Sales office was very helpful, thing would have been without the virus problem

Over all I am happy to have a home but they rush yo build the home and are sloppy with there craftsmanship. When we walkthrough the home with the site manager, he tells us to mark area with red tape and they will come back and fix it. They never fix it but the removed the tape as if they did. The site manager rushed us to fill out a survey. Saying the home was complete. He kept bothering us to fill it out. Once I filled it out. I didn’t hear anything back for him. We still have problems with the home. I font know what to do

This is our 3rd home being built over the years and this is by far the best home in aspects of quality and in Pulte's handling of all issues.

the home is well built. Our contractor in charge was excellent, consciousenscenous. Kept updated on progress. The final walk through yielded very few and only slight cosmetic issues which were corrected quickly. It is a beautiful home, well built and priced well.

Whatever you do, get a home inspection.

Poor workmanship

The whole process from booking till closing was really good and clean with Pulte. They kept all information open and informed. I moved in 1 month back and we are happy so far with overall build quality and we had great experience of buying the home from Pulte Homes

We have owned many older homes in our lives but this home is our first new home. All of the people that we have worked with have been very helpful and the few problems ( and I mean very few ) that we have had they have taken care of quickly. We will recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a home.

After two months of home ownership I have a 15+ bullet point list of issues still needing resolved. Still don’t have a working oven, and a row of tiles have fallen off my home due to poor workmanship during installation. A lot of the concerns have been brought forward from even pre closing dates that have yet to be fixed. Additionally since we started this process we are now on our third foreman... that should tell you something.

Absolutely terrible. After spending 1 night in my house we had our first, but not last, major water issue. I haven't even slept in my house for weeks because of the 2nd major water incident in which you knowingly installed a broken dishwasher which leaked and leaked into my kitchen island causing mold. I have major regrets working with Pulte and wish I had just bought an older house or gone with Taylor Morrison. This experience has been devastating to my wife recovering from surgery, my 3 very young children as well my my dogs, 1 of which is 15 years old in diapers and in his last legs. I work from home so I am unable to to my job or make a living as I work on commission. You've honestly cost me a lot money and personal suffering. Pulte Homes is an awful company and I will be sure to let anyone who wants to know what they can expect when you work with a company like Pulte. Worst of all? There's nothing I can do about it because you're a big company and I am just 1 person. But hey you guys made a few bucks off of us right? All in the name of profits. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I did this to a family but something tells me nobody at Pulte has lost any sleep over us. Pulte wont help you in what ever situation you are. All they need is to complete with in the dead line unnecessary of what situation the homeowner is in. They make mistakes and you have to pay for it . In my case in they screwed up with the AC and they want me to pay for it.

The construction of Our new home was completed while We lived out of state. All of the Pulte professionals kept Us up to date and informed during the entire build process, including pictures at all stages of construction. Our Thanks to Everyone at Pulte.We love Our new home.

Pulte is a cookie cutter builder. There is very little flexibility or customer understanding, Customer satisfaction takes a back seat to prepackaged home construction and no exceptions are granted, regardless of how logical the requests might be. All levels of management are virtually terrified to issue a "change order" for fear that their statistics will be negatively affected...but most of all that additional expenses might be incurred above the prepackage cost...even when the buyer offers to pay any additional expenses. Had I known their mode of operation, we never would have purchased from Pulte....truly SAD. ... More

Warranty person Hector is the best we have ever worked with on our warranty issues. Gets them taken care of right away. Twice we have bought Ryland homes in the past and they were the worst to deal with on a new home warranty issue. I will never buy another Ryland home ever as long as there is Pulte Homes .

The sale person was the most professional and helpful person to start off the experience of buying our first new ground up home. along the way from superintendent to closing, all the people involved were excellent to work with. Questions were answered immediately and professionally. great company do do business with.

We have been in the house for close to 2 months now and absolutely love the job that has been performed.
