Overall bad experience with Pulte

low quality workmanship. Lots of scratches/scuffs on new walls/cabinets/flooring, etc. We identified issues at our final walk through but things took weeks to get fixed after we moved in. Very slow response. Overall, I would not recommend this builder.

Very bad customer service and false information

The quality of the work is very bad and upgrades not included. Broken cabinets missing upgrades since day one and until now not addressed. Items with the issues on the floor, they were supposed to be replaced in days and no one showed up, then they indicated that they will grab from other units to address and nothing happened. Running paint on multiple areas which indicates unprofessional workmanship. Issues with the electricity until now and at least one of the people send indicated that he was not licensed. Other issues with the unit which indicates things were rushed and original date ...

House sold way over price, have to sell for a loss. Quality is bad, gave house with torn carpet and broken windows. Then asks for a review and refuses to publish as it deters business. Good for you pulte, I’ll write a review somewhere else. Thanks for the trash house that’s underwater now. Oh and thanks for the dangerous living conditions for $1.4m. Love being scared to open my door due to pitbull

RUN...don't walk away from this PULTE sales office!!!

This review doesn't allow me to put zero stars so I had to put one. I was lied to repeatedly by the salesperson and project manager saying that I would not hear the train inside of my townhouse if all my windows and doors were shut. I repeated it back to both of them and they said "YES". I have witnesses btw too. When the train goes by it's so loud it's difficult to carry on a conversation in my home or hear the TV....but that's not the worst of it....when I went on my walk thru the home was visibly not cleaned. It was filled with sawdust and construction debris so it was difficult to see the ...
