We moved into our new home in July, and we are satisfied with the quality of workmanship, design and functionality of our home. The build was completed on schedule, the project managers and sales agent (Ms. Linda) were very helpful. One month on we have no complaints. We were able to visit the house pre-drywall where all the mechanicals were thoroughtly explained. I recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a new build.

Beautiful thoughtfully desinged homes and the rliability of a trusted builder which I trust will respond to any issues if they were to arise. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for a new home to buy a Pulte home.

From sales to the loan processing through home walkthrough to closing, the home purchase experience with Pulte was excellent and everything went very smoothly.

They kept in close contact and provided information about the progress of the home. Some issues that have occurred were not followed up on promptly. The paint on the front door is already faded and peeling. Service did not come out on the date stated and there has been no further communication. The windows are difficult to close. The hot water was not hooked up to the master bedroom tub.

Everyone went above and beyond when we worked with Pulte Homes except for one department. I would love to give them 5 stars if I can separate them with Pulte Mortgage and just give Pulte Mortgage a 1 star but since this survey combines both I have to make it a 4 star. I would buy another house and recommend Pulte Homes to all my friends and families because of the quality of their work and responsiveness to any inquiries and concerns. BUT STAY AWAY FROM PULTE MORTGAGE. Their response time is so bad I almost did not go through the purchase of the house. They left me hanging with questions and are very hard to get a hold of. I gave an overall 4-star rating and a 3-star for quality due to a few unresolved issues. During the walkthrough, the builders mentioned they would return to seal and buff the seam on the countertops in the owner's bathroom, which remains an eyesore—but that follow-up never occurred. Additionally, there are noticeable inconsistencies in the paint finish, with some door frames showing mismatched areas where gloss paint was used instead of semi-gloss, affecting the overall appearance. The buying process was great!

Had a great experience starting with my initial visit as given free license to explore the different layout models. They do a great job with assigning you a personal agent to communicate with throughout the process. Loved the extra touch of being able to contact the construction manager and see your home being built through the phases. Closing went well and inspection too though had to call a few times for a couple cosmetic things that still needed to be taken care of afterwards

Overall, we are pretty happy with our home purchase with Pulte. I think this builder overall had a lot of great floor plan options, the design center experience was super thorough and the designer was very helpful, the home was done within the estimated window, and after closing they have been super responsive to any repairs/fixes thoroughly honoring the warranty. We also had some challenges though such as a lack of communication throughout the build; we had to initiate a lot to find out the status or what to expect next in the process. On closing day there was no communication between Pulte mortgage and Pulte builder, which almost pushed back our ability to get our keys and was extremely stressful. The biggest pain point since closing has been the clear lack of detail to a lot of the aesthetic stuff such as paint/texture mishaps, poor cabinet install resulting in replacements needed, poor backsplash install, etc.; all of these requiring several follow up appointments for repairs. The team managing these is very responsive and doing a great job, but it's annoying to move into our brand new home and have so much detail to fix. My Overall experience is great.

Two months living in our new home and it still feels like we just moved in type of excitement. We love the location, it’s 10min to Antioch Bart where I commute to work. Fast food, gas station, and grocery stores one block away. We chose this builder since it’s walking distance to my kids school. Many parks for my kids to choose from and nice neighbors so far. Any minor issues at home the warranty manager and his team easily fixes it.

Model house are way updated. That's far on what will you get.

My home buying experience was okay. I just wish I was informed on when the house was completely built and finished but that is all.

Far too many issues and repairs needed within the home

Overall experience was good, however there are certain things in my home which are still not working like some power outlets. They will say that just keep a note of it and call the after sale service to resolve the issue. My point is why not have it properly looked before handover the keys. These are some major things which people use and can't wait for a year to get it resolved. Also when we ask anyone near the house who are still working on remaining house, they simply say now we are out of the house can't do much, you need to talk to the after sale service. Some items such as door locks were also not properly checked before the close. I would certainly recommend but please ensure everything in the house is working properly before taking the keys and ask them to make it right, right away. ... More

I just moved into my Landing-Flats unit about a month ago. I'm on the third floor when i'm in my living room i can hear my neighbor above me walking it shakes my unit and i can hear his/her foot step. overall i like my unit. build quality is decent,

We love our unit. Overall we are satisfied. Finding lots of details that need fixing upon move in. I feel they were rushing in places even though our unit was delayed by months and it shows.

Building quality not bad, quick response to requests

Trying to correct mistakes with supervisors by text and emails is very hard, with no replies.

It has been less than a month since we moved into our new home. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality as of today, but we have also found defects in the windows and doors which are security issues as well as energy consumption issues for us. We have yet to hear from the window and screen people although we already mentioned the defects. We plan to submit another request for repairs as soon as we gather a list of items that need repairing.

I prefer to have big entrance door.

Overall the house buying experience was good. We had several issues that came up and I feel Pulte did a poor job of mitigating them. Also the quality seems to be all over the board. For example we have nice bathroom fans that turn on when they sense moisture, yet our wall paint is so cheap it is flat white and stains by just looking at it. You need to keep your finger on Pulte to ensure they deliver as promised and ensure each upgrade you pay for is installed!

So Pulte left me hangign when Sunpower went bankrupt. I paid for the system. During Sunpower bankruptcy, Pulte advised Solaria is taking over the solar systems asset dibision and all the terms and vonditions stays the same. It turned out that was not true. I've been trying to the system connected for a while now and get tossed from one department to the other. This was not what I signed up for and I told the sales rep with this whole Sunpower bankruptcy, Pulte is going to leave their chstomers to bear the cost. Exactly what I predicted is what is happening. I think if ad customer we are not able to get the silar system activated, Pulte should refund the cost for the system. Also, the power outlet in the bathroom does not work. The flooring in the kitchen seem not prpperly installed. The wood seems to be coming off. ... More

Dennis, the sale person did not do good job. Although, I have requested the closing date to be before the September 15th. I communicated with him via email, text but the closing date was set as 9/18. I was very unhappy how Dennis and his boss(Susie) handled the issue.
