Pulte Homes Reviews in Phoenix Mesa, AZ

It has been almost two months since I came into my new home and have found a lot of issues with different things: kitchen cabinets, doors, baseboards, etc. and nothing has been addressed -and I submitted a report soon after we got in-. I send emails to the customer service team and they do not acknowledge receiving it, I don't know if someone got it and it's reviewing it. I just don't hear from them if they will address my concern or not. It has been very frustrating. I am very unhappy with how things have evolved since I got into the house, very, very unhappy. I still have doors that don't close properly and a toilet that doesn't fill up water; and it took weeks to answer to a problem with A/C without gas. ... More

In all honesty, the home feels that every corner that could be cut was butchered. We have so many issues with the home (doors, carpet, cabinets, paint, bathroom insert, tile, flooring, grout etc etc. Its been a nightmare to say the least...will not do again.

We would like to thank Enrique & Lane! They were very accommodating and responsive to all our inquiries and requests. Pulte is a great builder. We just had some issues with the Warranty Dept and Mortgage Dept. We hope they could improve their work so as to maintain the good reputation of Pulte itself. One of the problems we had on the final walk through of the house was the flooring on the front porch was made of gravels. It was unexpected and it looked so incomplete. This was not presented on the model house, and no one even mentioned that it was an upgrade. Secondly, the location of the gate at one side of the house and the wall on the other was installed all the way at the back of the house. While we love our new home there are shortcomings. The delivery was rushed and felt as if there were numerous items either damaged, not working, or missing or unfinished. We moved in almost two months ago and only one item of several has been addressed. We still don’t have cold running water, but the vast majority are damaged or cosmetic items. While the price you pay is subjective I feel we paid a large premium for a sub par product in the end with slow service after the sale. There are only so many excuses of trades not being available and supply chain issues which is why we rated the experience as average but how things are handled and once resolved to our satisfaction will ultimately drive our final opinion of if we would recommend or use Pulte in the future. ... We had a great experience with the Pulte Team from the beginning to the end of the buying process. Victoria and Jim answered all of questions and concerns right away. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of our home. We would recommend homebuyers to consider Pulte.

Terrible experience from beginning to end. “FIELD MANAGER II” made use sign off that the home was done and was still missing many items pointed out and said he’d be back to finish them later pending a positive online review and once given the review we never heard from him again nor will he respond to phone calls or texts. We literally paid for things that are not installed and the items that were installed were done poorly. Missing grout, paint, doors won’t open or close properly. I Was not living in AZ at the time. I did all my selections via internet. I was told there would be weekly updates but received no information for months. There was constantly a change in contact people. The people I started with were not the people I ended with. Overall the home is nice, but there is some messy workmanship and communicationneeds to improve.

Worst home buying experience ever.

These are very well made homes. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the build, from slab to roofing. Correcting any issues I had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this builder. Great integrity!

Scott was our construction manager and we couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Andrea was excellent as well, getting us started and seeing everything through until we closed!

Horrible customer service. Do not make customers feel appreciated. Took 2weeks for someone to respond to water leak repair

Everybody did a great job we pretty much did everything from out of state and we communicated over phone or through email and it worked perfect and art did a great job keeping us informed and what the next process would be

We had a great homebuying experience from sales, construction, and loan were all easy and communicated well.

During the final walk thru we found problem with, cabinets, flooring, tile and roofing. Numerous work orders were put in but either trade people did not show up or they did not attempt to fix the problems. When you pay 1/2 million for a home we would expect quality workmanship. I believe builders are pressured to get homes built. Our Project Manager tried the best of his ability, but if the Contractors don’t Care then there is not a whole lot he can do on his own.

We have cosmetic flaws, some more unsatisfactory small pea size pit and chipped wood exposed on exterior surfaces the of the cabinets; to minor blemishes, cracks in paint at joints or filled in cracks to conceal, but visible; to a huge crack in the bottom shelf of the wall cabinet likely caused by installation of the under cabinet lights. These have been reported on their Customer Service website, but have yet to be resolved. The cosmetic blemishes can be overlooked, but the cracked cabinet makes the whole gourmet kitchen upgrade unsatisfied and we feel we overpaid. Its been 6 weeks since we moved in and these concerns have continued to be neglected. ... More

Neighborhood and home is super great. There are some kinks to work out with the final finishing details, and we know that will continue to be addressed by all the amazing people working for Pulte.

Home is great and neighborhood is beautiful

Builder uses COVID excuses for 95% of issues that arise during the whole process. In-house financing also does not communicate well or work to make a decent homebuying value. Foundation and framing are good quality work. Finishers are rushed and have poor quality of work.

I was very disappointed with the way the house was turned over to me after closing dozens of things were not repaired or fixed and the house was in disarray unacceptable for a higher and builder.

Please revise your new home very well. I had paint issues, kitchen items installed crooked, carpet issues, electricity issues etc. The sales team experience was amazing but construction wise was not.

The challenge of the supply chains I realize and have built many other homes but it doesn’t excuse the fact of how dirty my house was during construction and especially after the finishes started going in the cabinets had some white dust all over them that has never been totally cleaned and the cabinets need a lot of repair and look terrible in some places a person worked on them the day after I closed and now have heard nothing four weeks later. My floors were not protected and there are many stains on my new laminate floors. The carpet was dirty or damaged and never taken care of I have lights that don’t work the Courtyard has dented gutters a sadly finished gate and paint and construction materials on the entry door. Everywhere I look I find new things cracked laundry sink scratches on the bathtub and a leaking window when it rains. I was told at closing don’t worry I will take care of you by the person at the walk thru and have never heard from anyone again. I turned a lot of these items in on line a week ago and I am waiting to see if I hear from anyone. ... More

Construction manager John is awesome. Excellent at dealing with issues in a timely manner. Quick responses give us peace of mind. Some of the craftsmanship could use some improvement. Pulte is more focused on quantity over quality

Great Mortgage experience, great construction team, especially Jennifer, our overseer of construction. I wasn't able to come to see the home as it was being built due to my husband being disabled, so Jennifer kept me posted all the way with Photos!

Model home are perfect and the house you will not have the same quality.
