Overall Construction is great .

Shannon our home counselor was wonderful. Field manager, Lloyd, did not respond to multiple requests to repairs items we discovered after moving in.

People, workmenship, communication is good. Quality wise; material like paint, finishing can be improved. Design center collections are very expennsive.

The home is great. Lots of blemishes throughout the home tho. Walk through was rushed

The upgrade options are very expensive compared to other builders. The default items installed are very cheap in quality. Overall not satisfied.

The sales experience was great. Initially, we enjoyed meeting with our design consultant but since we have moved in we realized she should have provided us more information. Specifically regarding our flooring options and choices since this was by far our biggest ticketed item . Our construction manager provided amazing communication throughout the entire process but once we did the walk thru and received our keys … all her cared about that we would give him a great survey score. A number of small architectural design issues such as light switch locations, the non-use of 'dead space' in the Primary Bathroom, etc., add up to create some permanent disappointment. The lack of ability to address these issues during the construction process was highly frustrating. Perhaps the architectural design department should be staffed with people equipped with better real-world experience. The response time for repairing a major electrical issue was extremely disappointing and the discovery of the solution creates a high level of skepticism regarding similar lingering issues that have yet to surface. ... Project manager has been responsive to all concerns at this time. Bryson has been good to work with. Continuously finding more and more issues/concerns (e.g. shower stoop drains to bathroom floor, stair rail spindles are already splitting). My concern is what will I continue to find.

For the most part, everything went well. The back and forth with finishing dates was stressful. And then when we finally closed there are many things in our home that were done sloppy and need to be fixed.

The home turned out pretty good. There are still issues that I am waiting for a response from Pulte to take care of.

The house was good overall. Hardware are not that great since they are install by third party. Door handles are super loose, cabinet paint has some flaws where part of the cabinet didn't have paint. Also kitchen island was installed out of line where it is not perpendicular with the house or the tile. Some of the soft close function feel off when some door has good resistance to closing force when other doesn't have any.

My overall experience with Pulte has been fair not great. I'll start with the positives then go into the negatives. The staff at Pulte Mortgage do a great job of staying on top of the home buying process. I've been in my new home a little over two months and it's starting to feel like home after living in hotels and an apartment for almost a year. They build a solid house but the overall workmanship toward the end was a rush job to get the house closed. John, my construction manager is the contact person for the company and he does an excellent job of trying to make the customer happy but he is only one person. The thing that leaves the biggest pit in my stomach is the kitchen upgrade. Right before closing; in fact days before closing I found out I would have mismatched appliances. Most women, the kitchen is their space. Although, I'm no Martha Stewart as far as cooking however I paid for an updated kitchen. This is a supply chain issue, however Pulte knew for months about this issue and didn't inform me. Having mismatched appliances in a kitchen may be cool for some else but not my style. It is equivalent to having different tires on a Lexus. You have tires but some thing doesn't look or feel the same. I would have been willing to purchase my own oven and microwave to have matching appliances. Just a thought for future purchasers. ... More

Last time I gave detail feedback, do you care?

The overall buying experience was good, where it falls short is on quality. So many little issues had to be reported after build Completion. Some of them taken care promptly but some not good response. I would expect the build quality and material to be of better quality. As a homeowner it is a hassle to be responsible to find these issues later and report then to get addressed.

Closing was stressful. Underwriter was still asking for documents the day before scheduled close. Lots of issues on the initial inspection that weren’t addressed. Still lots of issues to take care of on the 30 day inspection. Not great quality of workmanship. Lots of paint splatter from walls to ceiling

Overall, Pulte was fine. We are one of the first homes on our street, and the contractors and trades working on the other houses do not respect our property line, and play their radio (music) way too loud!

Please revise your new home very well. I had paint issues, kitchen items installed crooked, carpet issues, electricity issues etc. The sales team experience was amazing but construction wise was not.

Overall the buying/building experience was very good. Sales and the field manager were great. The design studio experience was too rushed and the designer was ok, not great. Now that we have moved in, we found issues that there teams should have noticed and resolved. We now await how they do in fixing the issues. Our final rating will depend on how they respond.

I love my new house. HOA is a little high. Water is in the streets.
