Overall, happy with the experience. Attention to detail probably could have been a little better. Doing the final walk only one week before closing didn't seem like enough time for the trades to correct everything. I could have pointed out several things 3 or 4 weeks before closing which would have given the trades more time to respond. Again, over all very happy with the process, would just suggest involving the buyers a little sooner in the process could have given the trades more time to complete the items before closing. One last thing, Duke was terrific to deal with!! He is a keeper!

All the representatives working for Pulte have been attentive, supportive, understanding and helpful. The overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. I do not repent in making my decision to go along with Pulte. Thank you for making this transition go as smooth as possible (even when moving across the country).

Our home buying experience was great from the minute we met our sales rep to the day we picked-up our house keys! Every team member was knowledgeable, respectful, and always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. After we moved in the follow-up to make sure all was well was excellent. We were very impressed with the whole organization.

Pulte salesman Bryan was so easy to deal with, and he explained everything and answered all questions. He was exceptionally patient and knowledgable, and went above and beyond during the entire process. Construction Manager, also named Bryan was also exceptional. He explained every detail of the building process and was immediately available to answer all calls and texts. I give them both 5 Stars!

Hello, Please be aware that Chris the Construction Manager made my experience as an out of town Buyer seamless and without stress. He answered all my questions at walk through and followed through with everything that needed to be corrected. He texted and sent me pictures showing this, even after Closing and after I had gone back to my home state. I am a realtor of 18 years and can highly recommend all the professionals at Pulte I interacted at with.

Our contract and buying experience with Erik was a pleasure. Erik made us feel valued as new home buyers and every step of the way was ready to handle and help us through any challenges or concerns we had. Billy was our construction manager, and we really feel like he went above and beyond to ensure we were built a quality house. We did experience things during the process that were outside of Billy’s control, but he was very quick to make those things right to the best of his ability. On a side note: the painting sub Pulte uses in Allen Ranch is horrible, and they need to find a new painting sub. The paint in our new house has workmanship issues and the painters make terrible messes including but not limited to runs down walls and trim work, paint on upgraded hood vent and 30k marble counters, paint on flooring and driveway pavers. The building process was very thorough. Our building manager was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was very involved in the process and ensured issues were corrected throughout the process as well.

Pulte was outstanding from first visit to the model homes until closing! Highly recommend!

Having sun lights within a house is essential rights, and pulte made it for us.

Paying a million and chasing for every walk in inspection item has been a pain. On top of that management didn’t pay attention to have the home ready with internet fiber cable. Takes 2 weeks to put things in order. I am asked to close home with all items open otherwise it will create a lot of other issues (like a threat) then asked to sign off on walk in inspection checklist to mark everything is closed. After chasing construction manager for 6 weeks now , I am told go and raise service request and he only managed production lines. Few like a fool with sweet talks on signing the documents when items on checklist wasn’t closed. Dishwasher starts leaking and I discover it only when my handyman removes baseboard for doing a paint job , 5 days to action and appliance company comes and fixes it instead of replacing the appliance when complaint was raised within 22 days of buying. Construction quality as to standards is questionable. Cabinet install sucks!! Title processor (first one) was so nasty they had to chand agents. Communication. This is 2nd pulte home probably last

I highly recommend buying a Pulte home. Quality built home and great staff to work with.

I had a horrible experience with both Victoria in the sales office as well as Monica at Pulte mortgage. Victoria was rude and unhelpful and frequently used terms like “breach of contract” as a bully tactic. Monica at Pulte mortgage was often confused and had conflicting information, often calling me when she was trying to call another customer. Even at closing, she incorrectly told me my closing was on hold even though it had been given the clear to close because she had the wrong information. No any good park only one park near to my house builder didn’t spend any good amount on park I do not like at all I miss Taylor Morrison community home I moved from no view nothing if you wanna live under roof then it’s fine that’s all I can say sorry for this review

It was a great experience buying home from Pulte community. Coordination, timely communication from engineers, service follow-ups, loan buying options and home closing etc over all it was flawless experience.

It was good experience buying a home from Pulte, there were a few delays but it all worked out in the end.

Overall experience was good with Pulte. The construction team was really helpful in all ways. One member from the mortgage team was not effectively communicating back.

The sales experience was great. Initially, we enjoyed meeting with our design consultant but since we have moved in we realized she should have provided us more information. Specifically regarding our flooring options and choices since this was by far our biggest ticketed item . Our construction manager provided amazing communication throughout the entire process but once we did the walk thru and received our keys … all her cared about that we would give him a great survey score. Our home turned out beautiful, and any issues seen in walkthrough or after moving in were attended to and fixed promptly. Our experience with the builders was great, unfortunately I cannot say the same with the process of the lenders during the approval of the loan, that area needs much improvement. Other than that, everything else was a smooth and great process!

Nice construction , got reguler construction updates from management. It went smooth.

We looked at another builder first. However our customer experience with that builder wasn’t good. We heard good things about Pulte which is what made us turn to Pulte. Pulte didn’t disappoint. The buying experience was quick and easy. Each step in the buying process was guided by a group of professionals that were so helpful and responsive to any question we had. They seemed happy to do business with us. The quality of service was exceptional and we got a lovely home.

Our experience with Pulte has been great since the beginning. Throughout the entire building process, we got weekly home build reports. Once we were settled within our new home, a few issues turned up and our construction manager was responsive and quick to remedy everything. Highly recommend, couldn't be happier!
