In Covid Era, Builder was able to get the home ready with few change orders as supplies were limited. The home is build very nicely and we are happy with our lot and all the upgrades we selected.

We were rushed into our new home without many things being completed first. We have had various issues with the finishing stages of the home and the exterior of the home. Paint was not and is not completed to match colors, holes in cabinets, cracked cabinets, dents on facia of appliances, stucco cracks on most exterior walls, and many other little things that add up to a move in ready home, which this was not. They are fixing things as we go but that's not good business practices if you want to continue business. Would be nice to pay for a home that is move in ready, cleaned, not construction cleaned which is dust and insulation everywhere, and everything work before buyers move in. ... More

disappointed but overall nice house

we have a lots of issues at home we called them several times it takes more than a month before they do an action. some of our appliances ang not in good condition not working.

Decided to re-locate my family and build a new house which should have been nothing but exciting but wow was I wrong. Sales was perfect, good communications etc. Closing communication was horrible! Caused delays and extra unnecessary flights only to cause more delays and frustration. Workmanship: sloppy, holes in the wall were not patched, overspray on windows, paint splatters on the brand new floors, lines of paint crooked, floor boards uneven and appear dirty due to the way they were installed, cracked grout, etc. (we moved in over 2 months ago and nothing has been done) Appliances: lovely in appearance but 3 did not work and had to be replaced- microwave, dishwasher and oven hood. WE had to report to Whirlpool top get them all replaced Pulte did not help in any way. Driveway pavers are crooked and look like a 2 year old laid them. Paid an exorbitant fee for a smart home only to not have anything installed, all of it was on "back order" even though many neighboring homes have it installed already. Kitchen cabinets are beautiful but one had a huge hole in the bottom, did they think I wouldn't notice?? Marble slab we payed a fortune for is cracked. I know that the builder was pressured to complete the home (not by us) so that they could meet a closing date which I believe led to a lot of sloppy and unfinished work only to add frustration. AS of today none of the above has been resolved, the construction manager tries but he is overworked and over booked and at the mercy of workers supervisors who simply just don't care. We had a great experience with construction manager till the point of closing of our new home. There were few issues which were supposed to be fixed within the month after closing. But later the construction manager backed away and told us to go via Customer Service. Incompetence is an understatement for their customer service department. They aren't communicative and sounds like they want to finish our call in a rush. We get work orders but nobody shows up on the designated day and subsequently our work order get pushed out.

I thank Stuart, Josh and entire crew of Sales and services who made my house buying experience a smooth one. Also, Thanks for taking care of warranty requests on priority and keeping the things on track.

The one year process was very long due but I understood due to inflation. However we got our keys and the foremen guys Tracey and the trainer were pushing us to sign that they took care of things that weren't complete. Tracey brought me the wrong keys to my home, I did not feel comfortable I was scared ppl still had access to my home. I move in and since walk through I felt it was extremely hot downstairs but Tracey and the trainer said "oh it's fine blah blah blah" and turned out the day we move in I noticed the air was definitely not working downstairs. How do "experienced men" not know if an a/c is working on not when I know nothing about construction and know when something is obviously not working. They made me sign the documents with lots of half butt things done. Broken cabinets, disgusting tiles, broken vent fan in the bathroom, cracked ceiling, all my doors are all ruined due to these careless workers painting the doors and closing them now the paint is falling off and it made my doors look all ugly. It is embarrassing to show my home to friends and family with a bad job done. Now let's talk about the person we have to go to about reporting things, she is calling me crazy and making me feel like I am crazy when we waited a whole year for this home and above all We paid thousands of dollars for a home that is supposed to be"new". ... Finish work on house is sub par. Grout and paint are already cracking/peeling or non-existent in some places and we have only been in the house a month.

Building quality is not good.

Great overall experience and we are extremely pleased with the quality of our new home.

Purchased Corporate spec. Disappointed not able to make a couple reasonable and needed changes for safety and security. I am an 81-year-old buyer. Construction supervision excellent. Communication and responses excellent. Warranty questions and service so far excellent.

The homebuying experience with sales person, construction manager, mortgage consultant, title, and closing was fantastic - no complaints there. All my complaints are regarding the post sale owner helpline. We have terrible water pressure out of the shower head and I when called the number (in the first week after moving in) to inquire if they can look into it and fix the water pressure, the lady made it sound like "it's your house now, it's your problem"!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with Pulte buying a brand new home, They over promised and under delivered on completion date, they can’t be trusted make sure to read the contract over and over again, they can change your material options after you signed the contract and there will be nothing you can do about it! They also don’t communicate with you so your always finding yourself reaching out to them.

Paint is of poor quality and very thin. Finish work is lazy and lacks detail required of finish work, trim is done with 45s in some places and just pressed against each other in others, house was super dirty when we got keys, the ac filters were so clogged it was making a whistling sound because the air was going around the filter. Counter top was cracked they tried to say it was a fissure and then changed the definition through out to fit their benefit. The house was lazily went through with touch up paint that ended up on cabinets and other places that it shouldn’t been on. A substance on our sink that can’t get off, a black spot on our glass that won’t come out. I unpleased by the lack of attention to details through out. ... More

We closed on our home at the end of June after almost 14 months of waiting. During our walk through several days prior to closing, all items that we could readily see that needed repair were noted and "blue taped". On the day of closing, we were given our keys and told that all of the items that had been listed were either done, or would be done as soon as possible. Those items noted at walk through, but not done were damaged kitchen cabinets, including doors that were on order because they had a whole in the front of them, chipped cultured marble bathroom countertop, an outdoor light fixture not attached to the house and a cracked driveway. When we contacted Pulte Customer Care, we were told to submit a list of problems via email. We received a standard "auto" reply that they were busy and our issues would be addressed as soon as possible. We received no communication from Pulte Customer Care, so after 30 more days, we contacted them and were told that Pulte no longer did repairs at 30 days, it was now a 1 year wait. Good developer and great sales team/ construction managers that are very helpful and communicative throughout the process.

The Realtor at the location Erik has been very professional, has a lot of knowledge about the homes and is very responsive to all of the questions about our new home. Lloyd has also done a wonderful job keeping us in the loop during construction and with answering questions about the workings of a smart home and it's functions.

Consistent follow-up by the Construction Manager and the Title Company. It was a great experience.

It was a long distance build and it was a wonderful experience.

The process is great but once I moved in the quality of the paint is bad it looks like is too thin the paint falls off easily the cabinets were in even and scratch . The grout on the tile was missing I’m really disappointed with the price that I pay for I will have to call the builder once I’m back from my vacation

I understand there are delays due to lack of supplies but that doesn’t excuses the lack of quality in work or providing great customer service. I have worked with multiple builders from Dr. Horton to Toll Brothers and Pulte is the 2nd to last builder on my list when it comes to customer service. The weekly updates on the build was very nice, but other then that, it seems like I was a bother. My concerns are not heard, and the superintendent and care team are too busy to help.
