The location is great but unfortunately the new home isn't without multiple problems that after 1.5months from move in are still "being evaluated for scheduled repair" It's extra stress and annoyance that takes away from the enjoyment of the move to our new house.

The sales consultant we worked with seemed very credible at first, however, we soon discovered that most of the information she provided was just a sales pitch. She misinformed us about a few different items related to the structure of the home and the percentage owed based on the options chosen. Cheap paint and construction on interior and exterior walls. No attention to detail by the contractors. Design features and options are good.

Poor craftsmanship

The individuals who work for Pulte are great and do their best to correct the poor quality of work done by the subcontractors they hire. We've been in our new house 60 days and we're still waiting on issues to be resolved. Very disappointed in the quality of work by their subcontractors. I would not buy another Pulte home.

I chose Pulte because I knew I was going to use some upgrade materials. Bottom line the contractors are fair to mid. I would not recommend a Pulte home over any other reliable builder.

The home we bought was to be completed between Jan. and April with Feb as their goal. We closed June 12th. The interior of our brand new home was really dirty. We found shoddy workmanship everywhere we looked. There are holes in cabinets that expose the insulation. A week before our close we were at the property and heard a bulldozer hit our AC Unit. It knocked it off it's foundation and slammed it against the house. It was dented all over. We called and complained and we were told they would take care of everything. Pulte asked me many times throughout the building process if I thought I was getting a quality home. I would tell them that I can’t possibly know that yet. Now that I’ve moved in; yeah, if this is Pulte quality, cosmetically it’s pretty awful. Can’t say too much about the functionality of everything as I’ve only lived here a month, but the price of the home is not consistent with the quality. It’s disappointing finding new issues on a daily basis.

Paint is of poor quality and very thin. Finish work is lazy and lacks detail required of finish work, trim is done with 45s in some places and just pressed against each other in others, house was super dirty when we got keys, the ac filters were so clogged it was making a whistling sound because the air was going around the filter. Counter top was cracked they tried to say it was a fissure and then changed the definition through out to fit their benefit. While we love our new home there are shortcomings. The delivery was rushed and felt as if there were numerous items either damaged, not working, or missing or unfinished. We moved in almost two months ago and only one item of several has been addressed. We still don’t have cold running water, but the vast majority are damaged or cosmetic items. While the price you pay is subjective I feel we paid a large premium for a sub par product in the end with slow service after the sale. Going on two months in the home and still no cabinet hardware. Good luck with getting any resolution on issues not reported during the final walkthrough. My cabinets were installed poorly, and I’m struggling to get Pulte to fix the damages. Communication is poor, and I was accused of causing the damage myself. I’m so disappointed. The sales office helped a lots to understand each and everything. The design center experience was not good at all. I wanted to modify some of the upgrades and the person will not let me do.

I need things repaired. My shower door is literally, falling off and is cracked. It’s been two months and no one has even scheduled. There are other issues too but this is an emergency and the builder doesn’t seem to care.

All of the Pulte folks tried their best. And actually the sub contractors were friendly and responsive, and fun to talk to. The trouble is when they finished their respective job there was little or no responsibility placed on them to leave the job completed in a workmanship like manner which includes leaving the job site clean and hazard free. I thought that there was little or no accountability placed on the sub contractors unless I complained. Then, perhaps, my concerns would be heard. I would be afraid to not do my own supervision.

I am very upset at what happened at closing. Up to this point had a great experience with everyone that we had encountered. WE did the walkthrough and labeled A LOT of things with blue tape. Supervisor asked us not to take the survey until he had a chance to fix the things that were tagged. Went to sign paperwork and came back to check on the status of the repairs. First of all, thank you so much for Salesperson Josh, he is really helpful and make you understand end to end process. Because of him I want to give 5 stars but after I move in couple of issues noticed. Especially electricity, it continuously trips power, and I was stayed 10 days without electricity in Master bedroom. Still issue exist but no one cares after reported issue.

We had a great experience with construction manager till the point of closing of our new home. There were few issues which were supposed to be fixed within the month after closing. But later the construction manager backed away and told us to go via Customer Service. Incompetence is an understatement for their customer service department. They aren't communicative and sounds like they want to finish our call in a rush. We get work orders but nobody shows up on the designated day and subsequently our work order get pushed out.

I understand there are delays due to lack of supplies but that doesn’t excuses the lack of quality in work or providing great customer service. I have worked with multiple builders from Dr. Horton to Toll Brothers and Pulte is the 2nd to last builder on my list when it comes to customer service. The weekly updates on the build was very nice, but other then that, it seems like I was a bother. My concerns are not heard, and the superintendent and care team are too busy to help.

Kitchen cabinets with gourmet kitchen upgrade are terrible. Installation workmanship POOR!

We have cosmetic flaws, some more unsatisfactory small pea size pit and chipped wood exposed on exterior surfaces the of the cabinets; to minor blemishes, cracks in paint at joints or filled in cracks to conceal, but visible; to a huge crack in the bottom shelf of the wall cabinet likely caused by installation of the under cabinet lights. These have been reported on their Customer Service website, but have yet to be resolved. The cosmetic blemishes can be overlooked, but the cracked cabinet makes the whole gourmet kitchen upgrade unsatisfied and we feel we overpaid. Its been 6 weeks since ...
