The new home was a perfect design for our needs. It provided a bedroom and small living room for our daughter to live in.

Opted for costly upgrades to the kitchen but was installed a shaker cabinet that was asymmetrical where one side had 2 doors and another side had only one. Was told after the fact that this was their intended design. There was no disclosure before hand that it would look this awful. Would not want to correct it. Whats the point of upgrading if the original looked way better than the upgrade. Clearly, the architect or whoever designed this does not have a concept of math and symmetrical measurements. It’s like buying a car with 2 doors on the left but just 1 door on the right side. Also, the overall paint on the inside is mediocre. Ever since we purchased this property and my mother has moved in, i have been on tons of email chains with all of the issues on the house. Your workmanship and quality control is terribel.

We really enjoy our new Pulte home! It's a good quality home. We wish it was easier working with the closing company but Pulte Homes build good solid homes with great floorpans and we are very happy with our house. WE LOVE IT!

This is my 2nd new home build and it went anything but smoothly. Not a fan of all the nickel and dining for add-ons and moving target for closing dates..

Delayed by 4 months and then rushed into my home that was less than satisfactory. Have had nothing but issues and it's been a headache trying to get ahold of anyone to get them resolved.

we felt great to have a wonderful sale person( Myniesh). she helped us through out the hold times.

Check your home thoroughly craftmenship is not good

Many issues with home. Workmanship is less to be desired with work not completed properly.

I'm afraid that our overall experience hasn't been super wonderful. I believe in an effort to close as many deals as possible at the end of 2022, we got "dropped". Gas stub, chandelier wiring, wrong countertops put into the bathrooms and laundry room...house wasn't cleaned at all properly (we spent days cleaning ourselves!), and the painting was not done well at all -- still pencil arrows and marks on the walls in many areas. Now, trying to get the counters put in as requested has really become a difficult issue...overall not happy.

We had no heat in the house for the first 3 days we moved into the house. Pulte warranty dept was very slow in responding. Temp in the house was 67 degrees. With 3 small children this was unacceptable. Stacy customer care manager was very adversarial instead of trying to get the problem fixed ASAP. Still having issues with the home and Stacy. Very dissatisfied. Third Pulte home we purchased. This by far is the worst experience. Had no issues with our Pulte homes in Florida. California service is disappointing

We are first time home buyers and our experience was great. Steve the sales representative from Pulte Homes was very nice, polite and was very informative. When we had a question or problem, Steve always got back to us as soon as possible. We were also pleased with Jeremy who did our walk through in our new home. He did a good job and answered all our questions and fixed what ever we found in our new home right away before we moved in. We were very happy to have him do our walk through. Pay attention to all the details on your final walkthrough.

Communication between staff member and staff and customers was not good. The process from beginning to end was not good. I was encouraged to sell my home with an anti aped move in date of September. I did not move into November. The mortgage company told me mid October. Staff told me I could get my keys on a Monday I didn’t move in until Thursday. There were lapses all along. If I had my choice I would not buy Pulte again.

We signed our contract in March of 2022. The process started off wonderful. The sales office was communicative, the design center was a great experience, and our walk with our construction superintendent was educational and informative. We were notified that we were set to close in September, received our signing date and signed our docs. We were notified a week before close that someone had ordered the wrong color cabinets and that here would be a delay. I understood, these things happen. We waited an additional month to hear back. A few weeks later we were notified that the house was not ready due to a delay with the kitchen cabinets. They hadn’t been installed!! How were we allowed to sign for a house that was even complete? The next day we were notified that the house would not close and our docs were voided and that we would Need to sign again. A few weeks went by and we were notified that the house was complete and we were set to close at the end of October. We got our signing date and signed the docs. I day before we were set to close and get our keys I received a call from our sales person telling us not to show up with our moving truck as there could be a delay and that it may only be a minor delay. Next day we were told that the city is not allowing us to move in due to a major breach in the fire code. We had already loaded our moving truck and was ready to move in! We had to unload the truck again. Yet again we signed for a home that we were not allowed to close on! Our slaesoersin tried his hardest to give us as much detail as he was given but he was kept in the dark so I was forced to visit city hall to get the details for myself. I spoke to the mayor who eventually connected me with the building inspector who was very helpful. The building inspector called me every day for the few weeks this went on and gave me every detail or progress update that he could, he even called when there was no progress. He gave me information that your firm refused to do. That’s all I asked was for full transparency and I couldn’t get that from a company that I was lending over 700k with! 3 weeks passed and we were finally given the green light to sign for a third time. This time we moved in! Overall I’m happy with my home. It’s beautiful, the workmanship is good, and the sales person I worked directly with was stuck in the middle of a bad situation that i unfortunately took out in him. I know it was not his fault and he was relaying messages from other incompetent folks in the Pulte ranks. I would not buy from Pulte again as I feel that you are not a trustworthy firm, and handled a simple close on a house poorly with very little transparency. Over a month of living in the house and I have found some minor issues which I reported to customer service and they are repaired immediately. I am very thankful for that. ... More

High fire danger problem with the City of Menifee should have been solved prior to giving us a false closing date. We were not allowed to move into our home after it was built due to this problem. We had to stay in a hotel for one month.

My experience with pulte was amazing, I just wish they used a better title company with better reviews rather than a 3 star company. And maybe let the new home owners know how hard it’s going to be to get internet/cable& your mail to the house. How your address may not be activate at majority of all places.

We are still trying to get area in garage painted plus a defective kitchen cabinet replaced and the backyard approved by the HOA. We had to buy a lot of items that were not included in the price of the house like a refrigerator and a washer and dryer also.

Fast and friendly service made this experience a pleasure.

Buying a house can be a tad stressful but Daniel and his team have gone much more than the extra mile, several times, to help us work through the details of an out-of-town move. Can’t say enough excellent things about their commitment to serving us. Thank you Daniel and the entire staff! We feel 100% confident about our investment.

Once you close, it is difficult to get an immediate response for repairs or help with major issues. Other homeowners have shared about issues with getting water on or help with electrical problems, similar to what we experienced. We chose Pulte based on their reputation in our former city. Unfortunately, they did not meet our expectations.
