I am very happy with my new Pulte home!

Having had a custom built home for our previous home we were somewhat weary how responsiveness the Pulte team would be. Much to our surprise everyone we dealt with exceeded our expectations from sales to the construction team. Definitely would choose Pulte again.

Credit customer service through out the entire process

Closing seemed very rushed.

I have nothing good to say about Pulte - they are currently building homes as fast as they can and cutting corners left and right. We closed on a house that was filthy with many issues that they promised to address as soon as we closed - joke was on us for not refusing to close and believing that they were telling us the truth. As soon as you close, they disappear. My advice? Run.

Overall a good experience. Diligent in addressing issues after move in

We had issues that took long to get fixed, like no power on patio outlet due to outlet by A/C units covered by stucco company, holes on wall to find outlet, stucco patches, and paint after. Range hood stop working due to loose wire under range. Tub faucet leaking for two and a half weeks before fixed. Waiting for A/C units to be balanced, too cold in one side of house.

I want to thank the Pulte Team for providing a beautiful place for us to call home. This home has met all our needs, particularly those of our special needs daughter. We feel like purchasing this beautiful home was a miracle. The process was easy thanks to Carson and Mary Beth as well as our realtor. Carson has gone above and beyond to ensure our needs and expectations have been met. He is professional, kind, courteous, and very responsive. He is who you want representing the Pulte name. Beautiful home. Lots of nice touches. Above average workmanship. Need to get a few things fixed soon that should be under warranty.

In general we've had a very good experience with Pulte, quality homes. Some details that need to be repair though.

Good Job.

Model home was three years old when it was sold and we moved in on March 25th during Covid lock down. Hot water system had not been properly maintained and did not work in master bath. Response was 'you bought it as is' and we were brushed off by main office in Phoenix. We found our own plumber and had repairs done at our own expense. Other items on the final move in check list have still not been done as of May 28, 2020.

We purchased a Pulte home in March, 2020. The experience was amazing. The Sales Office Manager, Loan process, Title, Field Manager and customer Service personnel are very responsive, caring, courteous, and efficient with all the dealings we experienced with the home purchase.

The process went very smooth. We enjoyed seeing progress every day. We have been in the home for two months and absolutely love our new home. Our only concern is the tile floors we selected. They have a film that we cannot get off and also a lot of the tiles are chipped. It looks like they were purchased at a discount. We have not had our 30 day walk through to let Pulte know but we do know Pulte will take care of it for us. We did look at another builder in the area. The house was nice. Then we found the Pulte home, we knew this is exactly what we wanted. We could tell the quality was spot on. During the build, one thing that really impressed us was Pulte is self-insured. To us, this meant they were not going to cut corners because it would cost them more in the end. Sales representative, filed manager and other clerks are very nice and patient. The quality of the house is much better than expected.

Great experience from beginning to end

Working with the Pulte Group from sales to their Mortgage Department, design and the building of our new home has exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend them.

Unresolved issues post possession very disappointing

I love my new home. Once we signed the papers to close the contractors were not responsive to issues. We are almost 60 days into owning the home and are waiting for our 30 day walk through. Other than that, the house is great!

Do your own research.

Small imperfections here and there but over great quality.

Could be better all around.

I feel the quality of our home we built with Standard Pacific (now CalAtlantic) homes was a better quality home. We had less issues moving in and the home was entirely ready when we moved in. However, Pulte told us they had a 7-9mo build time and it was done in 5, which put us in a bad spot with our lease. Then, they were scrambling to get everything done by closing. And when we moved in, there were still things missing or broken. Not the best experience and it didn’t give us much faith in the integrity of the home.

Check all work for quality and workmanship. Slow response in getting any issues fixed.
