Make sure you inspect every aspect of your home build. We found numerous things wrong ( including beer cans in our walls). We found out that the flooring company Pulte uses has a D- rating. Once you sign the walk through papers you will not have much luck getting things repaired in a timely manner.

House is great. The Pulte mortgage company was very challenging. I get more experienced than the mortgage consultants.

If i knew i could help you improve i would spend the time. You have several issues and i am not 100% satisfied. You seem to promote your way to get a good review with simple one way form not allowing negatives. Your process is fast tracked poor quality allowing sub contractors to cut corners. Minimal supervision. No quality standards as the sub sets that in the field. Poor to no reprrsentation by city inspectors helps you get away with even more issues.just checks the box and doesnt get out of truck. You are likley held hostage by your subs ..only as good as your subs. Your products need updating. Areas needing attention.: Ac noises and wrong application Landscape poor..been using same co too long Price gouging, you can make a.profit but why take advantage. Exterior sidewalks and driveway damages not repaired or cleaned. Not finish trim in walk in closets. Need comfort height toilets. Come on..the tub surrounds are embarrissing. You build in az ..excessive hard water 32 grains or more hardness. You need to provide water softeners as a house feature not an add. This to me is as important as a post tension slab basic. Using cheapest Sherwin williams flat paint. Baseboards too small scale . Floorin height takes away 1/3 of base height. Use 4 in Base height minimum. Exterior paint is 1 coat flat. In az climate . Framing at soffits and tie in with stucco leave huge gaps for pests. Yoi loose the tight house at the soffit transition. No one checks the tile installers . Hollow tiles. Improper thinset Just a blow n go fast install skipping quality. Wall insulation is poor for sound deadening. Cheapest cellulous fill. Attick insulatio. Should be 12 inch and its only 4-5. Superintendent has no support to make changes. I purchased a spec home and this is what i saw Pulte could be a leader but takes the cheap easy way cookie cutter dont ask questions or make changes approach. I was very impressed with Pulte, from the quality of their homes, the impressive array of customization options, the building process, to the sales agent, mortgage staff, and title company. Appreciated having everything we needed in a one stop shop. Would highly recommend Pulte to anyone that asks!

Final product was not in good shape. Entire countertop has to be replaced due to chips and wrong cutouts around cabinets. New HVAC installed in the wrong place, TWICE. One HVAC sounds like it is blowing up when it starts and stops. Upgraded ceiling fan in family room installed 15 feet in the air with pull chains. Seriously? Pulte mortgage continued to hound us for documents when we hadn't even sold both our homes. Work order placed for 10 various items on Oct 3rd. Have reached out countless times with no response. I chose Pulte because I knew I was going to use some upgrade materials. Bottom line the contractors are fair to mid. I would not recommend a Pulte home over any other reliable builder.

Our construction manager Daniel was outstanding keeping us informed every step of the way. Our house was completed on time, and we are very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend.

Very miner issues but taken care of right away

I wasn’t sure why roof tiles are falling of from top.. I don’t even understand how they constructed it. This is kind of crazy with issues in my home… I didn’t expected that house will be built without proper material and lack of knowledge on how to build.. it’s not issue with model it’s the issue with construction. Why construction guy take survey from customer directly and why they won’t show up when we have issues in home

The home is very nice a few replacements needed and not addressed promptly. We were given wrong mailbox keys and have no access to mail no response contacted pulte 2 times and trips to post office as well. Customer satisfaction lags.

Once in home we began to see many quality issues that we didn’t notice during our final walk through. Pulte service is responsive to tickets, but if they had better subcontractors there wouldn’t be so many tickets.

Our home is beautiful but we would never buy a new home from Pulte again. The process was a year and half long. Lots of changes were made over that time frame. Quality of the build is moderate, definitely not what we expected. Joey our construction manager did his best to make sure things were done however he only had so much pull. The worst experience would be the design center. Making you pick out every detail of a 4000sq ft house on a 4 hour period is ridiculous. Every step of the way from model home walk thru to getting the keys to our new home was easy and fun. Our initial meeting with Victoria was great! She was very patient with all our questions, took the time to explain everything, and did not pressure us in any way. Walking through the model homes showed the high quality that Pulte Homes had to offer. Then meeting with Victoria, deciding on the specs and signing the initial contract was super easy! We received emails and communication along the entire way letting us know what the next steps would be. Meeting with the Design Center to pick out everything from carpet padding to door handles to kitchen counter tops was probably the most fun of the whole experience. Getting to decide all the small details that went into designing and building our home was an awesome experience! Our sales consultant was very patient with all our questions and took the time to explain everything and even show us how different materials would impact the final cost. Keith, our construction manager was THE BEST throughout the whole process. Answering questions, no matter how small or big, very quickly, even sending picture updates along the way! Meeting with Keith for the walk they’d was extremely informative and all our questions and concerns were answered and addressed, making us know that our home was being well taken care of. Signing the final documents was quick, everything was explained in great detail so we walked away with all questions answered. Purchasing, designing, and moving into our new Pulte Home was the best experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. Overall from start to finish, everyone I have dealt with from the individual in sales, to the person who worked with me at the design center, and to my construction manager have been nothing but absolutely professional and incredibly responsive. I have been involved with building homes several times in different states and even in different countries and Pulte Homes definitely stands out in their desire to produce a quality home that meets the needs of their customers. I hired private inspectors that confirmed that Pulte homes are well-built homes and any minor issues were quickly resolved. I am very happy with the finished product! ... More

Project manager has been responsive to all concerns at this time. Bryson has been good to work with. Continuously finding more and more issues/concerns (e.g. shower stoop drains to bathroom floor, stair rail spindles are already splitting). My concern is what will I continue to find.

Pulte decides when the buyer has a walk through, even if the buyer isn't available. There is no recourse or anyone to receive your requests to simply attend your own buyer walk through. Pulte will change your inspection dates to meet their schedule. Now I have a workmanship issue and no one from Pulte customer care will respond. Go ahead, try to find people from Pulte on the internet. Imagine if you have a problem. You can't find anyone to call. They'll call you every day when you are buying, but can't return a call for poor workmanship.

When we moved in two of the ceiling lights in the kitchen were not working. It took about 4 weeks to get the electrician out. He repaired them but said that the electrical wires were never hooked up. We have globs of dried paint hanging down from the roof outside our master bath windows. We have been waiting now for 2 months for someone to come and scrape it off. The dry walls have many unsightly slice marks and areas that need scraping and smoothing. The landscaping has been dying due to lack of water. The landscaper came out and replaced the dead plants and now a tree and 7 other plants are dead for lack of water. ... More
