Overall a great experience; the sales staff kept us informed and let us know when the exact model was available on the lot size we’d been hoping for. Construction was completed on time and call backs for follow up items were prompt and/or reasonable.

Ron was wonderful as our project manager. Great communication!!!

We were in constant contact with the building manager and he let us know what was going on at all times and let us visit the building site whenever we needed to. There are a few things that is a little faulty, some electrical ad cosmetics but overall workmanship is very good.

Lane, the field manager has made this experience so easy. I do want to say that the home is built very well but some of the detailed things seemed a bit rushed and could of been done a little better. That being said we are very happy with our beautiful new home.

Completed ahead of schedule. Sales and field manager were awesome to work with. Design center options a bit overwhelming-would like to have seen more upgrades included in base price. Overall, under promised and over delivered!

I will start by saying I love my new home. The build process was great and the onsite staff addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. The final walk-through was an opportunity to identify last minute repairs and touch-ups before the closing date which is typically 5 days later. During the walk-through several items were marked for repair which were mainly paint and drywall touch-ups. At the time of the walk-through I was told that two to three weeks after move in Pulte would schedule a follow up visit to repair anything that may have come up like nail pops, settling cracks or anything else that may have been overlooked. After almost two months the follow up visit never came. I asked some of my neighbors if they had received follow up visits and none of them have. Fortunately I have not had any real issues. Some of the touch ups that were marked with blue tape were never addressed and I didn't see them until after I closed and received my keys. I was able to take care of the paint touch ups with the paint that was left behind. Some of the drywall repairs were never done but I'm learning to live with them. Granted on a large scale these things are very minor but its the principle that this service was promised to homeowners and never followed up on. Pulte Homes has our trust and the quality is the best. We were kept in the know throughput the build process and closing was perfect.

From start to finish this was a great home buying experience. The sale was simple, design team was patient, and the build was delivered on time. We understand that there are little hiccups along the way, but the project was handled well by JT our project manager. There were a few issues with our tile work (custom shower mostly) that took longer to figure out and a few back and fourth conversations that felt unnecessary. The shooter is still not perfect and if I had to do it again, I would have hired someone myself to do the custom work. Had some construction issues as would be the case with all builders. Pulte has addressed them quickly and to our satisfaction.

I’ve bought many homes and this home is one of the best.

Love the house and experience. Don our superintendent is wonderful, very responsive to our requests. My only concern is home value. Not sure that we could turn around and sell our our house for what we paid - almost like a new car.

we actually started off with J.T. as our site manager and we loved him ! then around the time of our drywall inspection we got switched over to Hector and we were hesitant just because this was not only our first "new build" but our very first home buying experience. however once we met Hector and talked to him for a bit we were relieved at how amazing he was. he made sure to always get back to us whenever we reached out and over all we just got the feeling that he really cared about everything that was going into our house. Hector is just awesome overall and i really hope every customer Pulte has gets the same experience that we got with Hector. The only reason we gave the 4star on quality of workmanship was we just feel some things (mostly paint) was rushed a bit. just had alot of splatter on like baseboards light switches etc. ... More

We love our Pulte home. Well built and energy efficient. The layout is functional and visually pleasing. The minor issues we've had after the build have been handled promptly by our field manager. Really great experience!

Pulte homes are good sturdy home builders, you can feel it when you walk into the home. Insulation is great. The follow-up on getting items fixed was wonderful and very responsive

Buying experience was smooth. Throughout the process there was some conflicting information given about a few issues found with the tile flooring, but eventually it was corrected. Since moving in, found additional Issues that need to be fixed and corrected. Emailed the superintendent over a month ago and never received a response. Additionally, I’m not happy with the quality of the work of the flooring. The tiles are not all level, creating a sense of unevenness all throughout the home. It’s subtle, but noticeable when walking around the home without shoes on. Was also an issue when we had an appliance repair technician come to the home to adjust the doors on the refrigerator and was unable to perfectly align the doors due to a slope and unevenness in the tiles under the feet of the refrigerator. Warranty sucks been two weeks nothing. No email, phone call or phone call. Oh they did call to tell me plants are not cover.
