Just recently moved from CA to AZ and was able to manage the whole process from CA. Ron Rolfes was great at communicating and sending photos. He responded to all calls in a timely manner and address any issues we had right away.

Spend as much time as possible deciding on options.

Definitely a home builder that wants you to have a quality house. Also, for a good value. The only thing that we didn't like is their inability to make ANY changes to the model home we chose. Other than that, all went well.

I absolutely love our new home, but am so not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Many items we noticed while our house was being built and brought it to the attention of the superintendent on more than one occasion. Nothing was corrected at that time and the trades continued working. When we did our first walk through these items once again brought to the attention of the superintendent. Still nothing corrected, and then another walk through. By this time the dry wall has been hung, kitchen counters are in and electrical and plumbing are all in and still the same issues have not been corrected. Electrical outlets covered with dry wall, the electrician not able to run the power full circle due to this. While I could overlook somethings, others I could not. Our $12,000 master shower, horrible workmanship and 6 corrections later we are still not able to shower in our master shower. Let's just say they would save money if they would do things right the first time or at the lease fix things right away rather than waiting until completion when they have to rip things apart. My husband and I were super excited about the purchase of our new home. The sales consultant we worked with seemed very credible at first, however, we soon discovered that most of the information she provided was just a sales pitch. She misinformed us about a few different items related to the structure of the home and the percentage owed based on the options chosen. This information was never discussed, however, it seemed as if there was always a cover up on her end whenever it was brought up. She promised the house would be 100% ready at the time of the final walk through, she couldn't have been more wrong. We spent more about an hour and a half pointing out imperfections and other issues with the house during the final walk through. Even after we closed, issues that were previously pointed out were not addressed. Here we are more than a month after closing and we are still dealing with issues that should have been done right the first time. The workmanship was very poor due to incompetent contractors hired by Pulte who don't do their job correctly the first time. ... More

Pulte buils a very nice house and Anthem is a great community.

Read all of the material that you are provided and ask questions. Understand what changes can be made and what changes can not be made. Walk your property (lot) and be sure that it is a good fit for you. Enjoy your experience.

This is my 2nd Pulte home, regardless of any issues major or minor they always get taken care of.

There were 6 square feet of shingles missing, irrigation system leak, AC air leak in the attic, and wiring issues in the ceiling fan and pendant light prewires. So I can't help but wonder if there are hidden issues elsewhere in the house. I understand that building a house is a very involved operation, and requires a lot of different crews to coordinate together. So some problems are expected. But I can't give 5 stars to something with these types of problems. Otherwise, the house SEEMS to be well built. But hire a good home inspector to make sure everything is like it should be.

Pulte has a wonderful reputation and they did not disappoint! Start to finish has been a wonderful experience.

The process was streamlined and easy to navigate from start to finish. Our building supervisor Jordan kept us up to speed and was very responsive to our questions and requests. Overall, a painfree process, and we love the house.

Pulte has been a good builder to work with overall. The seller Victoria was friendly however I think she could pay a bit more attention to detail when dealing with clients requests. Brittany from the design center was very helpful answering questions and providing suggestions for improvements throughout the house. Jim was superb taking ownership and addressing all items from the final walkdown in a timely manner, going above and beyond to assure I was a happy customer.

Everyone from sales through closing was very professional and helpful.

The design center was the worst experience. The base price of the house is not even close to a realistic price unless you want poor quality materials. The trades are not paying attention to detail and are just rushing the jobs.

Our Sales person Leslie and Project Manager Don were amazing! Always prompt, always courteous and had every answer to every question we had. The project area was always kept very clean and picked up and the workmanship on the home is incredible and in fact our blind person said he had never seen a home with windows so perfect.

It shouldn’t take weeks for customer Warranty Service to get someone to fix a problem. That said all issues, were taken care of at the home.
