The sale person was the most professional and helpful person to start off the experience of buying our first new ground up home. along the way from superintendent to closing, all the people involved were excellent to work with. Questions were answered immediately and professionally. great company do do business with.

We have been in the house for close to 2 months now and absolutely love the job that has been performed.

Overall a great experience; the sales staff kept us informed and let us know when the exact model was available on the lot size we’d been hoping for. Construction was completed on time and call backs for follow up items were prompt and/or reasonable.

The process of buying and building the home was very easy. The building supervisors kept me informed on the progress of my home during construction. All minor repairs were noted and repaired when we did the walk through.

Pulte has a member of their team to walk you through every step of the process.

We were in constant contact with the building manager and he let us know what was going on at all times and let us visit the building site whenever we needed to. There are a few things that is a little faulty, some electrical ad cosmetics but overall workmanship is very good.

I called about some issues I still have and the response was super slow .They told me me that I have to make mi first monthly mortgage payment payment to even go and try to fix mi issues on a NEW BUILD HOME so I did paid mi first mortgage payment and still the issue is not solved that is DECEMBER 2025 I moved to the NEW HOME so a month and 15 days pass UNTILL first mortgage payment 02/02/2026 So they send a guy ( ZEB )to look at mi issues on on mi bathroom I suggested a quick fix did not work I call him several times UNTILL I got a hold of him and I just said they will call you to set up an appointment with the PLUMBER that was over a week ago so I call several times until I got a hold of a lady at the emergency number and after a couple of minutes they gave me a date for the fixing with the plumber that yesterday and the appointment is UNTILL THURSDAY 8-12 noon I CAN ONLY SAY THE SERVICE IS VERY SLOW THE COMMUNICATION IS NOT BEING DONE OR NOT CARING ABOUT THE ISSUES IF NEW HOME OWNERS. Quick 2 week process for the mortgage. Everyone was kind and helpful in getting it done.

Pulte builds a nice home unfortunately some of their finish work leaves alot to be desired.

Not happy with my cabinets only one person installed them. They have a lot of nicks and scuff in them. During walk-through appointed them out, but they’re still there

Construction manager was incredibly involved in the construction process and always available to discuss open issues and their resolution. Couldn’t ask for a better intermediary throughout the process. Morten, on the front end, was also very responsive and professional. Great experience overall.

Some of the paint work outside of the home requires touch ups. The front yard rock is patchy and sparse.

Attention to detail was lacking in a number of areas. Expected a better ‘initial’ condition of the house. Things took longer than expected to resolve.

My sales consultant Joe was outstanding! He made the process seamless. PGP Title was the best. Timelines were met and moving in was easy. Builders team was good and promised to be there if needed but they did not seem to care after to handle important unfinished issues. Pulte warranty, to date, have been poor handling service requests. Very disappointing after such a great home buying process.

Please note I had not Responded to any of the reviews you asked for the review for the completion of the home. Because I'm still waiting for the list of items I still need corrected! or adjusted it's been 3 weeks we provide a list of 5 item's. Since then I have 2 additional item's need fixing. I realize Pulte is working on completely all these new home on my track and the field manager's have dead lines. These might be small matters to Pulte but to a new home owner it matters. The people are great to work with the workmanship workers need to pay more attention to detail

The communication between the builders and the buyer was very poor! Simple problems could have been resolved with honest communication. I felt I was deceived many times throughout the building process. My issues were resolved, but only through a long and drawn out process. Very frustrating!

Sales office was very helpful, thing would have been without the virus problem

While the home by experience was great. Once I moved in, I figured a majority of the items that need to be corrected on our walk-through would have been done. During the construction process, I was visiting the house probably every other day if not every day. After the walk-through, they only fixed or corrected one item off the list for an entire week. Since then I still have 99% of everything on my list not complete completed nor scheduled to be completed and it’s very frustrating. I even have ceiling lights that there is no light switch for so that can’t be used. Very disappointed.

I have been waiting 7 weeks for repairs to be completed. Broken cabinets were installed. Sloppy paint work. Drywallers dry walled over 2 WAP outlets, 1 electrical outlet, 1 surround sound outlet and a kitchen recessed light. The doorbell stucco looks bad, because it was broken to find the doorbell. The repair work is sloppy and obvious. The house was full of sawdust, and not clean. The tile was dirty. Grout is breaking on edges. A private inspection revealed we have loose parts on the roof and extra tiles just left behind on the roof. That’s a safety issue. The insulation was substituted with fiberglass. We were told it would be cellulose. Your website mentions cellulose insulation. The insulation was completed in August or September, but we were notified after signing. We were packed and on our way when I received the email. One reason we bought this house is for the borate cellulose insulation. We want pulte to replace the insulation. Pulte didn’t notify us to give us an option to not sign the closing papers. We signed with the information that borate insulation would be installed. Also, why are they repairing broken cabinets on a new house? It’s new! We paid almost 100k over the price of the house down the street. The house next door was reduced by 100k. Pulte told us they were helping us by reducing the price to 739. Other same model homes have more upgrades, and are 645k, 713k, 709k, 724k, We were going to lose our deposit if we didn’t pay 739k. Our shaker cabinets do not have pulls. We have to kneel down to open lower cabinets, so we can open upper drawers. Really? Pulte couldn’t add cabinet pulls? Not happy with the quality issues with plumbing and electrical. I feel for the price I paid I should enjoy my new house with no issues from the start.
