Still waiting for repairs, master bathroom mirror, fan switch in the master and family room and very unhappy with the baseboards there a 1/2” to 1” gaps from the door frames throughout the home. Some areas they did correctly but for the most part it looks terrible

Sales people were willing to blatantly break the law

Do not let Pulte homes tell you that they have the right to dictate what lender you use in order to purchase a home from them! We paid we offered $86k over the minimum purchase price that they would accept with $500k cash prepayment and they told us that unless we agreed to use Pulte mortgage, they would rescind the acceptance of our offer and sell the house to another buyer. After closing, we met our new neighbors (who had been our competition) only to find out that we had offered far more than they had and that Pulte was so greedy that they also wanted to force us into a loan with terrible ...

My Horrible Home Buying Experience

This unfortunately has been the worst home purchasing experience. From the beginning to the end. I have purchased several new build homes and by far this has been the worst experience. The one highlight was the project manager Armando. He made the walk-through enjoyable. When purchasing a new home, the experience should be memorable and exciting. This was the opposite. Horrible experience and horrible quality of construction

We had the worst experience buying this house and this is our 3rd new construction home. 11 months to build a home.. We were not given regular updates on the construction process and the exact reason for the 3 month delay due to not having water and power to the community. Nobody could tell me the reason for the delay- just that they were waiting on Edison.. They gave us a closing date, we signed loan docs and they old us to change the utilities into our name then 4 days before closing said they were still waiting for Edison. Over a year delayed. House is rushed, their quality is terrible. They try to make up excuses not to fix issues. Please avoid Pulte homes at all cost. This was my second new construction home and it’s an absolute nightmare compared to my other home.

Delays and deceptive practices

Please do not buy from Pulte! We were delayed for months and their management is unresponsive and only had excuses for their mismanagement with the city. Quality of the home was horrible and took many attempts and request for them to fix anything. I still have things that still need to be fixed after a month of being in the house. Avoid this builder at all cost. Many other builders are out there that can provide better service and quality.

Delayed by 4 months and then rushed into my home that was less than satisfactory. Have had nothing but issues and it's been a headache trying to get ahold of anyone to get them resolved.

My entire experience was bad from day one, I had 2 conversations with my sales rep and never met her. Was told I would get updates from construction Manager as the home progressed through phases, never got an update, luckily I was smart enough to include a realtor in my transaction. The only progress reports I received was her picture messages through windows when she was in the area. Materials and craftsmanship of the home are of the lowest quality, not a single wall in my home is straight, windows are the lowest grade available, opening your curtains will change the temperature of home ...

Our experience with pulte mortgage was anything but pleasant. Our loan processor was always difficult to reach and constantly misplaced documents during the process. The last week of closing they were completely non existent and added much more stress to the process than was needed. Our loan processor would never reply back to our calls and emails.
