The purchase of our Pulte home was very enjoyable experience. Everyone we worked with were very helpful and took care of any concerns or questions we had. Our on-site construction manger (Danny) was extremely helpful with every question or concern we had! All issues were taken care of to our satisfaction! We are now enjoying our new home!

We've had 2 custom homes built in the past and Pulte provides a much closer "custom" experience than any other corporate builder we considered. We love the development (Anthem at Merrill Ranch) and the amenities are better than we had hoped for.

All the representatives working for Pulte have been attentive, supportive, understanding and helpful. The overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. Overall from start to finish, everyone I have dealt with from the individual in sales, to the person who worked with me at the design center, and to my construction manager have been nothing but absolutely professional and incredibly responsive. This is our 5th new build, 2 with custom builders, and our Pulte contruction manager was the best we have ever had. The final walk through had usual minor issues, but MUCH LESS than our previous homes. Very good experince overall with salesman and construction manager.

As a first time homeowner I didn’t know what to expect during this process. I am thoroughly impressed with Pulte’s build quality, responsiveness, trustworthiness. Our loan officer Fredrick and our processor Angelo were always helpful explaining what was needed and had no problem answering all of our questions whenever we had them. Our construction manager Joey went above and beyond during our build process to ensure that our home was built with the quality advertised by Pulte. He was straight forward and knowledgeable about every aspect of the build and if something was wrong, he made it right quickly. Pulte was very responsive in resolving the punchlist items at the closing of the house.

Overall experience starting from visiting the model house, to handover was one smooth process. Pulte team was very helpful and made things easier. Thanks to the great team.
