Dee, Jessica, and Travis were great to work with. Everyone we interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The home is beautiful and everything I'd hoped it would be.

While there were some problems at the closing walkthrough, which is normal, James and Travis (our construction manager and his supervisor), worked after closing until everything was perfect. They even remain in-touch today to fix small things as we notice them living in the home.

Pulte employees excellent and responsive. Some Issues with Pulte vendors….getting materials and issues resolved in a timely manner.

Builder and sales office and titling was great. Pulte mortgage experience was not.

The process went very smooth. We enjoyed seeing progress every day. We have been in the home for two months and absolutely love our new home. Our only concern is the tile floors we selected. They have a film that we cannot get off and also a lot of the tiles are chipped. It looks like they were purchased at a discount. We have not had our 30 day walk through to let Pulte know but we do know Pulte will take care of it for us. We did look at another builder in the area. The house was nice. Then we found the Pulte home, we knew this is exactly what we wanted. We could tell the quality was spot on. During the build, one thing that really impressed us was Pulte is self-insured. To us, this meant they were not going to cut corners because it would cost them more in the end. This is our second Pulte house and Pulte will continue to be a top option for us if we ever need another house. We lived in our first home for 10 years and were very satisfied with the quality of the house. Our new home is even better! Pulte has been easy to work with and has followed through on everything promised throughout the process. The only issue we had was that our Project Manager was, at times, difficult to get in touch with due to how busy he was. We had a lot of reservations at the beginning of the process and were anxious about what issues would come up and how they would be dealt with. Overall, our experience with Pulte was very good to excellent. I was impressed at how fast the process went; our actual closing date was 4 weeks earlier than the beginning of the committed closing window. We also have had great response to minor issues which have come up at our 30 day review. We have been very happy with Pulte's commitment to our satisfaction. Our only real issue was that there was poor coordination between Pulte and our pool contractor which resulted in our pool excavation being delayed. ... More

The home materials used and workmanship are high quality, the Pulte team of people have been excellent to work with. Their support was crucial since our move was cross country and the team delivered! During the construction process there were virtually no major issues causing delay. The timing was accurate and home was well worth the value for the money.

Chris was super responsive during punch list and final walk. He was professional and did a fantastic job.

As a remote buyer, it helped to have "eyes" and consistent progress updates from the site superintendent. Responsiveness to questions, concerns, or follow ups have been handled or are being handled by the team. A lot of things go into building a home and understand that usually at the mercy of several trades and people to make it come together. Perfection is the goal but not a reality usually but fixing things that should be done well and right is why you purchase things from certain companies or people. I’ve had excellent costumer service dealing with Travis and Drew. They have each addressed issues with the house and tried to find solutions. Mary Beth in sales was cheerful and informative. All in all, very good experience!

Pulte homes are built very well.

Everyone at Paulte homes from the sales person to the construction project manager have been helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the construction period.

The experience I had from the initial sale to closing was flawless unfortunately due to current times of lack of materials and sufficient labor force the house was delayed but understandable I would recommend this property to any and all that is looking for a fantastic community and real people to work and live with.

It is important to look very carefully at EVERYTHING and possibly have a third party inspection before taking possession of the house. In the current climate of workers, it is difficult to get people to come back for repairs in a timely manner.

We have had a couple of issues and Leo and Lorenzo have been great about running the issues to ground. A couple more items have popped up in the past couple of weeks but I am confident in the Pulte team to get them resolved quickly and efficiently.

Overall the process was great!

Having had a custom built home for our previous home we were somewhat weary how responsiveness the Pulte team would be. Much to our surprise everyone we dealt with exceeded our expectations from sales to the construction team. Definitely would choose Pulte again.

Leo our construction manager was great. All issues were resolved at time of closing.

The buying experience was good, some of the building issues could have been resolved before we moved in or purchased the house!

Good sales support. Moderately good construction but minimal selection of cabinetry and other accessories. Design flaws in Salerno model such as location of powder room, no outlets in walk in closet, insufficient storage space in general, insufficient number of towel bars, cheaply made towel bars and rings, insufficient lighting in master bath, interior spaces painted flat white which is a cheap, inferior choice, limited appliance choices of inferior brands, low quality cabinets with no 21st century design choices like pot drawers throughout kitchen.
