Pulte morgage got me into my home fast, really fast. They are great but some small thing like laundry door doesn't close and my linen and coat closet doors stick. They said the will fix them though which bring it back up in my mind anyways

Go over the floor plan layout with a fine tooth comb before you go to the design center. Sit with your sales rep to go over every single detail. Do not assume anything. The model may not exactly represent every feature of the home you are having built. .

Construction manager was incredibly involved in the construction process and always available to discuss open issues and their resolution. Couldn’t ask for a better intermediary throughout the process. Morten, on the front end, was also very responsive and professional. Great experience overall.

Attention to detail was lacking in a number of areas. Expected a better ‘initial’ condition of the house. Things took longer than expected to resolve.

Please note I had not Responded to any of the reviews you asked for the review for the completion of the home. Because I'm still waiting for the list of items I still need corrected! or adjusted it's been 3 weeks we provide a list of 5 item's. Since then I have 2 additional item's need fixing. I realize Pulte is working on completely all these new home on my track and the field manager's have dead lines. These might be small matters to Pulte but to a new home owner it matters. Not happy with my cabinets only one person installed them. They have a lot of nicks and scuff in them. During walk-through appointed them out, but they’re still there

The communication between the builders and the buyer was very poor! Simple problems could have been resolved with honest communication. I felt I was deceived many times throughout the building process. My issues were resolved, but only through a long and drawn out process. Very frustrating!

My sales consultant Joe was outstanding! He made the process seamless. PGP Title was the best. Timelines were met and moving in was easy. Builders team was good and promised to be there if needed but they did not seem to care after to handle important unfinished issues. Pulte warranty, to date, have been poor handling service requests. Very disappointing after such a great home buying process.

I have been waiting 7 weeks for repairs to be completed. Broken cabinets were installed. Sloppy paint work. Drywallers dry walled over 2 WAP outlets, 1 electrical outlet, 1 surround sound outlet and a kitchen recessed light. The doorbell stucco looks bad, because it was broken to find the doorbell. The repair work is sloppy and obvious. The house was full of sawdust, and not clean. The tile was dirty. Grout is breaking on edges. A private inspection revealed we have loose parts on the roof and extra tiles just left behind on the roof. That’s a safety issue. The insulation was substituted ...

Home buying experience was great, it was after that was a nightmare. The upgrades we paid for were put in the wrong spot and are having difficulties getting them to fix their mess up. Electrical issues in the garage. Lights flickering while a single device is turned on and I’m being told that’s just how it is, because the lights run on the same circuit as the outlets. Sink plug broke after first use.

The personnel at the sales office, financing and closing were all great! They quickly responded to any and all questions and concerns alonge the way. However, after we moved in there were some quality issues that we hadn't noticed before and response to these concerns has been very slow. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase but wish we had inspected more carefully and addressed these quality issues before signing.

While the home by experience was great. Once I moved in, I figured a majority of the items that need to be corrected on our walk-through would have been done. During the construction process, I was visiting the house probably every other day if not every day. After the walk-through, they only fixed or corrected one item off the list for an entire week. Since then I still have 99% of everything on my list not complete completed nor scheduled to be completed and it’s very frustrating. I even have ceiling lights that there is no light switch for so that can’t be used. Very disappointed.
