Very bad experience from start to finish, despite the home not being properly finished.

I wouldn't recommend Pulte unless you have an attorney on retainer that can essentially hold your hand through the entire process. From sales to walk through, to follow up issues post sale they were terrible. The folks who helped sign were great including Teri who set herself apart from the rest of the company.

The attention to detail and workmanship left a lot to be desired for the price. I also have to constantly hound our field manager to get things fixed. And almost 2 months later I still have items from the pre-closing walkthrough that weren’t completed. They flooded the house while testing the water a few days before closing. If I could do it over again I probably wouldn’t buy with Pulte.

Our construction manager Mike wasn’t very communicative throughout the process on giving us updates to the build. We drove by the lot daily to check up on progress ourselves. Many items on our final walk through were left unfinished, there’s a stain on the new carpet in one of the bedrooms that has been there since before closing. Our windows don’t latch properly and I still have not heard back from Mike when the tradesmen is scheduled to come by. This is a safety issue, overall not very satisfied with the customer service. The quality of our new home is sub-par. After moving in we noticed that 2 walls in the middle of our home aren't even close to straight. They're slated to be repaired but being that were occupying the home now it will be a big inconvenience. The home inspection uncovered numerous problems, but they haven't addressed a single one. Many issues remain unresolved; they're simply stalling for time. If I had to choose again, I would absolutely not buy a house from this developer; they are absolutely terrible. I would also not recommend them to any of my friends.

Govany is the worst super you could get. unresponsive, no accountability and constantly blaming others for his short comings. We have to replace the our entire floor, garage floor, repair cabinets, countertops, windows, carpet, and shower glass still 2 moths after closing. all items we brought up well in advance of closing and initial walkthrough. Dont walk . . . RUN! away from pulte. Others in our community are having the same issues.

Construction Management team is completely incompetent

I would not recommend Pulte or Pulte Finance. Everyone was on vacation and they didn’t close the deal on time like promised. They were too busy on vacation and they wasted a lot of my time.

Worst Experience with the quality of work

1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

If you don’t mind being just another number Instead of a human being use Pulte. They could care less. Loan processing is a joke. They could care less about you as a person in one of the biggest purchases in life they take all the joy out of it. Literally got to the point I didn’t care if I got a “Pulte” home or not. Consumers need know their options, and are educated in Pulte's business and their tactics. Get an inspection during the home build process and final walkthrough! Within 60 days of moving in we had a kitchen cabinet fall apart. Opened a claim to have it repaired. Here we are 60 days later and no one has been out to fix the cabinet. Only emails and no show for the schedule repairs to be done. Dont purchase from PULTE HOMES.

If i knew i could help you improve i would spend the time. You have several issues and i am not 100% satisfied. You seem to promote your way to get a good review with simple one way form not allowing negatives. Your process is fast tracked poor quality allowing sub contractors to cut corners. Minimal supervision. No quality standards as the sub sets that in the field. Poor to no reprrsentation by city inspectors helps you get away with even more issues.just checks the box and doesnt get out of truck. This entire experience has been horrible and I wish I never purchased my home from Pulte. Not only was there delay after delay, The sales person was disappointing, I went through three construction managers and I am fighting to get items fixed. I’m passed from person to person, don’t get correct information, trades don’t show, the wrong trades come, and documentation is not submitted correctly. We were forced to close before the property had all the final touches competed and it has been a mess trying to get the builder to hold their contractors accountable for the terrible work. The house still has not been completed.

Cheap material the warranty comes with the home is a joke no body cares after the closing contact the manger warranty and the agent department no body responds when they answer the phone they know what is going on they put the owner on hold I have an issue with the upstairs bedroom above the garage due to wrong installation the temperature is very low and the floor is vibrating when I open the garage door I have been saying and calling about that nobody cares neither response to my emails

Pulte homes is overpriced for the quality of materials they produce. From the faucets to the flooring it’s all very cheap. Downstairs was mixed with carpet and tile for the standard build they ran tile @ the front door (foyer)and then just laid one piece of carpet in front of the stairs and went back to tile for the kitchen and dining area and back to carpet again for the “living room” which isn’t a living room it looked horrible.
