The staffs were very friendly and thorough in introducing the details of the property. During the closing process they provided the hand holding in understanding the details of each document. Before closing the walk through was very thorough and provided with a lot of information. After we moved in we found some minor problems and were fixed promptly. We are very happy with the quality of the property.

I had a positive experience during my initial walkthrough with Chris, who was helpful, thorough, and communicative. Before moving in, Chris assured me that I wouldn't need to hire independent cleaners because the construction team would perform a thorough deep clean, and he even asked me to highlight any specific needs. Unfortunately, the actual move-in clean was highly disappointing. While it looked fine at a very brief glance, a closer look revealed a thick layer of grey post-construction dust left behind on all the floors, doors, and walls. It appeared that only the windows were cleaned and the visible debris vacuumed, rather than the deep clean I was promised. Additionally, I ran into a few significant quality-of-life and construction issues after moving in. I do highly advise getting post construction deep clean. Sound Insulation: Walking across the floors creates a noticeable echo, and now that I have neighbors, the lack of sound insulation between the units is apparent. I can regularly hear activity through the walls, including the sound of neighbors walking up their stairs. Because of how easily the sound travels between units, it feels like there is definitely room for improvement with the wall and floor soundproofing. Finishing Defects: There is a significant amount of grout cracking due to poor application, with some areas skipped entirely. I have also noticed large, visible gaps between the baseboard moldings and the floor throughout the home. While Chris's customer service during the walkthrough was good, the lack of thoroughness in the final clean and the poor finishing quality mean there seems to be a lot of ongoing work and fixes left to deal with. ... We are very satisfied with our new energy efficient home. The property is strategically located close to the two main highways which makes commute very smooth. Build quality and upkeep is good. However, we are really looking forward to the children play area and the workout space which should come up soon I believe. Besides, you have a very responsive team who tend to your maintenance needs. Looking forward to make great memories here!

The Pulte staff was always friendly, helpful and responsive to every aspect of our purchase. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the condo and the attentive service received before and after the escrow close.

Overall experience with buying a new home at The Heights in San Mateo was good, though there were a few fixes that needed to be made after I moved in. After I moved in, I had to deal with issues that should have been discovered and addressed prior to my move-in, including a heater constantly tripping a breaker, issues with the solar, upside down register, non-working doorbell, etc. These should have been issues caught in their final inspections. Pulte has been responsive about the fixes, but I wish I didn't have to deal with them at all.

Amazing experience with Dennis and Celeste in the sales office. Sam the building manager is helpful and answered all of our questions on the home. Too much cost for the upgrade options!

Great sales experience , easy financing , great layouts and materials . Only issues happened once I moved in, glitches with appliances , electrical issues took way too long to be fixed . Otherwise super happy w my new home !

So far I have nothing negative to say but good things about Pulte Homes. Starting with their people: Steven and Mary. Also, about my realtor, Renee, she is an incredible human being. As per the construction, there are some things I would have had like different, nevertheless, they cannot please everyone. I have only lived in this community for 1 month, therefore, I cannot give much feedback. Its a beautiful community though.

Professional , good attitude,

Most everything went smoothly, but a few times I reported an issue in my unit and didn’t hear back. Jose, was able to assist and all of the issues were resolved. I also noticed there are rats running around probably due the garbage bags put out once a week. Can we do something about this?

One of the customer care representatives is very not professional and always responded to issues by either dismissing them or said things should be like that without any explanation. Requested access to client’s cell phone while other less intrusive measures could be used, and reacted badly when denied access, quoting many others granted cell phone access without question.

Pulte was really easy to work with and our overal homebuying experience was very enjoyable.

Overall average experience. Bad: Felt rushed throughout most of the process even when there was plenty of time to close: namely, the deposit process and the document review/signing process. Salesperson was not good at explaining things clearly/succinctly. Worst part of the buying process: how inflexible the salesperson was from deviating from Pulte docs/procedures, even though they made a mistake. Build quality isn't amazing but it's functional: details like trim, carpet edging, screws for door hardware, and even tiny drips/paint spots on the floor are all things you notice after living in the home for some time. It has been a very nice experience so far living in my home. everything looks and feel great in the home except for the Buzzing sound from the outside freeway. I am a very light sleeper I hear everything. Maybe because of the large beautiful windows, I can hear the noise. Insulation is great for cool and heat but not as good for noise... but again it might just be me.

Moved in and had to deal with issues within a month related to build quality that left our new home damaged. Pulte was trying to deflect responsibilities and made the whole experience very frustrating. I don't think I would trust them again and would not recommend them.

This review is for Indigo. Overall high quality build, straightforward process. The staffs really helped from the beginning to the end even providing touch-ups after moving in.

Buying with Pulte was an easy and smooth experience. In what is a stressful time when purchasing a home, Pulte made the transition effortless. I would buy with Pulte again. They have a great reputation for a reason!

House sold way over price, have to sell for a loss. Quality is bad, gave house with torn carpet and broken windows. Then asks for a review and refuses to publish as it deters business. Good for you pulte, I’ll write a review somewhere else. Thanks for the trash house that’s underwater now. Oh and thanks for the dangerous living conditions for $1.4m. Love being scared to open my door due to pitbull
