Very disappointed. Apparently, there are no true craftsmen working for Pulte only the cheapest laborers. There are too many issues to mention them all. The finish on the walls looks terrible. There are runs, clumps, and drips everywhere. There were several places that were marked for repair by our construction manager that the workers ignored. The bathtub and shower were left outside for months and filled with garbage and bags of grout. The shower and tub are scratched, scuffed, and stained. There was a globe on one of the bathroom light fixtures that was very obviously broken. ...

Myself went through three different site managers in a nine month. Period there was no accountability of the work being done on my house. There was no quality control. There is still being worked on my house. Two months after I had moved in and constantly trades not showing up, who are scheduled to show up.

I find my self very saddened to even have to write this, however this build is one of three for my family and by far the worse experience I’ve had with Pulte Builders. First it 14 months to build and close but that’s a story for a later date that I’m willing to share when or if asked. There are so many issues with the home. Finishing is bad. Paint issue in so many places. Field manager rushed us to give him good rating at first but now we regret it. Cracked walls, cracks and damages in the floor and in so many places. It feels like Pulte just want to sell their home and don't care about the home quality. We are having very bad experience. We should have gone with lennar or taylor Morrison. Would not recommend pulty to anyone.

The house looks great but the built quality was really disappointing. It’s been almost three months and every week something is discovered broken, damage or not done properly. Whenever I get work crew scheduled they don’t bring the right tools because they weren’t told of the issues correctly which leads to several rescheduling. DO NOT close on house until ALL issues are taken care of, Once you are in, good luck getting anything fixed. The appointments that are made, NO body shows up. I guess we'll see pretty soon how the " Warranty" side picks up after 30 days. Their Web site where you go to put problems wouldn't take our pictures.Buyer beware

While out site super is working to fix issues it has been an extremely slow, painful, and stressful process. It took 3 visits for our home to even get the correct attic insulation level. Tile work was absolutely terrible throughout and we requested a new crew from the get go but now a third visit is scheduled finally with a new crew to completely rip out and replace the entire wet bar backsplash. The house had an abundance of issues at my final walk through that she said would be fixed by the time we closed. If you don’t mind being just another number Instead of a human being use Pulte. They could care less. Loan processing is a joke. If i knew i could help you improve i would spend the time. You have several issues and i am not 100% satisfied. You seem to promote your way to get a good review with simple one way form not allowing negatives. Your process is fast tracked poor quality allowing sub contractors to cut corners. Minimal supervision. No quality standards as the sub sets that in the field. Poor to no reprrsentation by city inspectors helps you get away with even more issues.just checks the box and doesnt get out of truck. Cheap material the warranty comes with the home is a joke no body cares after the closing contact the manger warranty and the agent department no body responds when they answer the phone they know what is going on they put the owner on hold I have an issue with the upstairs bedroom above the garage due to wrong installation the temperature is very low and the floor is vibrating when I open the garage door I have been saying and calling about that nobody cares neither response to my emails

This has been the most frustrating home buying experience ever. The mortgage people were not responsive and the day before we were to close we didn't know if we even had a mortgage. On the day we were supposed to get our keys we were told we weren't going to be able to move in because the gas wasn't installed. We still have many issues that need to be resolved. Too many to mention here. I've emailed the warranty company 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response.

1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

Within 60 days of moving in we had a kitchen cabinet fall apart. Opened a claim to have it repaired. Here we are 60 days later and no one has been out to fix the cabinet. Only emails and no show for the schedule repairs to be done. Dont purchase from PULTE HOMES.
