Great experience and great value.

The Pulte Team made things easy....from home purchase to our move-in. The Pulte warrantee and the responsiveness of their representatives it a very pleasant experience.

I experienced an issue after I moved in and the field managers (Tim and Javier) both assisted me with the process to get the issue remedied. I had gone through warranty but both personally came to my door to inspect and deeply apologize for any trouble. Javier and Tim would also drop by to check in on the process as well as text me to see if everything was OK. At times, while I walking my dogs, I would bump into them and, like family, they would always say hello and ask if all is well. I feel well taken care and much enjoying my beautiful amazing home.

Reasonable price, good quality, and follows through with the service requests.

Pulte is a great quality builder

We are finding our new home heartwarming and welcoming. We lost our last home in a fire but desperately wanted to return to our community, our neighborhood, where we had spent the last 25 years raising our 2 beautiful girls. It is with that craving of "coming home" that we have spent the past year building our new future home. We love every aspect of it. The way we were treated by everyone here, the sales, build and design teams, (Jonathan, Tim and Vicki), is beyond compare. Thank you!

Loved every step from when started to get this home that we are living in now and enjoying every moment of it. There were and a few up’s and down’s but at the all is good! Would recommend Pulte homes!!

Even in the odd days we live in, Pulte was able to complete our home on-time and as we expected. The filed manager was always communicating progress and assisted us in first-week move-in questions and issues. Home is built soundly and feels solid. Very happy we chose to build here.

Bought our house in the Sterling @ West Hills community in California back in March 2019. The experience was very positive from the sales process, thru the closing to delivery. The value we received for the price we paid was excellent! So far all service requests have been fulfilled in a quick and professional manner! We are very happy with the choice we made with Pulte Homes!

Had a great experience with Jenee and Kyle. They are extremely supportive to our needs. As with any construction project there are too many uncontrollables and Kyle has meticulously managed them for us.

John doom has been great to work with, so helpful.

I felt like the builder was genuinely concerned in getting us into our new home despite all the adversity with the given supply chain.

No doubt that Pulte homes are high quality homes and the way the explain about the home is real worth .

We had blinds installed yesterday and discovered that the craftsmanship of the windows/framing is sub par. The window/framing is uneven. We have a sizable crack in the structure above the garage. Range/stove is not working. Baseboards not painted in some areas. Painting around outlets is not clean. Discoloration on driveway concrete. We've only been in the house for one week, so hopefully we won't find any more items. Pulte Mortgage made some material misrepresentations. We decided to go with B of A - better terms.

this was supposed to be a happy moment for me, but instead, it was a nightmare. they forced my hand into closing before the end of the year or else they were going to take all of my incentives. It’s not my fault that you guys had a cyber attack two days before closing. Jay, the builder of the home is amazing. He responds quick comes over sees the problem and get it corrected. ericka was terrible. No communication told me things that weren’t true and just all around. Not a great job.

Not Very happy with the quality of work

I recently purchased a home from Pulte Homes and my overall experience, while not terrible, was a mixed bag. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars, with my satisfaction primarily stemming from the financing aspect. The financing process with Pulte Homes was smooth and efficient, earning them a crucial star in my review. However, the construction phase left much to be desired. The overall impression I got was that the construction was rushed, falling short of my expectations for a home in this price range. One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of thoroughness during the final walkthrough. I opted to hire an independent home inspector, and while they did identify several issues, the quick and seemingly cursory final walkthrough with Pulte Homes did not cover all the bases. I wished for a more detailed inspection that would have highlighted and addressed concerns before the finalization of the purchase. I guess it's my fault for not taking a more proactive approach. Within the first week of moving in, I had to submit five service requests for various issues. This was a disappointing and unexpected aspect of the experience, as I had anticipated a more seamless transition into my new home. Additionally, I filed a complaint about the construction workers who, inappropriately, hooked up their water and power lines to use their tools to work on the neighboring homes. Unfortunately, my complaint received no response, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the lack of attention to such a significant concern. While the financing process earned Pulte Homes a saving grace in my rating, the rushed construction and subsequent service issues have left a lasting impression. I hope that my feedback, along with that of other homeowners, prompts Pulte Homes to address these concerns and improve their construction and customer service processes for a more positive home-buying experience in the future. ... The process seemed great, many promises were made... On the walk through day, nothing was on and we were assured all the touchups would be finished... Yet move in day, nothing was on and no touchups done. Keys didn't work, heater was reversed, garage tracks off, fridge water hookup never turned on (huge deal, still waiting on fridge repair to come move out the built in fridge just to turn it on and see if that's actually the problem... Takes two people apparently) basically they'll sell you the house and then good luck with any issues you find after.

Design center ruined our bathroom and kitchen design . The lack of trust is an understatement , the GSM that handled the escalated issues with the design flaws and the designers mistakes did nothing. The blame game is bestowed on the buyer and not your design team as what your GSM tells the buyer . Pulte mortgage as the neighbors called it is a joke with the last minute games and delaying tactics . I can go on and on but what does this solve ? You should ask your GSM , never once offered an apology or a concession to our missing wall oven and list of items that are deficient to our needs . What a shame with Pulte . Poor leadership .. ...
