The sales process went well. The start of the build process also went well. We decided to build with Pulte since we had a great past experience with them. Different area, different people and service I guess. The quality of the workmanship was below average. It looked like they just did the work without any care. It definitely shows that it was just a job and not have any care in what they do. We still are waiting for issues to be fixed after a month and multiple inspections.

From the time we paid our earnest money to the time we closed on our house exoerience with Pulte has been really great with no issues - Carlin from sales and Scott were of great help at Sky Crossing, Phoenix

Great attention to detail

For the money I paid, I should have received a better quality house. For a $550K, cheap material seem to have been used. Everything was extra and not came with the base price.

Pre-built with everything we needed plus nice surprises

Had a great experience end-to-end with Pulte homes. Traversed thru the process as a first time home buyer and got amazing support from Pulte that ensured everything went well without any major hitches. Very happy with the quality, experience and the end product.

Go over the floor plan layout with a fine tooth comb before you go to the design center. Sit with your sales rep to go over every single detail. Do not assume anything. The model may not exactly represent every feature of the home you are having built. .

I worked with Shannon and Scott during the purchasing/building of my new home. I can't say enough about my entire experience with Pulte. Both Shannon and Scott have been so great to me. They are super responsive, friendly and have made my purchase/building completely flawless.

From looking at homes to financing, everything went smooth and as expected. Follow up after move in was also helpful by having weeks to live in the house to notice issues and have them addressed. This was our first new build and would certainly recommend Pulte as a builder.

We love our new home , then home loan dept was so kind and friendly , our field manager was so kind we felt as if we were working with a family member , our home sales rep was wonderful at answering all our questions . the title company was so amazing they were on time and answered any questions we had that made our home buying experience fun and stress free . I would recommend Pulte Homes to my friends and family because Pulte Homes are built by families for your family . What a better way to say Welcome Home .

Morten, Pulte Sales and Jordan, Pulte Home Inspector were great throughout the whole process, whether it was taking pictures of our home during the building process, answering questions or assisting us with changes, they were always a text, call or email away. Very responsive, always knowledgeable and helpful, they made buying our 1st home a painless process and we appreciate that! Not many companies have employees that go above and beyond to ensure a customer's satisfaction but Pulte excelled in this area. Great job!

Be very careful of doing a contingency with this company. They will start building the home prior to the contingency expiration. Get things in writing from your sales rep so that you have proof of what they tell you. Upgraded cabinets to a level 3 and they were not installed correctly. Placed hands on stair railing end piece, with some weight behind me and it broke (inside is pressed board). Paint used on walls is poor quality (1 wipe with a washcloth and it comes right off). The only highlight to our home was our Project Manager Mike was friendly and is working hard to help fix our problems. We are currently setting up our new home with 2 holes in the wall a broken pendant light and several spots that still need fixed. Main regret is we wish we would have went with a different builder. If you decide to use Pulte as your builder take the time to meet and ask questions to the other residents in the development regarding their experiences (most of our neighbors our unhappy with the quality of the homes) if we had talked to any of them beforehand we would not have purchased a home through Pulte. Also, be careful of picking out your lots... ask detailed questions about will it look the same when my house is built on it... Lot was flat when we picked it out... they created a berm in our backyard that took away about 6' x 68' foot of our yard and now we have to pay and add'l 10,000 dollars for a retaining wall. Scott was incredible throughout our entire building experience. He sent us images every Friday so that we could see the progress since he knew we weren't able to visit that often. He also kept in close contact with us and let us know of any urgent updates along the way. Scott even went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us when we asked him to add an outlet outside! Carlin (at the front office) was also wonderful to work with! She was personable and so easy to work with through the home purchasing process. We love our Pulte home!!

Bob is an excellent supervisor . work with him. he is very good at his job

We recently purchased a home from Pulte. We are very happy with the our home and the process as the home was being built. Pulte brings years of home building expertise and it shows throughout the home building process.

I love my new house. HOA is a little high. Water is in the streets.

Feel there was some misinformation given from the sales office. Field team is excellent.

I am not happy with the quality of the upgrades for which I paid such high costs. Upgrading the master bath to larger shower did not include better tile on walls. Then what was installed is plain white with out any design or detail. Upgrading the kitchen and cabinets did not meet expectations because with the filler space between the oven and microwave makes me believe that they are box cabinet which looks cheap. The best part of my review is because Jordan was/is a great project manager and was very helpful in solving issues.

This is the 3rd home we’ve had built, and it was by far the least stressful and most beautifully crafted home. The contractor team of JT and Jordan were beyond amazing. Their attention detail surpassed my own and I have complete trust in their team and expertise.
