We are happy with the house, some small issues but fixable. The I would prefer they have any upgrade options for the backyard but they don't have it.

The sales staff (J and J) were very professional from the outset. They kept me informed of updates as soon as new information became available, so there were never any surprises. The job superintendents were on point and knew their craft. They possessed a thorough knowledge of the product and process, from digging the trenches, laying the foundation up and to when the last nail on the house was hammered. The entire process exceeded my expectations.

At a first excited glance, everything looks okay, but with time, you start to see the imperfections. The base boards are some of the worst I’ve seen. A lot of unpainted uncaulked areas. The stairs as well, paint drips, uncaulked seams, exposed areas. Some unpainted areas In ceiling. It was a rushed job and I get that they’re building in bulk, but for the amount of money paid, you’d expect a little more care.

We are so excited to share our process from start to finish and all the different milestones through the journey. It was great watching our home building progress and each stage created more excitement. We were informed of everything at each stage which made things more transparent and easy.

No new home is “perfect” but Pulte certainly aims for that and as a result you will take delivery of something quite great. Pulte is also very VA friendly and zero down to them means 0 down. Now fellow Vets if you have debt keeping you from being where you need to be to qualify you may have to put some skin in the game to level the playing field. Don’t construe that as a down payment. Construe that as Pulte genuinely wanting to make sure you can afford the payment and not get in over your head. They also give Vets a break on the earnest money needed to hold your lot and build. This is not something that is typically waived as they would be taking all the risk but at 50% off for Vets it ensures your commitment to the build and makes it affordable to you at the same time. Other builders simply won’t do that but Pulte does and even gives a Home Town Hero credit towards your purchase. Very Vet friendly and it is appreciated. My direct neighbor is a Former Marine and our neighbor across the street is a Sailor so there you go. Overall Construction Quality is great. Quality of clean up of finish product is not good. The floor of my shower was stained with rust and heavy duty construction caulking that was not attended to and has been impossible to remove. Same kind of stain 6" x 2" on one of my wood flooring in a main area of my dining area. I was assured that it was no big deal and could be removed. I had electrical issues " tripping breakers" to my refrigerator that were repaired 10 days after moving in. I'm still having irrigation issues "leaking water and sink hole " that have been repaired once already still on going. Still waiting for other repair. It usually takes a week for anyone to respond to repair emails. ... More

The after-sales service is not very good. I have a broken glass in my house, but I have not been able to contact the after-sales maintenance department. I hope it can be solved for me as soon as possible.

The builder is very attentive to detail and the floor plans are very comfortable.

Had a great experience with the mortgage team that I had a pleasure of working with!! Customer service and care for the client was way more than I expected.

Not referring anyone to pulte or their financials

The homes are beautiful. If any discrepancies are found after the home is purchased, it is covered under warranty but they are not the fastest to get someone out to fix the discrepancy. Been waiting almost a month to have a drywall issue resolved.

My family felt that home vibe the first time we step inside the house. The initial entry got the best impression how open the place was especially having multiple walk in closet in the room was a plus for my two kids.

We like our new home, but the quality and attention to detail in finish is definitely lacking.

My entire experience was bad from day one, I had 2 conversations with my sales rep and never met her. Was told I would get updates from construction Manager as the home progressed through phases, never got an update, luckily I was smart enough to include a realtor in my transaction. The only progress reports I received was her picture messages through windows when she was in the area. Materials and craftsmanship of the home are of the lowest quality, not a single wall in my home is straight, windows are the lowest grade available, opening your curtains will change the temperature of home almost immediately. My exterior doors have such large gaps I can see the street when locked. They sell you on "Energy Efficiency" but do absolutely nothing the deliver on that promise, my home is so poorly insulated I hear foot steps from accross the street in my living room. They are cashing in on this ridiculous real-estate market and are selling their 400k home for 700k with absolutely no intention of improving the quality, my home is no way indicative of a home valued at almost 3 quarter of a million dollars. The stucco used on the exterior is already discolored and cracking my home was completed late November 2021. I am very disappointed with my purchase and at times feel taken advantage of, but the worst part is the lack of customer service and accountability. If you are going to build a low quality home and charge top dollar, your customer service better be stellar to make up for the short comings. was told that all the lots were at least 3K square feet. that was a marketing lie at worst, an honest but negligent oversight at best. Once i found out it wasn't, I was not allowed to cancel my down payment even though it was a few days later. Also, fortunately for me, there is a 1 year warranty because there were lots of things that were not QCed well before turning over to me (however, it does take away my time, which i do not appreciate). also there are some ongoing design flaws i am dealing with- such as repeat flooding in my garbage can area.

We have a breaker that shuts off from doing laundry in a standard washer / dryer. Electrician came out and said nothing I can do ? WHAT ?? Broken roof tiles , no response, holes in block walls, no response yet, a couple other minor issues, no response yet. You spend over 700,000$ you expect the builder to respond quickly on issues on your brand new home.

The entire staff and team was transparent and attentive throughout the building and sales process. All of our inquires were answered in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome.
