There are good things about this home but too many little problems and some bigger ones. Hardwood floors had a lot of glue on them, island outlets had no electricity for a month, overflow in bathroom tub was not installed correctly so water flooded, paint was on floors from touch up etc. Chips in doors, tile cracked

Art did a great job! We love our new home and all the upgrades that came with it!

During Covid, lumber shortages, and labor shortages, Pulte still delivered my new home ahead of schedule. That was impressive. Our Construction Manager Jim was over the top amazing to work with, he made this whole experience an amazing one for us. We had multiple visits to our homesite throughout the construction process and he thoroughly explained everything to us. Our sales rep Jerry was top notch, we had a great connection with him right away and he was very accommodating. Pulte finished our build 3 months early but we never felt that they rushed the process, one of the things we appreciated most was having our home completed before our closing date, to include all of our final walk through items. The preaproval was amazingly fast. It made me feel confident that when the time would come to finalize, it would be equally fast. It was not. I couldn't believe the amount of hoops I had to jump though to get this home. I wish I had been warned to spray pesticides to kill off all the bugs that made my home theirs throughout the build process. We had to forego the radiant barrier with no replacement option. Pulte homes was supposed to be energy efficient and now summers will feel a bit more uncomfortable. The tile job quality of the 9k shower isn't up to par. It's uneven. The recessed lighting in kitchen is patchy work and not symmetrical. Tile grout was splattered at the base of the kitchen cabinets. Tub/shower was cracked making it unusable. Our Project Manager Scott Grasky was exceptional. Very responsive and accommodating.

Overall, everything has been a great experience but will say once they give you the keys you are going to wait a long time to get pending issues resolved.

While out site super is working to fix issues it has been an extremely slow, painful, and stressful process. It took 3 visits for our home to even get the correct attic insulation level. Tile work was absolutely terrible throughout and we requested a new crew from the get go but now a third visit is scheduled finally with a new crew to completely rip out and replace the entire wet bar backsplash. Our floors are one giant tripping hazard, and we requested this to be addressed at each stage, now we have had 3 areas “fixed” but now Pulte is paying for an ANSI “expert consultant” to come out and give a plan for addressing flooring issue. It would have cost everyone, but especially Pulte, less money, stress and man hours to just do the right thing and replace the floors from the beginning. It took 3 weeks to install our floors and due to our front door being knocked off of its hinges during that time trades came and went and whoever else walked on incomplete flooring, and more than likely shifted tiles that were not entirely set yet. At no time was our front door fixed or replaced, so for 2 months of during the final phases our home it sat exposed to the elements and whoever decided to walk through. We still don’t have half of our closing walk through items complete. Even simple items like pushing recessed light back in to the ceiling so it’s not hanging down and out of the ceiling. Overall there was a serious lack of oversight on our home and that sentiment is shared and echoed throughout our entire small neighborhood. We understand COVID has put a strain on the industry, but that doesn’t release Pulte from their responsibilities. Pulte and their reps are the end of the line for all items and does have recourse options available to ensure quality work that covers more than the absolute bare minimum. I also understand that our home price was raised to meet market value, but that should also mean that the quality of work should rise to meet that price point as well, we have had much lower price point homes with far more attention to detail and extremely higher quality control even at times of a shaken market. With our current experience I would never recommend Pulte to a family member or friend and as this will not be our last home, I am very hesitant to ever consider another Pulte neighborhood in the future. ... Post sale customer experience has been really bad

There is no supervision on the job site and the superintendent lies to you and says no its ok that is the way Pulte does there work! Then when the blue tape walk though comes around simple things like doors closing correctly don't then you wait 14 days for someone to come and fix them. the bath tub is so scratched up the worker said he cant do any more> Iam waiting another 14 days for someone to tell me the something I cant take out the scratches

We financed through Pulte and it was one of the easiest loan processes we have ever had (this is our 3rd home). They were very communicative, easy to work with, and clearly valued our business.

Once they built the house, they dont even care to fix the issues reported during walk-in. They say they will fix it but they never do. Ask them to fix all issues before paying anything to them.

Everything was great except for my experience with pulte mortgage. They had a way of making you feel like a criminal and that you were lucky to have them lend you money.

From the first day that we contacted Pulte it has been amazing how helpful and kind each person has been. Living in NY during the building process we thought we would miss the experience of seeing our home built but seeing how great the people are at Pulte that wasn’t the case. Our salesman John along with our superintendent Joey made sure they sent us pictures to keep us up to date. Fernando and Chris help us from the pre approval to closing making sure we had all the paperwork and items the underwriter would need. There were times we thought we wouldn’t get the loan because it was taking a long time but they always reassured us we were fine. Poor finishing workmanship on home, doors not properly installed, mismatched French den doors, paint and drywall repairs needed, upgraded cabinets needed repairs, light fixtures dirty, outdoor brick walll poorly constructed and damaged (eyesore). Numerous other repairs required in home

Overall the buying/building experience was very good. Sales and the field manager were great. The design studio experience was too rushed and the designer was ok, not great. Now that we have moved in, we found issues that there teams should have noticed and resolved. We now await how they do in fixing the issues. Our final rating will depend on how they respond.

Great over all experience so far. Some communication issues with things that need to be fixed but decent over all.

We’ve had so many issues. We were promised the home would look like a model home and it wasn’t. We are waiting response to get our issues resolved. Just felt like things were put together as quickly as possible knowing things could be fixed. On top of that we have plot issues. Our plot is smaller than what was supposed to be according to the plan.

I am very satisfied with Pulte

Pulte offered an amazing home design that was extremely functional for our family. Throughout the process we were told how Pulte goes above and beyond industry standards to ensure a high quality home is delivered. However, that was not the case. The building process with Pulte was awful. While our Field Manager was great, the quality of workmanship across was sub-par. We moved into our home with a long list of repairs still outstanding. As we move forward after the 1 month follow up, we find ourselves finding more things that need to reworked then before. Pulte is more set on getting these homes off their books then an delivering quality homes to their customers.
