From our initial walk though of the model homes to the contracting of the build and design center, everything was great! Both our sales representative John and our construction manager JT both kept us up to date and invited us to be a participating part of our home construction. We are very happy with our purchase and would do again.

PULTE did a great job on our new home - home is very efficient and well designed. Could pay just a little more attention to the small details but they are small - I would buy a PULTE home again - I bought home on a discount but otherwise appraised just below retail price.

It’s like you made them fit instead of purchasing them to fit. I have spoke with Lane a nice gentlemen for sure. But that truly bothers me! Pulte homes are good sturdy home builders, you can feel it when you walk into the home. Insulation is great. The follow-up on getting items fixed was wonderful and very responsive
