down and I was supposed to email my issues to this specific email. Well I did that over a week ago and pulte still hasn't even been in contact with me. Overall my house is very nice, but it appears that once pulte gets your money they don't care about anything else from that point on. I personally wouldn't buy another pulte home or recommend to friends or family. ... More
