From the moment that our house was assigned a superintendent, we were in good hands. From weekly Friday updates to writing a welcome message on our concrete slab, Scott went above and beyond to make our home perfect for us.

Pulte is an amazing builder. The floorplans are well designed and highly customizable. The entire process was very smooth because you always had a Pulte team member a text or phone call away to answer your question. The quality of the home is amazing and they are very eager to fix anything that doesn't look right. Maybe the best part of Pulte is the comprehensive warranty that is huge for piece of mind.

Both Contruction foreman’s were great, we started with Chris, then he goes of and gets married and gets the COVID-19. Can you believe that guys! Lol But Steve stepped in and was absolutely great.

Overall the buying experience was great. We have been in the home since mid November and still waiting on some things to be taken care of. I understand with the holidays and covid its not easy but these things should've been taken xare of. Over all we love our home and can't wait to get it all organized and backyard done.

My experience was good. Even though we purchased just before the pandemic and had to navigate through that complexity, the Pulte experience was positive and we felt like we were treated well. We're satisfied with our home and the process.

I’ve worked for builders most of my career and HD expectations that there would be a lot of issues in our building process. But, our superintendent Ron, was absolutely amazing. He’s good at building a quality home and being responsive to us as the owners. I truly feel like we had a positive experience because he was the lead.

Everything about this experience was great, everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process. Pulte Homes really does a great job of making a family feel at home.

Every time we visited the job site it was filthy. No one watched the contractors that were "working" at our home. Beer bottles on site, bathroom plumbing not complete in one of the bathrooms, heater not set up. Even at our walk through the house was not clean and it doesn't seem to bother our "Construction Supervisor". We are sorry we didn't buy from a different builder.

Pulte made our home purchase smooth and enjoyable. We had a great experience with the whole Pulte team.

Very unhappy since I've moved in. Every one just dissappeared. Where is the construction manager??? I have emailed him at least 5x and I get no response. His name is James, did he get fired??? I called my sales person, Samantha and I get no response. I emailed John at the sales office also, no response from all three of these people!!! Who do I get in touch with for repairs. I have been trying to get in touch with James for at least 7 weeks now. I have a cabinet that has not been replaced since August!! Who do I call please!!!!!

Be prepared for the fact that your home will be nowhere near done when they say it will be. Be sure the house is complete before funding or you will have a fight to get it fixed.

Our salesman Eric was great. They can never give us an accurate estimate of when the home would be completed talk to three different people I got three different estimates of completion then after longer than expected they call us and tell us it would be completed in 30 days, not giving us much time to prepare to move. After moving in our dishwasher did not work it took them almost a month to get out here to fix it and they are very slow to respond to any other issue we have been here almost 2 months and still have many unresolved issues. When I do talk to somebody they tell me they’ll take care of it right away then I never hear from them again until I call them again and they keep telling me they’ll take care of it and they still have not after almost 2 months. ... Great experience with Pulte Homes!

The personnel at the sales office, financing and closing were all great! They quickly responded to any and all questions and concerns alonge the way. However, after we moved in there were some quality issues that we hadn't noticed before and response to these concerns has been very slow. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase but wish we had inspected more carefully and addressed these quality issues before signing.

Excellent overall experience from purchase to finance to the house itself!

We purchased our home in April which was supposed to be ready November-January. We we informed in July we would close in September. We did our walk through and noticed several things which we noted and were supposed to be fixed before closing. . We closed and moved in a week later. The house was left a mess. (we were told construction clean) Cabinets were chipped and covered with paint, the workers left chicken bones, nails, bottles and so much debris in our yard and front of house. We have already had a nail in our tire. Our floors which we upgraded were covered with grout which is not even the right color throughout the house and is stained, our windows were covered with dust as well as our screens. Our garage door was damaged, (reported this in August to Pulte), paint was all over tiles, sprayed over insulation that fell onto the baseboard and stuck, and multiple drip stains all over walls, a/c not working properly, thermostats not properly calibrated, (a/c company out 3 times., our lights flicker all the time, rugs have stains, glue and holes in them. We have multiple cracks in the outside of the house and a few areas of the outside with chunks missing off the house. We have had 2 days of different companies out to fix things and they just do the minimum. We paid for a new home and many things in the home like cabinets have been touched up. We have damaged cabinets, damaged floors (tile and carpet) and damaged walls and paint. We have talked to our sales rep, construction supervisor and manager and they just say oh yes I understand. I don't think so because we did not get a new home, we got a rushed botched home with many damaged things and nobody cares, everyone we talk to passes it on to someone new. My wife and I purchased 3 home from Pulte. The first was very well done so we bought two more. With each new purchase the quality, concern, customer service and follow up repairs increasing got worse. We are very disappointed!

During COVID we were trying to close on our house. The sales team and Project manager were very helpful in making everything go smoothly
