I’ve had excellent costumer service dealing with Travis and Drew. They have each addressed issues with the house and tried to find solutions. Mary Beth in sales was cheerful and informative. All in all, very good experience!

Pulte homes are built very well.

The home is beautiful and everything I'd hoped it would be.

Everyone at Paulte homes from the sales person to the construction project manager have been helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the construction period.

The experience I had from the initial sale to closing was flawless unfortunately due to current times of lack of materials and sufficient labor force the house was delayed but understandable I would recommend this property to any and all that is looking for a fantastic community and real people to work and live with.

While there were some problems at the closing walkthrough, which is normal, James and Travis (our construction manager and his supervisor), worked after closing until everything was perfect. They even remain in-touch today to fix small things as we notice them living in the home.

Pulte employees excellent and responsive. Some Issues with Pulte vendors….getting materials and issues resolved in a timely manner.

It is important to look very carefully at EVERYTHING and possibly have a third party inspection before taking possession of the house. In the current climate of workers, it is difficult to get people to come back for repairs in a timely manner.

We have had a couple of issues and Leo and Lorenzo have been great about running the issues to ground. A couple more items have popped up in the past couple of weeks but I am confident in the Pulte team to get them resolved quickly and efficiently.

Builder and sales office and titling was great. Pulte mortgage experience was not.

Having had a custom built home for our previous home we were somewhat weary how responsiveness the Pulte team would be. Much to our surprise everyone we dealt with exceeded our expectations from sales to the construction team. Definitely would choose Pulte again.

The process went very smooth. We enjoyed seeing progress every day. We have been in the home for two months and absolutely love our new home. Our only concern is the tile floors we selected. They have a film that we cannot get off and also a lot of the tiles are chipped. It looks like they were purchased at a discount. We have not had our 30 day walk through to let Pulte know but we do know Pulte will take care of it for us. We did look at another builder in the area. The house was nice. Then we found the Pulte home, we knew this is exactly what we wanted. We could tell the quality was spot on. During the build, one thing that really impressed us was Pulte is self-insured. To us, this meant they were not going to cut corners because it would cost them more in the end. Disappointed at how many things are wrong with the home that is a new build, including uneven walls, uneven window frames that are wider on bottom than top or vise versa, broken beams on a roof, broken roof tiles, leaky pipe in the shower, scratches and splatters on every door, uneven handles on kitchen cabinets, very sloppy craftsmanship.

Overall the home buyers process has been great. Pulte team has been great but the subcontractors have been horrible with responding and fixing issues especially the electrical team. I’ve been experiencing electrical problems since moving into my house and they still haven’t resolved the issues. Closed February 13th and it’s currently April 16th. Two months of not being able to fully enjoy our home.

Have a home inspector take a look and forward recommendations to the building superintendent. Compliments to Travis who has complied with all needed repairs. Substandard kitchen cabinets for homes in the $500K price range.

We did not receive the workmanship or quality we were promised and paid for. I am concerned that my home is not worth what we paid. This builder is non-responsive and everyone points to someone else as the reason they do not have time to finish things at my house and for the poor workmanship. We're still waiting for things we paid for but haven't received. We've received countless excuses and ignored completely when we've asked for a timeframe for things to be completed. They made us so many promises to get back to us but nothing has been done yet. I'd have liked to give 5 stars instead of 4 stars, but the inability to make changes to customize was an issue. No pocket door option, no custom-built closets, and having to buy packages of appliances with no individual appliance choices were issues for me. The home we built on the East Coast gave us these options. Our construction manager David was fabulous though.

The Sales experience was positive however we expect more flexibility The Construction Manager, Outstanding personalized Service, Lorenzo S. is genuine customer care professional. The Mortgage experience, we expect to have the most competitive % as we understand Pulte offer good deals but we finish with a local lender The Closing Experience, was pushy and not clear in communications specially with our calls (rude and hanging the phone to us ) . The only absolute thing I would change is the paint. Why every builder wants to use the cheapest interior paint I have no idea but it’s already peeling in several areas less than 60 days in a new home. I’m sure they will take care of it but still so annoying.

Do not sign the final inspection report until all problems have been resolved. An employee promised to fix items at signing and when reminded, appeared to forget.

Initially, we really loved the models only to find out that a lot of the items had been discontinued. Having then gone thru the designer process, it took 10 months to build and move in. We love our home and only have minor issues to deal with.
