Sheri was a really great sales agent. She was very receptive and responsive. She was always polite no matter how much we bothered her. Mauricio doing the walkthrough with us was very knowledgeable. He responded very fast with any questions we had during the final days that led to us finally getting our keys. The quality of the workmanship and materials could have been a little better. Upon the final walkthrough and ultimately getting the keys there were small things that needed to be addressed that I believe could have been caught or maybe was even seen and not addressed by Pulte.

my home is beautiful and price was fair, my experience with my sales rep/agent was amazing "SHERI", she rocks, however the lending department is incompetent and have poor communication skills, does not respond in a timely manner.

Make sure you double check change orders from sales people, that part of this whole process was the bad part. The build was excellent, though. Love our home.

Hi, I am 45 days into living at pulte and my master bath plumbing already leaks. My office room ceiling needs to be cut and repaired which might need some time. Response from maintenance was fast but just when there was no room for negotiation and any additions on quick move in home, I expected utmost quality. I did not expect plumbing problems just a month in home stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Until the sale is complete. Then you're an inconvenience. We have a couple of minor build issue that we've brought up, (one was corrected sloppily) we're still trying to straighten out our solar purchase. If you were to ask your staff there are issues because we're not very intelligent. At least that's the impression we get. Or we're a nuisance. I suppose that I should have expected this. If every request for help receives an indifferent response, then I guess they figure we will ask for help less often. Easier for the support staff that way.

All around it was a good experience. The house is nice and it went pretty smooth. We had to prompt people a few times but things got done. If we had 2 criticisms it would be these: 1. Pulte has no flexibility to make simple changes. We wanted a water softener loop and a sink in the laundry room. These are not custom requests, they are options that Pulte offers. Even though no ground had been broken, it was deemed "too late" to select these options. 2. The bathtubs are used as garbage dumps during construction with no protection. Two of our tubs were damaged and one had foam insulation residue that we couldn't get out. These things were remedied but should not be necessary if care was taken during construction. We are still trying to get area in garage painted plus a defective kitchen cabinet replaced and the backyard approved by the HOA. We had to buy a lot of items that were not included in the price of the house like a refrigerator and a washer and dryer also.

I am not satisfied with my new home. I paid more than half a million dollars for such poor quality. The cheapest paint was used, one closet has been repaired and I just submitted photos for a second closet. The kitchen faucet has to be replaced, and the arch leaving the master bedroom leading into the master bathroom is crooked. The casing broke off of the main bathroom door. How did you not level that off. I just bought this home 8/22. Every day I look to see what is going to break next.

Loved the experience I had with the sale folks (Myniesh!). Unfortunately, had issues with upgraded cabinetry (they don't come with handles??), this is despite the design center person telling us that it came in brush nickel, and there were no options for chrome. Issues with one of the outlet circuit breaker tripping. Sent a request to have it looked at, after several back and forth emails, the person literally told me that since it had power, he didn't need to send someone out to look. Let's think about this. A brand new home. Circuit breaker keeps tripping. But because I can reset the breaker and bring power back up, it was ok?? After pleading with him to have some look at it (either a bad outlet or bad circuit breaker), he finally said someone will contact me to have it looked at. Really?? ... More

Not very responsive to correct defects

Overall was great, little build quality issues and lack of swift response, love the home and neighborhood .

Build quality is par below with cheap material quality. Interior paint is definitely a joke! The apartment I lived before was built in 1960 and had a better paint and wall quality. For 750k this built ? Wow. I don’t recemmond because of the quality of the house

We enjoyed working with Michael throughout the sales experience. We didn’t really have any issues with the buying experience - it went smoothly and timely. One thing we loved is that they were happy to work with us despite having to sell our house first.

This is our 2nd home with Pulte. We bought the first one in 2013 and it was a great experience. We needed to purchase a 2nd home in a hurry. My how things have changed. We had no choice to design or customize the 2nd home at all. They now have HOAs. Frankly the quality is definitely poorer with us having to call their customer service to fix this and that multiple times. They are still better than others. Advice to buyers is take your time, weigh all your options, plan well, and you will be able to get a good home. If your finances are in order and you are flexible you can get good results. ... More

We like our new home, but the quality and attention to detail in finish is definitely lacking.

Poor workmanship in many areas discovered after moving in. No follow up on repairs.

Our sales associate was great at communicating. Very responsive. There was some miscommunication at end with the price we thought we had negotiated and what we needed up paying- so that gave us pause

Sales Rep (Darla C.) awesome to work with. Pulte Construction staff better than Fair. Sub-Trades horrible workmanship and no pride in quality. Unfortunately as bad as the workmanship is from Pulte, it is much Better than other home builders in the local and adjacent areas.

Buying a model home comes with surprises such as if something isn’t working you have to rely on homebuyers warranty rather than builder. Many issues not ready. Ie. mailbox keys, smart home. Etc Smart home isn’t very smart.

Bring your own real estate agent. Negotiate for the builder to pay for solar and possibly buy down the interest rate. Many builders around the area are giving solar.

The experience was generally good and all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. There were instances of poor communication as we got into the escrow process between the Title Company and Pulte which made things a bit stressfull. Overall, all parties did their best and we closed on target. Now that we are moved, we noticed some cosmetic and electrical issues. Some issues were easily corrected and others have taken more back-and-forth discussions. Overall, Pulte Customer service has been rectifying the issues as quickly as possible.

I choose HG due to the lovely unforgettable mountain and lake views, area, private gated community. I initially thought the home was too small but that’s me coming from a 3757sq 5 bedroom 2 story. Now living happy in 3 bedroom 3 bath empty nester. So getting and choosing your home and giving the earnest money was easy and flawless. Being able to pick options and going to the design studio was the best. But of course we chose an area that had never been lived on so we digging from scratch. The long long delays of completing the home was the horrible part for me. I lost a lot of money living in temporary living waiting months past the initial estimated move in. Then waiting more months after the second estimated date then not receiving an estimate date to delays with utilities coming to install meters my goodness it became very stressful. But then…sun broke through the dark clouds and we signed papers and was hopeful for ours keys. Well there was one more delay and keys were not given for almost 3 weeks. We had to resign our closing documents one more time and 6 days later the VICTORY CALL came. They said GO GET YOUR KEYS CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW HOME! When I say those were the best words to my ear ever. I almost ran there to get my key that’s how much energy I was suddenly filled with. All the hell was over and I was thankful. I thanked and blessed them all for building my home with great quality and perfection. Some things could have been upgraded but the quality of the build is everything. I would after everything go back to Pulte because I’m happy and highly satisfied with the quality and how they toured me through my home to show me how everything works and the aftercare is beautiful. They have come when I called and they followed up to ensure things were still working to my satisfaction. They even paid my rent and storage due to that last month delays. It was a long road but if I knew I would be this happy at the finish I truly would do it again. Thank you Pulte. Thank you Eric . The man that took all the crap from us all and remained calm. Thank you for that and all the consistent communication I received from you in them last few weeks. Be blessed. And thank you for building my beautiful dream home. My experience with pulte was amazing, I just wish they used a better title company with better reviews rather than a 3 star company. And maybe let the new home owners know how hard it’s going to be to get internet/cable& your mail to the house. How your address may not be activate at majority of all places.
