I am very satisfied with Pulte

My superintendent, Walter, is the best. He was there every step of the way during the process. He explained everything perfectly, and any minor issues that arose because of the bad storm, etc Walter was immediately available to help and get it resolved. He is the best.

Good builder and staff

Pulte builder team is amazing, Sales team including Sam and Sophia were excellent with communication as lots were coming up, we really enjoyed the Design center appointments, with this product line, Pulte should include larger tile with more colors, more selection in the countertop and cabinets. Most other builders are giving white cabinets, toffe cabinets as basic options to select from, Also the Counter tops should allow buyers to select from Quartz and Granite, No other builder is using the light cream 16 *16 tiles as basic options. Other builders in the area are offereing 18*18 as standard tiles with 4 colors to select from. Also the entire house is painted with one color. Most builder are including 2 tone paint, semi gloss in wet areas, shelves, bathroom, laundry. The basic paint you are offering required immediate painting. When we move into home and spend so much money, the basic paint should be something livable. Other Builders are giving the following, 2 tone paint, including recess lights in all area including garage, storage. We chose to go with Pulte as the product design and floor plan. The base price should include other items. The construction manager Walt has done an excellent job in building our home. He looked at all small details and the final walk was very simple few small items and they were done prior to close of Escrow. Steven has been great about taking care of any issues we've had with our home. I inspect homes all day in my line of work and Steven has been great about paying close attention to detail and scheduling corrections / repairs as needed. All the "issues" we've had are minor, in my opinion. I know he oversees a significant amount of homes and so it has been great to see him be quick to respond. This has been the 2nd house we've built, 1st with Pulte, and my wife and I have been pleased to have them build us our beautiful home.

This was our second Pulte purchase and our original 29+ year old home stood the test of time due to quality workmanship.

Sophia, our sales consultant, made our buying experience so wonderful. She worked with us, tirelessly providing answers throughout the entire process, even after the close.

Proud to say I own my very own Pulte home, here at Canyon Views! Enrique with sales, Mike & Shanna with mortgage and Mike with the construction team. These individuals truly have made this experience outstanding. The memories that will be made in our very first home will last us forever. Scott was great, updating me on a weekly basis. After the closing, he took care off some issues that I found after moving.

Our field manager Nick was wonderful.

We went through their financing and added insurance and security making it easier for us. They were very easy to deal with and the complete process went smoothly and it will be easier for us each month.

From the moment that our house was assigned a superintendent, we were in good hands. From weekly Friday updates to writing a welcome message on our concrete slab, Scott went above and beyond to make our home perfect for us.

Pulte is an amazing builder. The floorplans are well designed and highly customizable. The entire process was very smooth because you always had a Pulte team member a text or phone call away to answer your question. The quality of the home is amazing and they are very eager to fix anything that doesn't look right. Maybe the best part of Pulte is the comprehensive warranty that is huge for piece of mind.
