Compare to other new construction houses ,Pulty model house is simple design, not special at all. We found out lot of issues when we walked through the house after it built and the whoever person in charge promised he would fix the problem but which he missed multiple area not fixed at all. We are kind of disappointed. The material they used are super cheap. After we moved in not even a month , the paint on the wall started to peel off. All the material they used my professional friend said it’s the cheapest one can not last longer time. About the house pricing ... I can say the seller really good at selling. I have recently bought a home from Pulte Homes and my overall experience has been great . The sales team and the engineering teams have been very helpful during the process and while the home has been handed-over. The quality of the home is excellent and there have been no issues so far.

Everyday we are discovering a new issue with house. Its been only a month and nails are coming out, thermostat is not working, bell is not working. Its been a very bad experience.

When I receive the keys, the walls are cracked. The doors are cracked. The garage doors are wrong.

It is really important to identify and get things fixed before move-in. The biggest mistake I did during the home celebration was not paying attention to each and every detail as I was under the impression that any defect can be addressed later on due to a 12-month warranty. It has been 6 weeks since I moved and so many issues are coming up. The service team is really poor to address any issues.

construction team is very execution focused and get things done as soon as they physically can. of course contact with sales office needs work as the closing took a lot of effort!

It takes too long to build the houses, while the outside is till being worked on 2 months after closing. the quality of the works, such as garage door installation, refrigerator installation and in particular, the cabinets, are not acceptable in today's standard.

Pulte is a great builder! Definitely recommend it if you are looking to buy a new house.

We love our first new home, because it belongs to us... however, the quality and workmanship Pulte gives their clients is close to zero. I have seen apartment maintenance men do finer work then that which is made up within our home. Once you close, despite issues you find during your walkthrough - you can kiss your “fit to finish” warranty and the communication from your Pulte contacts goodbye. It’s a good thing we are in the construction business otherwise I might have cried (more) when we moved in. From the concrete in our driveway cracking, holes in the stucco finish, front doors that allow you to stick things from the outside - inside... (creepy) to uneven floor tiles that will injure your kids - oh and missing grout in random areas, unfished basboards, divots from the staple gun in the sheet rock visible in your walls.... to a fireplace that is put in for you but damaged with a mantle that has nail holes still visible on its surface... chipped cabinets... (the list is endless folks). At the end of the day if you don’t focus your attention too heavily on any one singular area of your home until the big issues present themselves - then maybe it’s worth giving it a whirl. ... More
