Everything about our house building and buying was nice; minor hiccups were identified and addressed thoroughly BUT the last minute interrogation by the underwriter was absolutely horrible. I have purchased many many homes and done countless refinances and I have NEVER experienced the level of harassment that Pulte put us through. We will never use Pulte mortgage again!

Got the house during highly competion time period. though the things need to take care or happend within short period of times, no issue or hassel during the process. got the keys on time.

Home was built and delivered promptly.

Besides the Certificate of Occupancy I feel communication between departments within Pulte would be a huge help. Different departments tend to go back to the buyer for information that could easily by discovered within the companies own network. Besides these issues we do love the home.

We really enjoy our new Pulte home! It's a good quality home. We wish it was easier working with the closing company but Pulte Homes build good solid homes with great floorpans and we are very happy with our house. WE LOVE IT!

Everything from the no-pressure sales office to the amazing design center to the builder supervisor has been nothing short of amazing. This is the first time we ever bought a new build home and we are so excited to move in and make it our own. This has been a great experience.

The process was quick and on time. Pulte offered so much help and resources in terms of funding. The quality of work was impressive. I’m very happy with the whole process.

Our only gripe with Pulte was with the morning rtgage division. The building of our home has been amazing though. Even with the issues, they have been very responsive and quick to get them fixed.

I like everything good service

We love our home, we’re very happy with the layout and the house itself. However in the 6 weeks we’ve been here we’ve had to place three different work orders and take time off every time to get them resolved. Our air conditioning completely shut down and we were without for a day, our electrical needed to be required, and a shower head installed caused issues with the hot water. We are still waiting on a tree to be replaced that had died before we moved in. We are very happy with our home overall, but all of the issues we’ve had were due to things being rushed and careless errors.

Michael, gave me the inspection tours of the home. He seemed very helpful and knowledgeable about each product in the home. He was able to answer any questions that were asked of him.

The sales advisors were great to work with and followed up in a timely manner. However, the construction manager while trying to be rude, came off passive aggressive and rude. He didn't like when I pointed things out that needed to be fixed. Apparently, I'm "one of the people" that pick at every little thing. Im purchasing this house and expect it to be turned over in a great manner. Highly recommend for buyers to not be pushed over, but be stern and persistent to have issues addressed in a timely manner.

It's a great home. We have had some minor issues that we continue to discover as we live here. For example, one of our AC vents is blocked and covered with plastic, the faucets in our bathroom were not properly attached to the countertop, there is some damage to some of the baseboards in the home, and two of the doors in our home (including the front door) had damage that should have been caught. That said, Pulte has addressed or will address all of these issues and we are confident that Pulte will be there for us if we have any future problems. We do think they need to do a slightly better job on the quality control front. We'd rather wait a little longer if it means less warranty appointments we have to deal with after moving into the home. When we compare the Pulte homes to the other builders in the area, we feel that Pulte's home designs are better, their lots are significantly bigger, and we love the neighborhood they have developed. I found what I would call Pulte cheapness. Plastic toilet seats that don't have the slow close so that they slam down. Cupboards that don't have shelves so that they are just big useless holes unless I had sliding shelves installed. No over the mirror vanity lights. A bathroom with no sliding door for the tub/shower (I was snidly told to get a shower curtain). A bathroom with no medicine cabinet. No light in the pantry. Simple little things Pulte could have and should have done.

We got our keys on the 29th of December. Happy so far. We have found some small issues which we were told we would. Going through the warranty portion now. The salesperson was definitely the best thing so far. He was great from beginning to end. Thanks to everyone.

Sheri was a really great sales agent. She was very receptive and responsive. She was always polite no matter how much we bothered her. Mauricio doing the walkthrough with us was very knowledgeable. He responded very fast with any questions we had during the final days that led to us finally getting our keys. The quality of the workmanship and materials could have been a little better. Upon the final walkthrough and ultimately getting the keys there were small things that needed to be addressed that I believe could have been caught or maybe was even seen and not addressed by Pulte.

my home is beautiful and price was fair, my experience with my sales rep/agent was amazing "SHERI", she rocks, however the lending department is incompetent and have poor communication skills, does not respond in a timely manner.

Make sure you double check change orders from sales people, that part of this whole process was the bad part. The build was excellent, though. Love our home.

Hi, I am 45 days into living at pulte and my master bath plumbing already leaks. My office room ceiling needs to be cut and repaired which might need some time. Response from maintenance was fast but just when there was no room for negotiation and any additions on quick move in home, I expected utmost quality. I did not expect plumbing problems just a month in home stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Until the sale is complete. Then you're an inconvenience. We have a couple of minor build issue that we've brought up, (one was corrected sloppily) we're still trying to straighten out our solar purchase. If you were to ask your staff there are issues because we're not very intelligent. At least that's the impression we get. Or we're a nuisance. I suppose that I should have expected this. If every request for help receives an indifferent response, then I guess they figure we will ask for help less often. Easier for the support staff that way.
