Within one week of moving in had to request over 24 service requests due to very poorly built homes with very cheap materials and poorly paid contractors

This is our 2nd home with Pulte. We bought the first one in 2013 and it was a great experience. We needed to purchase a 2nd home in a hurry. My how things have changed. We had no choice to design or customize the 2nd home at all. They now have HOAs. Frankly the quality is definitely poorer with us having to call their customer service to fix this and that multiple times. They are still better than others. Advice to buyers is take your time, weigh all your options, plan well, and you will be able to get a good home. If your finances are in order and you are flexible you can get good results. ... More

Myniesh in the Sales office was great! She deserves all the credit for my good experience. From day 1, she took the time a year and a half ago to talk to me when I was not ready to buy. I told her I was planning a move and although I wasn't ready yet, she encouraged me to come back when I was. I came back a year later, to put a deposit on the home but had some hurdles with selling my other home; I was contingent. Myneish was always there as a great support and she helped me so much with the process! The Pulte Loan process was great and they were very competent and efficient. They really know their job and they made it so seamless for me! Mauricio was great too when we did our walk thru! He had my home ready quickly and was so good at sharing the features of the home when I did my walk. The house itself is amazing and I am so lucky to have found Pulte Homes. Worst experience I have ever had. Jason was horrible and blatantly lies on final walk-through items.

I found what I would call Pulte cheapness. Plastic toilet seats that don't have the slow close so that they slam down. Cupboards that don't have shelves so that they are just big useless holes unless I had sliding shelves installed. No over the mirror vanity lights. A bathroom with no sliding door for the tub/shower (I was snidly told to get a shower curtain). A bathroom with no medicine cabinet. No light in the pantry. Simple little things Pulte could have and should have done.

Among 3 homes i have i will rate this as worst builder

It’s been almost a month or more after I took the keys to my new house and I complained about the construction GARBAGE left behined my house & so far nothing been done . I should have NOT signed the Last Walk to my house knowing that they will not follow through on their word . The GARBGE Still there till now ..

Hi, I am 45 days into living at pulte and my master bath plumbing already leaks. My office room ceiling needs to be cut and repaired which might need some time. Response from maintenance was fast but just when there was no room for negotiation and any additions on quick move in home, I expected utmost quality. I did not expect plumbing problems just a month in home stay.

I have purchased several new-construction homes over the last 40 years and this Pulte home was by far the most pleasurable experience of them all. Working with my agent Jessica, we moved back to Southern California from Carmel, CA and selected Menifee and the Pulte Cimarron Ridge community after reviewing several others in the area. Working with our Pulte sales rep Steve was super easy and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and responsive contact. We got the exact home, in design and location that we had hoped for. Also Nino, our construction manager, was really great as he took care to deliver our new home as if it was his own, correcting little things that we hadn’t even noticed. Closing was a breeze. Even after we moved in our Customer Service Rep, Nathan has been super responsive to my questions and requests. Just a great buying experience! Beautifully designed energy efficient smart home. Responsive Pulte team took care of small issues. Paint quality can be improved. Solar panels and battery will help reduce electricity cost. Good value for a spacious home and a large lot. Gated community provides enhanced safety & security

Our home buying experience was a very pleasant and timely one

Over a year delayed. House is rushed, their quality is terrible. They try to make up excuses not to fix issues. Please avoid Pulte homes at all cost. This was my second new construction home and it’s an absolute nightmare compared to my other home.

They were very helpful through the process and provided a lot of information regarding the built process. House looks amazing!!

Our experience with Pulte was horrendous. Our home was over 4 months late and our closing date changed 3 times. One closing date changed 9 days before closing, after I already sold my house and moved to another state. The finish quality of Pulte is low. There is paint splatter on door and walls, knicks in the shower wall, and the house was not clean before we moved in. The sales team from Pulte was very shady and held back information about our build. We had to go to the city to even find out why our house was not moving forward. The overall experience was awful. Love how my home turned out. Just don’t care for the HOA. They take forever to review plans when your trying to get thing done quick to your home.

Sales Rep (Darla C.) awesome to work with. Pulte Construction staff better than Fair. Sub-Trades horrible workmanship and no pride in quality. Unfortunately as bad as the workmanship is from Pulte, it is much Better than other home builders in the local and adjacent areas.

Experience went smoothly overall. Delays happen and are very frustrating but Pulte has been responsive to us. We love our new home.
