The overall quality of the home seems really good. Long wait for home to be built. Finishing touches on home were not good. Home was not clean. Contacted customer service twice and it was a waste of time. Field Supervisor has been very helpful. Moved in to home in October and still have quite a few items that need to be complete, most of which are relatively minor.

Stay in touch with your superintendent. I am in my home almost 2 months and I have never met or spoken to mine. Received only one response during the build

DO NOT close on house until ALL issues are taken care of, Once you are in, good luck getting anything fixed. The appointments that are made, NO body shows up. I guess we'll see pretty soon how the " Warranty" side picks up after 30 days. Their Web site where you go to put problems wouldn't take our pictures.Buyer beware

The builders were great the house was really well built

It started with my Pulte realtor. No help, no updates, nothing as we lived out of state. At that point I should have known how this was going to go. We closed all cash even before our house was even inspected properly. We had no kitchen faucet, no mirrors in our bathrooms, our shower had no glass and worst of all the insulation wasn’t even done in our attic spaces. All this was done after we started moving in. We have now been in our house for almost 60 days and the list of things we found during our walk through are still not even close to being done. I have been told numerous times by the field manager that I will be there or someone will be there and nothing time after time. This is the 2nd survey I have completed and nothing was done after the first one so I’m not expecting any response from this survey either. After searching for home , I was surprised it was first come first serve and the opportunity to purchase home in reasonable time.

Provided timely updates and finished home as per the schedule

Courtney, Sales Rep and Tony, Project Manager were great to work with! They were on top of things and went over and above to get back to us quickly and took care of any issues right away. Pulte Mortgage on the other hand was awful. Delayed responses, held us up on answers had to scramble at last minute to find another lender and so therefore we didn't get our pool and now have to pay more money to have hole dug due to fences.

The location is nice and it’s quiet with beautiful Mountain View’s.

trying to get things fixed is a major problem no one really care except nick. i would like a big boss to call me. have left messages at corp no one has called baxk.

The mortgage loan processing was a nightmare! I will highly recommend people think twice before using the Pulte Mortgage Loan financing.

As a first time homeowner I didn’t know what to expect during this process. I am thoroughly impressed with Pulte’s build quality, responsiveness, trustworthiness. Our loan officer Fredrick and our processor Angelo were always helpful explaining what was needed and had no problem answering all of our questions whenever we had them. Our construction manager Joey went above and beyond during our build process to ensure that our home was built with the quality advertised by Pulte. He was straight forward and knowledgeable about every aspect of the build and if something was wrong, he made it right quickly. My home buying experience with Pulte was relatively painless considering today's Market. They had minimal delays and did not skimp on building materials like I have seen other horror stories with from other builders. I am 100% happy with my choice in going with Pulte.

Pulte was there every step of the way. They have specialist in all areas that really know their stuff. I would recommend Pulte to anyone. We are so in love with our new home and neighborhood.

Great home for my first home purchase

Pulte made my first-time home buying process incredibly smooth. Every person that I worked with, whether online or in-person, was extremely helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. The construction was done wonderfully, and I am so happy with my new home.

From the sales person to the foreman was exceptional. The builders word was everything especially when the house is ready on time to move in. The floor plan for my model was exceptional, the design had the openness that we loved so much along with the master bedroom and bathroom . Location of the homes in Florence are the best love the space and the views of the mountains. From start to finish Pulte nailed it!

As compared to other home builders, I felt like a number and the building process while understandable felt like I moving more into an apartment versus and expensive home I bought. Their mortgage officer assigned had an attitude which caused me to move to another institution for partial financing of the property.

Please note I had not Responded to any of the reviews you asked for the review for the completion of the home. Because I'm still waiting for the list of items I still need corrected! or adjusted it's been 3 weeks we provide a list of 5 item's. Since then I have 2 additional item's need fixing. I realize Pulte is working on completely all these new home on my track and the field manager's have dead lines. These might be small matters to Pulte but to a new home owner it matters. I feel Pulte is pushing homes out at a rate that affects the buyers over experience. From walkthroughs that never happen and poor communication between builder and contractors that the buyer is left to deal with. This was our forever and we imagined the process being smoother with much less need in my involvement post closing to complete.
