No complaints here!! Happy First Time Home Buyer. Our new home looks AMAZING and all the features and upgrades are updated. Pulte offers a whole package deal!! From Sales to Closing Escrow the process was smooth and always received a quick reply when we had questions. The sales consultant at Aspen was very helpful and their construction team is very knowledgeable. We also went with Pulte Mortgage and their team is very helpful, friendly and they actually respond to emails and questions in a very reasonable time :) We are very happy with our new home!!

Anything that we did not spot during our walk through we can email Pulte and within a few days we have a scheduled appt with that tradesman.

Pulte homes customer service really stands out! Every one we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. From the sales team, to the mortgage team, the construction team and customer care team after closing. The home itself is wonderful. I'm a fist time home owner. I have now been in my new home for 3 months. We had some minor issues that needed to be fixed after closing, which were taken care of immediately. (Flooring gaps, Missed Drywall under countertops, and doorbell) Imagine a newly built home that is 99% perfect. Small things here and there that we fixed right away with great follow up!

Do not let Pulte homes tell you that they have the right to dictate what lender you use in order to purchase a home from them! We paid we offered $86k over the minimum purchase price that they would accept with $500k cash prepayment and they told us that unless we agreed to use Pulte mortgage, they would rescind the acceptance of our offer and sell the house to another buyer. After closing, we met our new neighbors (who had been our competition) only to find out that we had offered far more than they had and that Pulte was so greedy that they also wanted to force us into a loan with terrible terms with their sibling company. As bad as our experience was with the purchase process, the silver lining was that we were getting a brand new home. When we closed we found out that despite Pulte Homes bragging about their high standards and their belief that they are superior to other builders…what Pulte really believes in, the standard that they really hold themselves and their subcontractors to is the “industry standard”. At the end of the day, we have been sorely disappointed with our purchase! Pulte builds beautiful model homes, but the homes they build when they’re not trying to sell you are like the burgers you actually get versus the ones in the commercials. My wife and I recommended that if you’re looking for a new home, look at Lennar Homes (#2) or DR Horton (#1 home builder in the US). It was a tiring experience looking for a.nuce house here at Spencer’s Crossing in Murrieta CA. Fortunately, Pulte had called and gave us a chance to pick our new home. Thank you Pulte. Hoping to have a good and better working relationship in the coming years!

Now that we have moved in we found a number of items that have not been built properly. Items that were damaged such as the front of my bathtub and then it was fixed and it was an obvious fix. Thanks we were told what happened such as cleaning the paint off of my patio never happen

The build seemed rushed and hindered quality. Still have issues to be addressed and response is poor.

Whoever the project manager was did not check everything. There were quite a few things that were not right. Other than that the rest was fine.

Poor workmanship in many areas discovered after moving in. No follow up on repairs.

The whole process of buying a new home with Pulte - from the initial visit at the sales office and visiting the models to closing to post-closing - was very easy and painless. Such a professional company. We love the house! We did find a handful of things after closing but everything has been taken care of within weeks. It’s been 2 months since we closed and there is still one item left to be repaired. It’s great to have the fit and finish warranty though! Pulte has stood by their workmanship and we love our new home and the community that’s still being built!

My purchase experience with Pulte Homes was great, friendly staff especially the sales manager Jill, the quality of the new house is excellent and everything was on time from signing the contract to receiving the keys, Thank you Pulte Homes :)

Got the house during highly competion time period. though the things need to take care or happend within short period of times, no issue or hassel during the process. got the keys on time.

We love our home, we’re very happy with the layout and the house itself. However in the 6 weeks we’ve been here we’ve had to place three different work orders and take time off every time to get them resolved. Our air conditioning completely shut down and we were without for a day, our electrical needed to be required, and a shower head installed caused issues with the hot water. We are still waiting on a tree to be replaced that had died before we moved in. We are very happy with our home overall, but all of the issues we’ve had were due to things being rushed and careless errors.

Just move in, now everything is good

Very disappointed ☹️☹️ First they didn't do what they promised second It almost 2 months since I moved and they haven't sent someone to fix imperfections ( cracked,paint, broken,etc etc) and I been called them very often they just said we will send someone tomorrow and the tomorrow never came

It was a great experience going through the process. They were helpful if I had questions they would answer my question.

Home was built and delivered promptly.

The sales rep (JILL) was amazing throughout the entire process. Our closing day was stressful, hectic, and confusing due to lack of communication - (Jill was out of town - I’m sure it would have been better otherwise). Stacy is GREAT and very responsive, helping with any issues with the house - breaker reset, squeaky faucet, etc. very happy and in love with our home.

Pulte Homes builds some of the best quality homes out there. Compared to other developers we toured during our home purchase experience, none met the quality of Pulte.

It's a great home. We have had some minor issues that we continue to discover as we live here. For example, one of our AC vents is blocked and covered with plastic, the faucets in our bathroom were not properly attached to the countertop, there is some damage to some of the baseboards in the home, and two of the doors in our home (including the front door) had damage that should have been caught. That said, Pulte has addressed or will address all of these issues and we are confident that Pulte will be there for us if we have any future problems. We do think they need to do a slightly better job on the quality control front. We'd rather wait a little longer if it means less warranty appointments we have to deal with after moving into the home. When we compare the Pulte homes to the other builders in the area, we feel that Pulte's home designs are better, their lots are significantly bigger, and we love the neighborhood they have developed. The knowledge, and priority to customer service at every level was appreciated. Pulte was recommended to us as a builder to use, and now we know why. We will be an advocate for Pulte and will recommend them to everyone! We also ended up using Pulte mortgage. I would also give Pulte mortgage a 5 star review!
