Be diligent in walking through your home while being built. Your project manager is there to help, direct, and get answers and problems solved. Overall a great builder.

Most everything was great. But unfortunately, as we expected, as soon as we closed and were given the keys, most all of the items that our building supervisor promised would be fixed within a few days (i.e. cabinetry x4, carpet), were never fixed and we never heard from the building supervisor again. As a result, we're forced to go through the Pulte warranty department which takes weeks and months to have anything addressed.

My superintendent, Walter, is the best. He was there every step of the way during the process. He explained everything perfectly, and any minor issues that arose because of the bad storm, etc Walter was immediately available to help and get it resolved. He is the best.

With the market we are dealing with right now I appreciate the communication and responses when I've sent questions.

Good builder and staff

Some subs are excellent. Others are animals. No pride in workmanship.

Biding on a new build was alittle out there, but after getting the house pulte did great!

The sales support ( Jeff ) and my Feild manager Llyod was excellent support for all building process.

Pulte builder team is amazing, Sales team including Sam and Sophia were excellent with communication as lots were coming up, we really enjoyed the Design center appointments, with this product line, Pulte should include larger tile with more colors, more selection in the countertop and cabinets. Most other builders are giving white cabinets, toffe cabinets as basic options to select from, Also the Counter tops should allow buyers to select from Quartz and Granite, No other builder is using the light cream 16 *16 tiles as basic options. Other builders in the area are offereing 18*18 as standard tiles with 4 colors to select from. Also the entire house is painted with one color. Most builder are including 2 tone paint, semi gloss in wet areas, shelves, bathroom, laundry. The basic paint you are offering required immediate painting. When we move into home and spend so much money, the basic paint should be something livable. Other Builders are giving the following, 2 tone paint, including recess lights in all area including garage, storage. We chose to go with Pulte as the product design and floor plan. The base price should include other items. The construction manager Walt has done an excellent job in building our home. He looked at all small details and the final walk was very simple few small items and they were done prior to close of Escrow. Home buying experience was great, it was after that was a nightmare. The upgrades we paid for were put in the wrong spot and are having difficulties getting them to fix their mess up. Electrical issues in the garage. Lights flickering while a single device is turned on and I’m being told that’s just how it is, because the lights run on the same circuit as the outlets. Sink plug broke after first use.

The building process was straightforward and everyone at Pulte were very informative and helpful along the way! The result is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

Not very responsive to issues.

Great experience, would recommend to friends & family!

The overall buying experience was good, where it falls short is on quality. So many little issues had to be reported after build Completion. Some of them taken care promptly but some not good response. I would expect the build quality and material to be of better quality. As a homeowner it is a hassle to be responsible to find these issues later and report then to get addressed.

Scott my Super was very experienced and made the process fun. Sharon at sales was terrific and answered every question and gave great advice on what was needed. Sharon followed up on every aspect of my build. Great representation for Pulte

I think there was a rush in completing the home, compromising with quality.

I have met great people during this process, excellent customer service.

We have been in the house for over a month now. We had a list of issues from our walk through that weren’t fix before we moved in and additional issues we have found since moving in. There were covers left off of electrical outlets, broken freezer shelf, leaking shower in the master, and vent hood in the kitchen that was installed wrong. These are big issues , not just paint touch ups and we still have had no word on when any of it will be fixed. It appears your goal is to wait long enough for people to forget about things or end up doing the repairs themselves. It’s very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend pulte to anyone. ... More

Pulte was very responsive in resolving the punchlist items at the closing of the house.

I signed the contract for our home in Nov 2020, before the madness of the housing market really took off. I also signed just as Pulte started doing lot bidding which was not a fun experience and something I'll be mindful of if I ever purchase a home again. Our sale consultant Peter was always very responsive, Leslie in the sales office was very helpful during the initial tour of the model homes. The build time came in at around 7 months, during the pandemic, which was faster than we thought it was going to be. We didn't get many pictures from our field manager during the build, but considering how many homes they are managing in AZ during 2020/2021, it was understandable. Our home during the final walkthrough was not completed. One wall had a hole in it, the master bathroom shower glass was not installed and the master bathroom door had to be torn out to fit the glass. The home wasn't cleaned, even a month in we are still cleaning up small paint splatters. Needless to say, the end product is good but the end result didn't leave us with the best impressions of Pulte. We had a 3 week check-in with our field manager, who walked around the home with me to talk about new items we've found and to talk about old items that haven't been resolved. I'm sure Pulte will eventually get around to taking care of them but I think we would have been ok with taking possession of the home a couple of weeks later if that meant the house was dialed in. Overall we did like Pulte's options compared to some of its competitors, it was easy to work with Pulte Mortgage on our VA loan, our sales consulate Peter answered our questions in a timely manner and our field manager Louise is one hardworking guy! ... Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

We always had to initiate communication to find out what was going on. Our house took 2 months longer than expected, but at no point we’re we reached out to to be made aware of this extension our original estimate just came and went. When we did our celebration and pointed out items that needed fixed Steven said he would be “living at our house the next couple of days to get things done.” I’m sure he didn’t do that as many of the items were not completed. We had to close with items not installed and had to wait several days for them to be installed. Then they weren’t installed correctly.
