The overall quality of the home seems really good. Long wait for home to be built. Finishing touches on home were not good. Home was not clean. Contacted customer service twice and it was a waste of time. Field Supervisor has been very helpful. Moved in to home in October and still have quite a few items that need to be complete, most of which are relatively minor.

Courtney, Sales Rep and Tony, Project Manager were great to work with! They were on top of things and went over and above to get back to us quickly and took care of any issues right away. Pulte Mortgage on the other hand was awful. Delayed responses, held us up on answers had to scramble at last minute to find another lender and so therefore we didn't get our pool and now have to pay more money to have hole dug due to fences.

Overall we had good experience. What we did not enjoy was the options we got to select in design center. Pulte definitely add more options as it gives way less to choose as compared to any other builder of this scale.

Working with our construction manager, Robert was great. He was kind and helpful. Once you are moved in, it seems that it takes a bit longer to get things addressed, but they get done.

This is our second new home through Pulte. So far, we have been happy with our purchase. Pulte does a good job building. The finish has left a few flaws, but we are certain Pulte will handle. My only concern is that the neighborhood should only have so many rentals, but have noticed that atleast six rentals surrounding my home. This should not have been allowed.

Have found lots of paint spots on tile floors and carpet. Painters need to work cleaner especially in a finished house. Also we were told professional cleaners would get house spotless. They need to look for this type of stuff new home owners shouldn't have to do this.

We love our home, no question. However, we were disappointed that the gentleman who took us through our final walkthrough promised that certain issues that were spotted would be taken care of. They were not. Nothing major, some doors needed spot painting, a toilet paper dispenser was missing, A/C documentation was never delivered, etc. We decided to wait until the 9 month inspection period to bring these issues up again. We do enjoy the home and the area, The quality of the home in general is good. We look forward to living out our retirement years here.

The processes was great thanks to my realtor but the house is ok. The tile is not lined up properly in a majority of the kitchen area, seems like it was rushed which it probably was. The tile in the shower is also not lined up very well. The paint was supposedly redone but the redone paint inside and outside had a lot of issues the bump out accent colors were covered with the main house paint and the paint inside had a bunch of areas that don’t match. When this was supposedly redone the painters left lines of pain on the carpet in the bedroom. The fence had a bunch of wiped off mortar and ...
