We had a very short time frame to find our new home and that came true at Copperleaf with Pulte Homes. While we bought a spec and knew we would not be able to customize completely, because of Pulte's quality and already incredible quality, "out-of-the-box" was 95% of where we wanted to be. We also had a deadline to move and while not promised, our construction manager, salesperson and the Pulte team made it happen. Hi, I already completed the survey for our actual home. I think we were a different model then what's listed in this survey. I completed it and then a month later this came and hasn't stopped notifications to complete it. We are still waiting for some items and overall things are fine. Please don't send any more surveys.

Pulte Homes , Project manager Joe goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before getting into your dream home. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable to answer all questions even after moving in. He made me and my family feel like family.

Our construction manager, Jim, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to respond to us at all times of the build. He was thorough with our walk through and made sure we were satisfied. His knowledge of the house and pulte put us at ease. He even provided us with a packet of his most recommended cleaning and basic handyman suggestions for our house as we told him we had some fun projects we wanted to do after move in. Our interactions with him were the highlight of our process and he made it so much better. Thank you, Jim!
