Myniesh in the Sales office was great! She deserves all the credit for my good experience. From day 1, she took the time a year and a half ago to talk to me when I was not ready to buy. I told her I was planning a move and although I wasn't ready yet, she encouraged me to come back when I was. I came back a year later, to put a deposit on the home but had some hurdles with selling my other home; I was contingent. Myneish was always there as a great support and she helped me so much with the process! The Pulte Loan process was great and they were very competent and efficient. They really know their job and they made it so seamless for me! Mauricio was great too when we did our walk thru! He had my home ready quickly and was so good at sharing the features of the home when I did my walk. The house itself is amazing and I am so lucky to have found Pulte Homes. I have purchased several new-construction homes over the last 40 years and this Pulte home was by far the most pleasurable experience of them all. Working with my agent Jessica, we moved back to Southern California from Carmel, CA and selected Menifee and the Pulte Cimarron Ridge community after reviewing several others in the area. Working with our Pulte sales rep Steve was super easy and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and responsive contact. We got the exact home, in design and location that we had hoped for. Also Nino, our construction manager, was really great as he took care to deliver our new home as if it was his own, correcting little things that we hadn’t even noticed. Closing was a breeze. Even after we moved in our Customer Service Rep, Nathan has been super responsive to my questions and requests. Just a great buying experience! Love how my home turned out. Just don’t care for the HOA. They take forever to review plans when your trying to get thing done quick to your home.

Pulte exceeded my expectations on all levels. The workmanship and craftsmanship of the home are amazing. The few minor issues we have had were quickly taken care of by the Pulte team. Special thanks to Moises who has been fantastic throughout the entire process.

While visiting the area we decided to visit a near-complete new construction home and loved what we saw. When we decided to make an offer, the representative in the sales office (Dolores) worked with us with calls, emails and electronic signing means as we had returned home and were no longer in the area. All the details were clear and signing was easy. Special incentives for vets was also appreciated as was some other buyer incentives. After the sale, the Pulte team has sent us tips for caring for our home and contact information should we have any questions or concerns. 5 Star Company!

We looked at a lot of new builder homes for 6 months prior to buying our Pulte Home but we just kept coming back to this home / tract. Pulte had so much more to offer from the design and the layout of the home to the included patio. The Pulte Experience starting with the Sales Office to the Construction Supervisors and finishing with the Customer Service Department is thee best!

The new home was a perfect design for our needs. It provided a bedroom and small living room for our daughter to live in.
