We have owned many older homes in our lives but this home is our first new home. All of the people that we have worked with have been very helpful and the few problems ( and I mean very few ) that we have had they have taken care of quickly. We will recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a home.

The construction of Our new home was completed while We lived out of state. All of the Pulte professionals kept Us up to date and informed during the entire build process, including pictures at all stages of construction. Our Thanks to Everyone at Pulte.We love Our new home.

Warranty person Hector is the best we have ever worked with on our warranty issues. Gets them taken care of right away. Twice we have bought Ryland homes in the past and they were the worst to deal with on a new home warranty issue. I will never buy another Ryland home ever as long as there is Pulte Homes .

The whole process was top notch compared to other builders I have bought from.

We bought the Parklane home and the buying process was easy. The home came out beautifully and we couldn't be more happier. Our project manager was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

The pulte superintendent Ron took care of everything. We never even met him once until the house was done as my schedule was too busy and I placed my trust in him to get it done which he did but he kept us well-informed of the progress.

My wife and I love our new house. The build was very good and our filed contractor, Ron, was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. We do have some items that we need corrected (30 day) and understand with all going on there may be a delay.

From the very beginning, the staff at Pulte have been ah-mazing! They have all taken the time to answer any questions or concerns. They have been quick to respond to voicemails or e-mails. Our building site manager sent us updates on any new progress on the home. Since we were 1000 miles away, this was greatly appreciated. Loan staff, design center, EVERYONE has been amazing. We love our new home.

The only issue so far is apparently there is no power to the ceiling fan wires in the the front bedroom.

The purchase of our Pulte home was very enjoyable experience. Everyone we worked with were very helpful and took care of any concerns or questions we had. Our on-site construction manger (Danny) was extremely helpful with every question or concern we had! All issues were taken care of to our satisfaction! We are now enjoying our new home!

Having previously owned a Pulte home for 31 years, i was excited to purchase another one. The experience from start to finish has been exceptional. I love the neighborhood, the community is amazing. It looks as nice as i expected it to.
