So far everything goes smoothly and the Pulte team is professional and responsible.

The condo is really good quality, was finished on time, and all issues pointed out in the walkthrough were addressed on closing day. Everybody throughout the process was very communicative and helpful!

Had a fantasic experience with Mary, our sales agent, who guided us through the whole process. Post closing, Mike and Jose were great in getting us oriented and address any questions or changes. Thanks for making this a smooth process for us.

We are very impressed with the quality of our new home as well as our sales agent during the process. Michele, our sales agent, has been incredibly responsive at all times of the day and is very pleasant to work with. The construction manager Joe is also fantastic and wastes no time getting things fixed if any small issues come up. The mortgage arm is another story, unfortunately. It was incredibly stressful and there were at least 3 separate times during the process when we felt it would be worthwhile to pull out of the purchase and eat the lost deposit in the house. It seems like there were daily changes in the valuation of our assets and reserves and no clear communication as to why this was happening. We also believe they were too lax in the pre-approval process. They decided to ignore a huge chunk of our assets near the closing date because they felt like it. We spent several late nights trying to justify how Pulte Mortgage came up with the valuation du jour. even after closing, we learned that we had two homeowners insurance policies and Pulte Mortgage never told us and also didn’t tell us that our insurer had sent several notices to them regarding a lack of payment. So yeah, Pulte homes are very nice but just avoid the mortgage arm. ... More

Our first experience started with Stephen (sales), who greets you with a smile and a great personality. He was willing to stop what he was doing and allowed us to look at several different models many times on several different days to make our decision. He also worked with us the best possible deal. Definitely a great representative in the purchase of our home. Secondly, we have to acknowledge Joe (construction), who oversees all construction and details in the home. He also takes you on a tour of the exterior and interior of your home after your purchase to shows you all the pluses and features of your home. The whole pulte process from sale to close was smooth and painless. We are busy, both working demanding jobs, we didn’t have time to go to open house after open house and fix up a home. Pulte made the process smooth and easy, and we got a turn key , exactly as we wanted house.
