Moved in and had to deal with issues within a month related to build quality that left our new home damaged. Pulte was trying to deflect responsibilities and made the whole experience very frustrating. I don't think I would trust them again and would not recommend them.

House sold way over price, have to sell for a loss. Quality is bad, gave house with torn carpet and broken windows. Then asks for a review and refuses to publish as it deters business. Good for you pulte, I’ll write a review somewhere else. Thanks for the trash house that’s underwater now. Oh and thanks for the dangerous living conditions for $1.4m. The quality of the work is very bad and upgrades not included. Broken cabinets missing upgrades since day one and until now not addressed. Items with the issues on the floor, they were supposed to be replaced in days and no one showed up, then they indicated that they will grab from other units to address and nothing happened. Running paint on multiple areas which indicates unprofessional workmanship. Issues with the electricity until now and at least one of the people send indicated that he was not licensed. Other issues with the unit which indicates things were rushed and original date from sales that this will not going to be ready until December/January rather than November is more accurate. Also, you have the unprofessional comments from the people that walked through the unit indicating that they don’t want to help if we rank them lower than five. Is this how Pulte manages things? Very disappointing and people should knowledge the kind of service provided for overs $1 million dollar unit. The list continues. ... More
