This has been a horrible experience. We bought the house beginning of August, 2023. The cabinet had to be replaced because of manufacturing defect. They came and replaced it one month after the house is closed. Two months later they still haven’t put in a countertop and fix the plumbing. This was not disclosed before we closed. Terribl, just terrible

Staff is friendly and helpful. Until the sale is complete. Then you're an inconvenience. We have a couple of minor build issue that we've brought up, (one was corrected sloppily) we're still trying to straighten out our solar purchase. If you were to ask your staff there are issues because we're not very intelligent. At least that's the impression we get. Or we're a nuisance. I suppose that I should have expected this. If every request for help receives an indifferent response, then I guess they figure we will ask for help less often. Easier for the support staff that way.

Very well built home with all the amenities. Thankful to our sales agent and support staff. It was a great process watching the home be built from the ground up, and moving into the home was very nice. Thanks Pulte!

I purchased a Pulte home because of their reputation for quality. I also feel like I received a great value for the price paid. For that, service quality was not satisfactory, the buying process was not coordinated and the builder was inflexible to accommodate my requested move in date. The property was listed as "move in ready." Hopefully, they will be responsive when I need warranty items fixed.

The sales advisors were great to work with and followed up in a timely manner. However, the construction manager while trying to be rude, came off passive aggressive and rude. He didn't like when I pointed things out that needed to be fixed. Apparently, I'm "one of the people" that pick at every little thing. Im purchasing this house and expect it to be turned over in a great manner. Highly recommend for buyers to not be pushed over, but be stern and persistent to have issues addressed in a timely manner.

Our sales associate was great at communicating. Very responsive. There was some miscommunication at end with the price we thought we had negotiated and what we needed up paying- so that gave us pause

While visiting the area we decided to visit a near-complete new construction home and loved what we saw. When we decided to make an offer, the representative in the sales office (Dolores) worked with us with calls, emails and electronic signing means as we had returned home and were no longer in the area. All the details were clear and signing was easy. Special incentives for vets was also appreciated as was some other buyer incentives. After the sale, the Pulte team has sent us tips for caring for our home and contact information should we have any questions or concerns. 5 Star Company!

All around it was a good experience. The house is nice and it went pretty smooth. We had to prompt people a few times but things got done. If we had 2 criticisms it would be these: 1. Pulte has no flexibility to make simple changes. We wanted a water softener loop and a sink in the laundry room. These are not custom requests, they are options that Pulte offers. Even though no ground had been broken, it was deemed "too late" to select these options. 2. The bathtubs are used as garbage dumps during construction with no protection. Two of our tubs were damaged and one had foam insulation residue that we couldn't get out. These things were remedied but should not be necessary if care was taken during construction. Everyone was really supportive throughout the process. Quality of the work is amazing!

The whole team at Pulte was great. From the sales office all the way through construction, the loan process and closing. This is my second Pulte home and I would recommend them to anyone.

Moving across the country was a challenge all bye itself but pulte and those working diligently to make sure my family had the right home did an amazing job

I would like to tell you guys how appreciative I am of your Field Manager Ron Taylor. I know it said no last names but this is positive, Ron has gone above and beyond with repairing and helping us learn certain aspects of the technology that comes with the house. Without Ron I think my relationship with Pulte would have soured really fast. I would also like to mention to Craig, without him we would not have our dream house.

This experience of buying a brand new home has been nothing short of terrible, first of all you do the walk through of your new home and everything is looking good as can be expected but within the first week everything started breaking!! 1. Water Heater broke within the first week and the team had no sense of urgency, the company that came out to fix it weren't professionals, they were unorganized handy men at best, broke the vent and weren't neat. NP Mechanical 2. HVAC (Heater) broken didn't work and we have been here for a month now and it is still not fixed. NP Mechanical 3. ERV (Ventilation system) broken the entire system was replaced and broke again within the first day of repair, unprofessional and very poor customer service with lack of what it is they are actually working on. 4. Bulge in the wall (no contact on repair yet) 5. Backyard drainage only works for 50% of the yard 6. Electrical issues with front and backyard lights (repaired) With all that said our amazing home purchase turned into another job and having to deal with incentives customer service staff that doesn't care about the end consumer I wouldn't recommend Pulte Homes to anyone very poor materials used and looks like a rush job, not worth the 600k price tag stay away!!! ... i loved the fact, i was walked thru every step. i was given POC that i could contact. Due the nature of my job i was not always available for contact, Pulte rep were always happy and helpful. Sale rep Gratziela, would send me pictures and measurement. She listen to my family even thou they were going to be living with me. I went to the house often :) before it was built the contractors/workers always greeted me friendly and explained what step they were on.

Bring your own real estate agent. Negotiate for the builder to pay for solar and possibly buy down the interest rate. Many builders around the area are giving solar.

My experience in living in properly sealed home is the comfort level in very high. waking up in the morning is not a big deal any more cause of the material of the carpet and flooring is high quality.

The sales and mortgage departments have been very informative and helpful. However upon moving in the house we have 2 major issues specifically in the master bedroom. Outlets tend to overload and tripped and shut the power in the bedroom. We are hesitant to use any appliances suchas vacuum cleaner, iron or TV due to this for fear of causing any complete electrical failure in the entire house. Resetting the breaker only helps temporarily as power continues to trip whenever we use the outlets. Master bedroom toilet is clogged for unknown reason. Plumber was able to unclog temporarily and at this time, toilet is still unusable as it continues to tend to overflow and won’t flush properly. ... More

We looked at a lot of new builder homes for 6 months prior to buying our Pulte Home but we just kept coming back to this home / tract. Pulte had so much more to offer from the design and the layout of the home to the included patio. The Pulte Experience starting with the Sales Office to the Construction Supervisors and finishing with the Customer Service Department is thee best!

We love our new home. We have had a few minor issues, but everything has been felt with fast and efficient! Thank you for your amazing customer service team!!

Sheri was a really great sales agent. She was very receptive and responsive. She was always polite no matter how much we bothered her. Mauricio doing the walkthrough with us was very knowledgeable. He responded very fast with any questions we had during the final days that led to us finally getting our keys. The quality of the workmanship and materials could have been a little better. Upon the final walkthrough and ultimately getting the keys there were small things that needed to be addressed that I believe could have been caught or maybe was even seen and not addressed by Pulte.
