Our Sales associate was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the homes, the products and services. Our Super (person in charge of overseeing our home) is excellent. He is very responsive to my call and texts, gets things done in a timely manner.

Working with Pulte on my new home build was absolutely amazing. From the beginning of this process from the sales associate Nick to the project manager Ryan to the design team and especially all of the excellent construction workers who took out their time to pay attention to all of the special intricate details of my home. I would recommend Pulte to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Good experience and amazing project manager. We just felt the pride we paid didn’t equal the quality of material used to build the home.

The individuals who work for Pulte are great and do their best to correct the poor quality of work done by the subcontractors they hire. We've been in our new house 60 days and we're still waiting on issues to be resolved. Very disappointed in the quality of work by their subcontractors. I would not buy another Pulte home.

My wife and I recognized the quality workmanship of the Pulte home on our first walk through the models, and the floor plans fit our needs exactly. Our interaction with the Pulte Team, including Rachel and Jenny was best in class! This has been the very best new home experience we've ever had, and would recommend a Pulte home to anyone who asks!

Second pulte home I had built and must say that the first time was a Much more Pleasant experience for a Number of reasons: sales Was not familiar with the new models (cosenza) so some things that were told to me turned out not to be true. I felt very much rushed and pressured during the closing process and pulte Was not flexible on modifying dates for closing even though I mentioned I had a death in the family. Don’t like that pulte mortgage sells my Mortgage. On a positive not pulte seems to still build a pretty decent home however this interior flat paint seems to be cheap as it stains, rubs off and flakes very easily. I would like to see if I could get assistance with converting to a latex or semigloss ... More

Over all the updates on the build was excellent. If something doesn’t get done by the move in date it takes forever to have the items fixed after that.

For us, this was a lateral move within the Anthem Merrill Ranch community. We looked at other options before purchasing our lot, but everything about our experience these last nine years has been positive, so we simply wanted to move into a much nicer house at a much better location. We've been very pleased with everything about the house. We are confident that not only will it serve us well as a home, but will also retain its value (at least) for a time in the future when we put it on the market.

We love our Pulte home. Well built and energy efficient. The layout is functional and visually pleasing. The minor issues we've had after the build have been handled promptly by our field manager. Really great experience!

From our initial walk though of the model homes to the contracting of the build and design center, everything was great! Both our sales representative John and our construction manager JT both kept us up to date and invited us to be a participating part of our home construction. We are very happy with our purchase and would do again.

Quiet neighborhood, good quality homes for a decent price.

PULTE did a great job on our new home - home is very efficient and well designed. Could pay just a little more attention to the small details but they are small - I would buy a PULTE home again - I bought home on a discount but otherwise appraised just below retail price.

I have had two other brand new house build. The only complaint I have are the windows. All of them are cut on the frame and the edges are rough. That to me is just not right. It’s like you made them fit instead of purchasing them to fit. I have spoke with Lane a nice gentlemen for sure. But that truly bothers me! I recently sold my 4300 sq ft house in Goodyear my husband passed away to much house. I had looked at several homes. Always wanted a home builder by your company. The house was currently build did my walk through. Did not notice the windows until my blind installer measured and pointed it out to me!! ... More

Pulte homes are good sturdy home builders, you can feel it when you walk into the home. Insulation is great. The follow-up on getting items fixed was wonderful and very responsive
