Good sales people. Horrible trades workers that don't know what they are doing and don't care about your new home. I would never buy another Pulte home, it has been a living nightmare trying to get my home built. RUN, RUN, RUN as fast as you can away from buying a new Pulte Home!

Sloppy building and many issues that need fixing

Although we enjoy the location of our new home immensely, we are incredibly disappointed in the sloppiness of the work that was done on our home. Many of the craftsmen who were contracted to do things like flooring and windows did subpar work, and now we require them to come back and fix what should have been done right the first time. For example, the medicine cabinets in two are our bathrooms were not level and were placed at an angle so they look ridiculous. Also, our nice wooden panel floor in the master bedroom is lumpy and uneven because the concrete underneath the bedroom area was ...

Horrible experience

I don’t trust any of the workmanship of this home. By the time I correct all the unacceptable finishes and workmanship, I’ll have spent $700k. I could have built a better custom home! My old Denver, 1925 bungalow, was quality construction. This is NOT!

I have nothing good to say about Pulte - they are currently building homes as fast as they can and cutting corners left and right. We closed on a house that was filthy with many issues that they promised to address as soon as we closed - joke was on us for not refusing to close and believing that they were telling us the truth. As soon as you close, they disappear. My advice? Run.

Beware! Zero quality of workmanship!

Do not buy a Pulte home unless you like fixing things yourself or having contractors coming and going once you move in. Our home was not nearly complete yet our scheduled closing was fast approaching. We were assured that it would be done in time. Pulte scheduled what they term as a "Build Quality Celebration" AKA final walkthrough 3 days before closing (side note - there was almost zero leeway as to the time and date Pulte required this to be done).
