Long story short, it was a long time before we finally got into our condo due to delays with the state giving the ok. Through the time being, the staff did their best to make sure that we were being taken care of. Despite our interest rate being almost 1.5 point higher, we still wanted to move forward with our beautiful home and are very happy.

Uniformed process from Sales, to Mortgage, to Site, to Title. Was a bit nervous going into it but it went better than I expected once closed.

Very happy with my new roslyn home - just like the model. The builders were prompt, professional and completed the whole job when they said they would. Extremely happy would highly recommend

Pulte Homes - Bay 37 is at a good location.

We love our unit. Overall we are satisfied. Finding lots of details that need fixing upon move in. I feel they were rushing in places even though our unit was delayed by months and it shows.

The was our first purchase of a newly constructed home. We also had not purchased any home in many years and so we were learning a lot and needed help to understand the process and the build. The Pulte staff, from sales, to design, construction and follow up, were and continue to be incredible. They were all very responsive and answered our questions quickly. They also handled any issues or concerns that came up as if they were the customer. Some of the team like Tremel Lang, even went beyond our expectations during walk throughs and issue follow up. I felt like they had our best interests in mind and were thorough in making sure we understood any aspect of the purchase and the home itself. The house was beautifully designed, very well built and we love it. The team walked us through exactly how and why Pulte homes are built the way they are. This gave us a great understanding of the value of the new home and confidence in the build quality. If there was one area that we would like to see improved, it would be the options selections in the design process. We were surprised that some options were not standard such as a side garage door. In addition we spent a lot more money on design options than we were led to believe we would. Our expectations were set that we would spend a certain amount of money on options but as it turned out that we spent quite a bit more than we anticipated in order to get the quality of what was represented to us in the model homes. Some of the included options we felt were of lower quality as compared to the quality level that we had come to expect from a Putle home giving us no choice but to upgrade. I have to pay $70.k above the asking price. The option that came with the house is way subpar to my opinion. The cost of the upgrade is marked up at 200% to think Pulte is getting these materials at wholesale. The selection is not enough. The person who was assigned to help me with the design was not clear on some items. Example i was never told about the cabinet can be butted up the ceiling at a cost. The layout of the chef kitchen the trash received is far from the sink. By the way the upgrades are not even good upgrades with the price being charge. Professional, kind and available to help every step of the way!

This is our second Pulte home purchase (the first in California) so we were excited since we knew what to expect with the build process and the overall builder quality. Needless to say, we where disappointed with the substandard delivery of the home. We realize that there have been many issues with supply chain in the last year and we accept delays and substitutions but when the overall quality is bad, there is not much to blame but the builder and subcontractors. We have doors that do not shut correctly(interior and exterior), breakers that trip when running built-in appliances, over 20 exterior stucco fractures in various sizes, and cabinets that have significant cracks in the wood frames. (Just to mention the most critical issues - there were many smaller ones) Not exactly what a person expects when they purchase a new home from a well-respected National builder. The issues were reported to Customer Service and here is the current status: The doors were corrected/replaced. The electrician could not find anything wrong with the circuits and the appliance repair person replace a fan. It works sporadically for a few weeks then we have to reset the breaker. The cabinets repair crew have yet to show up (2 months). A few stucco cracks were identified about 2 months ago and they were not large enough to repair. Over the weekend, we walked the entire exterior: the number has grown significantly (as has the width and length) and we sent a note to Customer Service. Response pending. Overall, we had the expectation of owning a new, well-built home but Pulte failed to deliver on that expectation. The Customer Service staff have been good to work with as have many of the subs. We chose Pulte Mortgage since they offered to match our bank and offered some incentives and are satisfied. ... More

Nice neighborhood, parking and community parks.

Many things were clearly rushed and it shows. From paint and texture to incorrectly installed cabinetry to crooked pillars, and everything in between. Trying to get someone to fix the issues is nearly impossible and if someone does show up and it's more than a one day job then forget about them coming back to finish any time soon.

My personal experience buying this home was great! We are very happy to have chosen the house we bough and the neighborhood is excellent. Not to mention that the construction team was very professional in every way. I recommend Pulte for your future home, you won't regret it. Thank you Pulte team!

My Overall experience is great.

It was a pleasant experience and process from beginning to the end of the construction.

Trying to correct mistakes with supervisors by text and emails is very hard, with no replies.

The houses are great and location the only thing I can share is the finish detail work upon turn over to home owners.I do understand the nature of Buliding and construction business nothing is perfect but finished product and detail work it’s a must other than my expectations and experience so far so good .Thank you

Excellent job for all the teams, construction, sales, after service, and financial teams.

They kept in close contact and provided information about the progress of the home. Some issues that have occurred were not followed up on promptly. The paint on the front door is already faded and peeling. Service did not come out on the date stated and there has been no further communication. The windows are difficult to close. The hot water was not hooked up to the master bedroom tub.

It was a great experienced from start until we moved in to our new home. We are totally satisfied, they did a great job and our expectations were met. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

It has been less than a month since we moved into our new home. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality as of today, but we have also found defects in the windows and doors which are security issues as well as energy consumption issues for us. We have yet to hear from the window and screen people although we already mentioned the defects. We plan to submit another request for repairs as soon as we gather a list of items that need repairing.
