Things are great until you get the keys, then you start finding issues which will take them forever to resolve. Maake sure to resolve all issues BEFORE you take possession. You have been warned.

Bad experience!

We were told 8-10 months build time. It took 12 months. The workmanship on the house is subpar! We have sent emails to Pulte warranty department for two separate water leak issues days ago, and we have yet to hear back from them. We would not buy another Pulte home!

Poor sub standard quality of work. Very poor service. Pulte lost its credibility by charging massively for a piece of cardboard house. There are nails comming from all over the carpet area. Walls are so week that a 3 year old can break it. Try to drill a nail on the wall it keeps going In and drops inside. Ceiling lights are not alligned all the lights looks like it's an abstract art. And even after raising the concern no response. PULTE IS NOT TRUST WORTHY AND NOT APPROACHABLE. AND CHARGES YOU TRIPLE FOR POOR QUALITY HOMES.

The one year process was very long due but I understood due to inflation. However we got our keys and the foremen guys Tracey and the trainer were pushing us to sign that they took care of things that weren't complete. Tracey brought me the wrong keys to my home, I did not feel comfortable I was scared ppl still had access to my home. I move in and since walk through I felt it was extremely hot downstairs but Tracey and the trainer said "oh it's fine blah blah blah" and turned out the day we move in I noticed the air was definitely not working downstairs. Things that were talked about at walk through have not been fixed. Field Manager is unresponsive or promises that someone will be out to fix it but never comes. I have contacted the national office who told me the local office needed to take care of it and I was just circled back to the same Field Manager. Terrible, no non-existent customer care.

Pulte offered an amazing home design that was extremely functional for our family. Throughout the process we were told how Pulte goes above and beyond industry standards to ensure a high quality home is delivered. However, that was not the case. The building process with Pulte was awful. While our Field Manager was great, the quality of workmanship across was sub-par. We moved into our home with a long list of repairs still outstanding. Poor communication with buyer during build process

Seems like you need to upgrade everything or you get cheap materials. All can lights in house flicker. Electrician saud it is the lowest quality bulbs. Nothing they can do. Just one example. They red tape stuff during walk thru but, seems later just remove tape and say it got fixed.

Jon the builder told us if we have any issues to call him directly. Everytime we get a survey we miraculously hear from him. We had a variety of issues the first 3 days and not only did he not return our phone calls but he referred us to the customer service line and they told us he needs to fix the plumbing and contact him. Great Sales Associate

The moment we walked in Erik was great. Erik treated us like people and not a number. He was not pushy at at all and did not try to sell us anything. Erik merely answered our questions and gave us further information. Erik was there every step up of the despite him. Ring moved to another location. The overall experience was not as great as Erik was. The mortgage process was a nightmare and after the close of the home, Pulte made us feel as though we were in this alone.

This process of this new house build took way too long! Twice the time! No communication from the sells representative after we signed on the dotted line, wasn’t honest or straightforward with timelines or delays we heard nothing.

High expectations stained by poor execution.

This was our first new build. We were thrilled with what Pulte offered and promised. Throughout the building process we experienced a lot of headaches which were caused by lack of communication and under delivered expectations. The preaproval was amazingly fast. It made me feel confident that when the time would come to finalize, it would be equally fast. It was not. I couldn't believe the amount of hoops I had to jump though to get this home. I wish I had been warned to spray pesticides to kill off all the bugs that made my home theirs throughout the build process. We had to forego the radiant barrier with no replacement option. Pulte homes was supposed to be energy efficient and now summers will feel a bit more uncomfortable. The tile job quality of the 9k shower isn't up to par. It's uneven. The recessed ...

Site Manager Horrible

Site manager didn’t provide any photos of the house during the build process. Was “extra” helpful when we signed for the house because of a survey. Gave him a bad survey, so he quit taking our calls, emails, and text messages. If it wasn’t for the site manager, I would rate Pulte much, much higher!

Disappointing Experience

We chose Pulte Homes based on my personal experience working in the homebuilding industry and their reputation in the market. We were extremely disappointed by numerous issues throughout the construction process and in the end result. We have been in the home for 2 plus months and still have warranty work taking place. This is our 4th new build in Phoenix, and by far the worst experience. Manu of our new neighbors feel the same way, sadly I would not recommend.

Ad for Pulte shows a person in business casual clothing taking time to sit & talk/work through the process of how things in the house work & some type of information on where things are. Sakes pitch & empty promises. Building manager even told us that he holds the paperwork "hostage" until we agree that the house is fine to get people to sign. I couldn't believe he said it out loud. I have an issue with your responsiveness to issues. We have put multiple requests online to have someone come look at our garage door opener and not heard back. Nobody has called or returned emails. It’s poor form on your end and really is frustrating on a brand new home that we can’t even get a hold of someone.

Workmanship is not up to par with cost of house

A 2mil house should not have as many issues when going through the walk through. Everything from the walls, inside and outside of the house, requiring patch work, poor installation of cabinets, spotty paint job, dirty walls and carpets, etc.

Worst home buying experience. The quality of workmanship was terrible. When issues were brought to their attention, they tried to fix them, but ultimately it just made them worse. They only care about building the home quickly and don’t really care about the finishes and it looking nice. Once we closed, dealing with service requests is a joke too. Everyone seems to just pass the buck and are really not interested in helping the home buyer. Very disappointed and frustrated buyers.

Do not think that they care about you, because they don’t. From the beginning rude salesmen, craftsmen ship is shoddy. The only person that did a good job was a guy name Wes and his Boss. Buying a Pulte home wasn’t fun, and I already have my home up for sale.

Too many delays. Bad trades and poor workmanship. Too unresponsive and slow in getting issues fixed after move in that should have been taken care of BEFORE move in.
