The GM kept me informed during the whole home building process and was very easy to follow.

My husband and I are very happy with our new Pullte home at Wildhorse Estates! Our project manager Jenny was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was the amount of care and pride that went into building our home. We were hesitant to build a home using a large developer but we could not be more happy with the results!!!!

We love our new Pulte home. As with any new home, there were a couple minor issues with construction. Our Pulte contact took care of these issues quickly. The home buying process was also quick and easy.

Everything was completed on time and above expectations. They really did a great job from Josh Schneberger (Sales) to the Final Walk through. I would definitely buy another Pulte Home!!!

Nick was really great to work with and very responsive to any concerns or issues we had. The most frustrating part was really the closing process and not being able to get a final date until a few weeks out which made selling our prior home very difficult - and we were just very lucky that it all worked out given we need to transfer those funds for the new home.

Art did an awesome job, showing me everything I needed to know from troubleshooting household problems to warranties for appliances and Ac.

2nd Pulte home. Excellent quality, great warranty. Just one minor detail, builder should ask about the toilets. I had to replace all of them. All were too small/short.

Every step of the way from model home walk thru to getting the keys to our new home was easy and fun. Our initial meeting with Victoria was great! She was very patient with all our questions, took the time to explain everything, and did not pressure us in any way. Walking through the model homes showed the high quality that Pulte Homes had to offer. Then meeting with Victoria, deciding on the specs and signing the initial contract was super easy! We received emails and communication along the entire way letting us know what the next steps would be. Meeting with the Design Center to pick out everything from carpet padding to door handles to kitchen counter tops was probably the most fun of the whole experience. Getting to decide all the small details that went into designing and building our home was an awesome experience! Our sales consultant was very patient with all our questions and took the time to explain everything and even show us how different materials would impact the final cost. Keith, our construction manager was THE BEST throughout the whole process. Answering questions, no matter how small or big, very quickly, even sending picture updates along the way! Meeting with Keith for the walk they’d was extremely informative and all our questions and concerns were answered and addressed, making us know that our home was being well taken care of. Signing the final documents was quick, everything was explained in great detail so we walked away with all questions answered. Purchasing, designing, and moving into our new Pulte Home was the best experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with.
