Our construction manager Daniel was outstanding keeping us informed every step of the way. Our house was completed on time, and we are very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend.

Very miner issues but taken care of right away

I wasn’t sure why roof tiles are falling of from top.. I don’t even understand how they constructed it. This is kind of crazy with issues in my home… I didn’t expected that house will be built without proper material and lack of knowledge on how to build.. it’s not issue with model it’s the issue with construction. Why construction guy take survey from customer directly and why they won’t show up when we have issues in home

The home is very nice a few replacements needed and not addressed promptly. We were given wrong mailbox keys and have no access to mail no response contacted pulte 2 times and trips to post office as well. Customer satisfaction lags.

Once in home we began to see many quality issues that we didn’t notice during our final walk through. Pulte service is responsive to tickets, but if they had better subcontractors there wouldn’t be so many tickets.

Our home is beautiful but we would never buy a new home from Pulte again. The process was a year and half long. Lots of changes were made over that time frame. Quality of the build is moderate, definitely not what we expected. Joey our construction manager did his best to make sure things were done however he only had so much pull. The worst experience would be the design center. Making you pick out every detail of a 4000sq ft house on a 4 hour period is ridiculous. Every step of the way from model home walk thru to getting the keys to our new home was easy and fun. Our initial meeting with Victoria was great! She was very patient with all our questions, took the time to explain everything, and did not pressure us in any way. Walking through the model homes showed the high quality that Pulte Homes had to offer. Then meeting with Victoria, deciding on the specs and signing the initial contract was super easy! We received emails and communication along the entire way letting us know what the next steps would be. Meeting with the Design Center to pick out everything from carpet padding to door handles to kitchen counter tops was probably the most fun of the whole experience. Getting to decide all the small details that went into designing and building our home was an awesome experience! Our sales consultant was very patient with all our questions and took the time to explain everything and even show us how different materials would impact the final cost. Keith, our construction manager was THE BEST throughout the whole process. Answering questions, no matter how small or big, very quickly, even sending picture updates along the way! Meeting with Keith for the walk they’d was extremely informative and all our questions and concerns were answered and addressed, making us know that our home was being well taken care of. Signing the final documents was quick, everything was explained in great detail so we walked away with all questions answered. Overall from start to finish, everyone I have dealt with from the individual in sales, to the person who worked with me at the design center, and to my construction manager have been nothing but absolutely professional and incredibly responsive. I have been involved with building homes several times in different states and even in different countries and Pulte Homes definitely stands out in their desire to produce a quality home that meets the needs of their customers. Everybody was very professional from the very beginning, and I was showing for homes, and I thought the last one shown I am very very very happy, and they seem to be taking very good care of me and all my needs. Project manager has been responsive to all concerns at this time. Bryson has been good to work with. Continuously finding more and more issues/concerns (e.g. shower stoop drains to bathroom floor, stair rail spindles are already splitting). My concern is what will I continue to find.

Pulte decides when the buyer has a walk through, even if the buyer isn't available. There is no recourse or anyone to receive your requests to simply attend your own buyer walk through. Pulte will change your inspection dates to meet their schedule. Now I have a workmanship issue and no one from Pulte customer care will respond. Go ahead, try to find people from Pulte on the internet. Imagine if you have a problem. You can't find anyone to call. They'll call you every day when you are buying, but can't return a call for poor workmanship.

When we moved in two of the ceiling lights in the kitchen were not working. It took about 4 weeks to get the electrician out. He repaired them but said that the electrical wires were never hooked up. We have globs of dried paint hanging down from the roof outside our master bath windows. We have been waiting now for 2 months for someone to come and scrape it off. The dry walls have many unsightly slice marks and areas that need scraping and smoothing. The landscaping has been dying due to lack of water. The landscaper came out and replaced the dead plants and now a tree and 7 other plants are dead for lack of water. ... More

The homebuying and new build experience is not for the faint of heart and in life nothing is perfect, but when there were bumps in the road, I have to say Pulte came through with timely responses and solutions to the situations at hand. They worked and are working with me closely on solutions to everything that has come up. Like my sales rep would tell me when issues did arise. Remember Pulte wants happy homeowners when they move in so we will work with you and in the end that is what they did.

Our construction manager Daniel was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the entire building process. He alone warrants the 10/10 rating!

We rated this based on our experience with all aspects of Pulte and their subcontractors. If this survey pertains specifically to our construction manager, Joey, then the rating is high. If this survey pertains to vendor like SST, then the rating is 1-2.

We were very pleased with our overall experience with Pulte and with the knowledge level of their staff!

Very good quality and service

We have issues with our counter top which un even , no resolution made after the report , we ended up getting new back slash. The price for the materials used for the house itself is over rated

There are many aspects about the purchase of our new Pulte home that are above and beyond the norm. During the sales process and closing they work to make it a good experience, well above the norm. They work to provide a good product in the home they deliver to you that is above average. Average is not outstanding, so above average is better yet still not outstanding, Perhaps outstanding should not be an expected from a production builder. One has to wonder if the cost of the home was $2,000 more could Outstanding be possible?

For the most part, everything went well. The back and forth with finishing dates was stressful. And then when we finally closed there are many things in our home that were done sloppy and need to be fixed.

This process of this new house build took way too long! Twice the time! No communication from the sells representative after we signed on the dotted line, wasn’t honest or straightforward with timelines or delays we heard nothing.

I simply can't say enough great things about Pulte. Right from sales agreement to keeping us posted through construction and closing, Pulte was all the way with us. The sales team (thanks Aimee and team) ensured that all my questions while Art, the construction manager ensured that he not only kept me in loop with all progress but also ensured that house is constructed to specs and to the quality and workmanship that we paid for. It was an exceptional home buying experience with Pulte. Thanks to Pulte!
