The sales experience was great. Initially, we enjoyed meeting with our design consultant but since we have moved in we realized she should have provided us more information. Specifically regarding our flooring options and choices since this was by far our biggest ticketed item . Our construction manager provided amazing communication throughout the entire process but once we did the walk thru and received our keys … all her cared about that we would give him a great survey score. Our home turned out beautiful, and any issues seen in walkthrough or after moving in were attended to and fixed promptly. Our experience with the builders was great, unfortunately I cannot say the same with the process of the lenders during the approval of the loan, that area needs much improvement. Other than that, everything else was a smooth and great process!

Nice construction , got reguler construction updates from management. It went smooth.

We looked at another builder first. However our customer experience with that builder wasn’t good. We heard good things about Pulte which is what made us turn to Pulte. Pulte didn’t disappoint. The buying experience was quick and easy. Each step in the buying process was guided by a group of professionals that were so helpful and responsive to any question we had. They seemed happy to do business with us. The quality of service was exceptional and we got a lovely home.

Our experience with Pulte has been great since the beginning. Throughout the entire building process, we got weekly home build reports. Once we were settled within our new home, a few issues turned up and our construction manager was responsive and quick to remedy everything. Highly recommend, couldn't be happier!

My wife and I were very excited to build our first home in AZ. We had only lived in AZ for about 1 year prior to contracting to build. First of all the initial experience is pretty painless. A lot of decisions to make immediately for your build but all in all pretty easy. The upgrades are extremely expensive for what you get. To upgrade to a floor I could have purchased from a flooring store installed for about $15000 total was a $23000 upgrade over the flooring that comes with the home (just one example) The process to build was quite efficient but where we ran into issues was with the details on the finish of our new home. Our kitchen cabinets were a mess along with some other issues. Everyone seemed concerned enough to try to get a good review but not concerned enough to try to make things right in our new home. At well over $500k for a new 2300sqft home, i dont expect to get the response of "well, these arent custom homes) Build quality and attention to detail has nothing to do with whether its custom or not. All I asked is for people to treat our new home like they would their new home and that doesnt seem to be of importance to Pulte Homes. Some of our issues have been taken care of and some still remain unresolved. Overall I wouldnt tell someone to not build with Pulte Homes but I would advise them to stay highly involved in the build process. If your issues arent resolved fully prior to closing, dont close. Overall everything is fine. We love the house plan but a lot of things were missed on the house that we had to go back and address. Towel racks not level, holes in flooring under the carpet, sloppy drywall and painting, stairs creak when you walk on them, shower rods don't fit properly, kitchen cabinet missing a knob, a circuit in the kitchen had a short that was tripping the breaker....and on and on. Maybe this is the way it goes now days but disappointed that Pulte doesn't put more effort in delivering the final product. The GM kept me informed during the whole home building process and was very easy to follow.

My husband and I are very happy with our new Pullte home at Wildhorse Estates! Our project manager Jenny was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was the amount of care and pride that went into building our home. We were hesitant to build a home using a large developer but we could not be more happy with the results!!!!

We had an overall positive experience. Wes was great to work with.

A number of small architectural design issues such as light switch locations, the non-use of 'dead space' in the Primary Bathroom, etc., add up to create some permanent disappointment. The lack of ability to address these issues during the construction process was highly frustrating. Perhaps the architectural design department should be staffed with people equipped with better real-world experience. The response time for repairing a major electrical issue was extremely disappointing and the discovery of the solution creates a high level of skepticism regarding similar lingering issues that have yet to surface. ... Brad was truly awesome in helping us with our unique situation. Tracy explained everything about the house and has been so helpful.

Do not think that they care about you, because they don’t. From the beginning rude salesmen, craftsmen ship is shoddy. The only person that did a good job was a guy name Wes and his Boss. Buying a Pulte home wasn’t fun, and I already have my home up for sale.

We love our new Pulte home. As with any new home, there were a couple minor issues with construction. Our Pulte contact took care of these issues quickly. The home buying process was also quick and easy.

Everything was completed on time and above expectations. They really did a great job from Josh Schneberger (Sales) to the Final Walk through. I would definitely buy another Pulte Home!!!

Most of the people we dealt with through the process were great. I did feel pressured to make some decisions more quickly than I was comfortable regarding upgrades/add-ons but did anyway.

I have been in my home for a little over a month. Obviously I am going to find imperfections, but there are far too many things that pop up that just show laziness. Holes in drywall, nicks and dents in drywall, grout splattered and stuck to tiles/walls, chipped grout, cracked paint in almost every ceiling corner. I've had the project manager/customer service come out to inspect some of the issues, said they would have it taken care of in a couple weeks. it's been over 3 weeks and there is still no update.

For what is touted an exclusive part of the havevest community corners are definately cut in community landscaping and cleanliness, hoa is not replacing dead or dying plants, need to hold homeowners accountable for street parking and dog poop clean up within the community, in the home cheap materials are used as standards finish and the cleaning before move in is subpar.

Pulte homebuilder made my life miserable during this transaction, put me and my wife through the WORSE experience EVER even having her in tears. Consumers need know their options, and are educated in Pulte's business and their tactics. Get an inspection during the home build process and final walkthrough! Pulte Home builder colludes with Pulte Mortgage to approve buyers not on whether you are qualified or not, but based strictly off a financial gain or loss. I am a very qualified buyer, my file confirms this point how they operate. Reminder, it's a non refundable earnest money deposit! Do your research and always have back up lender in place during the transaction so you don't lose your house, earnest money or incentives they will not honor to their benefit. From searching and getting to know the neighborhood, throughout the build, and continued contact to ensure we are satisfied. Sometimes the little things create a sense of pride that Pulte has in their homes/neighborhoods and since moving in it has been nice to see Pulte ensures the neighborhood, with lots of construction, is kept clean for those moved in. The home is awesome, great quality. Pulte has been a reliable partner.

The Pulte team was fantastic in assisting me in the purchase of my new home. I would highly recommend a Pulte home and the folks in the mortgage process who walked me through each and every step in the process. A fantastic experience for me!

I am a buyer, so naturally I hope the price is as cheap as possible

Within 60 days of moving in we had a kitchen cabinet fall apart. Opened a claim to have it repaired. Here we are 60 days later and no one has been out to fix the cabinet. Only emails and no show for the schedule repairs to be done. Dont purchase from PULTE HOMES.
