It’s been almost a month or more after I took the keys to my new house and I complained about the construction GARBAGE left behined my house & so far nothing been done . I should have NOT signed the Last Walk to my house knowing that they will not follow through on their word . The GARBGE Still there till now ..

This is my 2nd new home build and it went anything but smoothly. Not a fan of all the nickel and dining for add-ons and moving target for closing dates..

While I will admit there were some that were very helpful including Taylor, Donna, and Gary, the remainder of the experience was very much a struggle and continues to be a struggle after moving in two months later. There was a struggle with the finance and surprises sprung on us the last few days before closing that increased our mortgage by a little over 200 dollars a month to which we had expressed what our budget was. Very disappointed ☹️☹️ First they didn't do what they promised second It almost 2 months since I moved and they haven't sent someone to fix imperfections ( cracked,paint, broken,etc etc) and I been called them very often they just said we will send someone tomorrow and the tomorrow never came

Brand new home and already experiencing leaks in sink, cracks, paint coming out. Also, boundary vinyl wall was supposedly changed for a dent and that hasn’t changed even after a promise to change.

Important information about the things NOT included in these homes was not addressed by seller or realtor, and novice buyer was ill-informed as well, about some issues, such as the fact that there were no gutters installed in these houses, that there would be problems with TV cable in this area and that the landscaping was improperly installed.

This is my 3rd new house and the craftsmanship is disappointing, cheap materials, poor paint job, doors rub/warped. We have only been here a short time and now we are having appliance issues. The construction workers do not respect that someone is living here now, starting work before 7 am, parking in front of my house so guest can not, blocking my driveway. The supervisor was nice offering help after we moved in but he left with out introducing us to his replacement, abandoned us.

We had emailed a number of times through the building process, a number of concerns were assured and not fulfilled. Final walk through was horrible with damage, failures, and craftsmanship issues, throughout the house. After Final walk and keys were provided, PULTE representatives do not respond or stay it was not on the final walk through notes, "so sorry" or that "is normal." We are very disappointed in the builder and their representatives!

Love the house. Hate the customer service. Completely unacceptable to have half your house with electricity and told you can't get the rest of it fixed for over a week. We bought a property at Pulte knowing they were the number 3 builder in the US, but least to say that we’re dissatisfied and disappointed. We’ll probably going to try another builder next time we purchase a home and we’re going to recommend it as well to family and friends.

was told that all the lots were at least 3K square feet. that was a marketing lie at worst, an honest but negligent oversight at best. Once i found out it wasn't, I was not allowed to cancel my down payment even though it was a few days later. Also, fortunately for me, there is a 1 year warranty because there were lots of things that were not QCed well before turning over to me (however, it does take away my time, which i do not appreciate). also there are some ongoing design flaws i am dealing with- such as repeat flooding in my garbage can area.

Pulte send the wrong documents to Freedom Insurance and they are charging us so much. They are still charging us for the Cancelation of the old Insurance (Putle Insurance) and they won't update. We are getting a lawyer and we are going to include Pulte for not sending the correct informaiton.

This is our 2nd home that we purchased from a builder. The first one was from brookfield, and had ZERO issues with them. And they where way more modern with all the minor things in the home, white cabinets weren’t upgrades... they where included, the minor accents and door knobs where way more modern then the ones pulte has to offer. Sandi Nolan with Pulte mortgage has the worst sense of humor during such a stressful process. She played so many games and so many tasteless jokes and make the process even more stressful. She joked so much that I didn’t believe her when just 2 weeks before I was to close she told me unfortunately I couldn’t be financed. I was devastated but luckily I was able to pivot with a very trustworthy lender and still got in my home. Even though Pulte promises all these incentives if you go with their lender….i wouldn’t recommended by any means.
