If i knew i could help you improve i would spend the time. You have several issues and i am not 100% satisfied. You seem to promote your way to get a good review with simple one way form not allowing negatives. Your process is fast tracked poor quality allowing sub contractors to cut corners. Minimal supervision. No quality standards as the sub sets that in the field. Poor to no reprrsentation by city inspectors helps you get away with even more issues.just checks the box and doesnt get out of truck. You are likley held hostage by your subs ..only as good as your subs. Your products ...

Cheap material the warranty comes with the home is a joke no body cares after the closing contact the manger warranty and the agent department no body responds when they answer the phone they know what is going on they put the owner on hold I have an issue with the upstairs bedroom above the garage due to wrong installation the temperature is very low and the floor is vibrating when I open the garage door I have been saying and calling about that nobody cares neither response to my emails

The entire process with pulte was a really bad experience. From the day we walked in to the sales office to now living in the house for a month has been frustrating, stressful, annoying and regretful. I feel like I both have so much to say and nothing to say at the same time because it has absolutely drained my of my energy. Our sales associate was not nice or pleasant to deal with, ever. This has been the most frustrating home buying experience ever. The mortgage people were not responsive and the day before we were to close we didn't know if we even had a mortgage. On the day we were supposed to get our keys we were told we weren't going to be able to move in because the gas wasn't installed. We still have many issues that need to be resolved. Too many to mention here. I've emailed the warranty company 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response.

Worst Experience with the quality of work

1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

Pulte homebuilder made my life miserable during this transaction, put me and my wife through the WORSE experience EVER even having her in tears. Consumers need know their options, and are educated in Pulte's business and their tactics. Get an inspection during the home build process and final walkthrough! Within 60 days of moving in we had a kitchen cabinet fall apart. Opened a claim to have it repaired. Here we are 60 days later and no one has been out to fix the cabinet. Only emails and no show for the schedule repairs to be done. Dont purchase from PULTE HOMES.

Pulte homes is overpriced for the quality of materials they produce. From the faucets to the flooring it’s all very cheap. Downstairs was mixed with carpet and tile for the standard build they ran tile @ the front door (foyer)and then just laid one piece of carpet in front of the stairs and went back to tile for the kitchen and dining area and back to carpet again for the “living room” which isn’t a living room it looked horrible. By far the worst experience I’ve had with Pulte buying a brand new home, They over promised and under delivered on completion date, they can’t be trusted make sure to read the contract over and over again, they can change your material options after you signed the contract and there will be nothing you can do about it! They also don’t communicate with you so your always finding yourself reaching out to them.

We closed on our home at the end of June after almost 14 months of waiting. During our walk through several days prior to closing, all items that we could readily see that needed repair were noted and "blue taped". On the day of closing, we were given our keys and told that all of the items that had been listed were either done, or would be done as soon as possible. Terrible experience from beginning to end. “FIELD MANAGER II” made use sign off that the home was done and was still missing many items pointed out and said he’d be back to finish them later pending a positive online review and once given the review we never heard from him again nor will he respond to phone calls or texts. This is my third Pulte Home and I the first I was able to choose my options and upgrades on so I thought it would be fun and exciting. Out first Pulte was a quality build and one previous buyers didn’t qualify for so we got a great bargain. The second was a no frills spec home and had a few issues, but Pulte took care of them. This home, the last Pulte I will ever buy, was a nightmare. Construction managers are in trustworthy and the warranty department denies everything. No help. We have a half a million in an investment and was sold a Home that was incomplete with no working heater. Granite cracks and damaged shower and cabinets in the kitchen. There is no supervision on the job site and the superintendent lies to you and says no its ok that is the way Pulte does there work! Then when the blue tape walk though comes around simple things like doors closing correctly don't then you wait 14 days for someone to come and fix them. the bath tub is so scratched up the worker said he cant do any more> Iam waiting another 14 days for someone to tell me the something I cant take out the scratches

We purchased our home in April which was supposed to be ready November-January. We we informed in July we would close in September.
