It was great experience in working with Sales team and delivery team. Overall it was very good and pretty smooth !

Our experience with Mike was fantastic. He was responsive, always on time when we met, very knowledgeable and thorough. He even suggested a nice memory making activity with our kids.

The entire Pulte sales and construction team were attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Soroush and Danny went out of their way to make sure that we were more than satisfied with the final product.

This is our first home and I'd say that except for a small detail we're pretty happy. So far we didn't find any major defects or things that can't be quickly solved with the exception of one thing: a fan on the roof. The architect (i'm guessing) thought it was a great idea to put a high power fan on the very top of the building, dead center in the middle on our master bedroom roof. We're trying to figure out, still unsuccessfully, what to do about it.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

There were a lot of cosmetic issues that we’re not sure how they got past everyone’s eyes, but they’ve been responsive about helping out with those.

There are some quality issues and hope the builder can be more careful about the quality.

The overall process was smooth. The customer care representative (Jose) does respond and raise work orders for any issues in the house after close of escrow. He also promptly follows up with the vendors. They try to resolve 80-85 % of the issues raised and not all the issues. Overall the process is okay and would recommend Pulte to other home buyers.

Overall it’s a good experience. All staffs were nice and efficient in the entire process. Except one thing that made us feel very unpleasant. Our home includes an upgrade that’s worth about $100k. All upgraded items were listed with their prices. One of the item was a kitchenAid fridge and its highest price I could found on internet is about $2700 before tax but they charge me $4200! I meant if you wanna take money out of my pocket, you should have allocate the profit to something I can’t get its price easily on the internet. Charging me $4200 for a fridge which is worth $3000 at most makes me feel like I’m a fool! Now it makes me wonder how much the upgrade is really worth. ... More

Home is decent quality, however it feels fragile and not as sturdy as other homes. Walls are relatively thin and you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. Do not go with Pulte Mortgage as they are unresponsive and were pretty negligent during the process.

Great homes, yet final product with workmanship remains unsatisfactory. Slow response times to address the many pending issues.

The Field Manager Rodney Dimapiles did a fantastic job on the house, overall we like it a lot. However, the house still has some small issues and still waiting for someone to come over to repair. The tesla solar system didn't install well. After a long waiting period for the city inspection, they find out the system has issues and have to fix the issue and run over again the same process. Not sure how long this will take but it's a little bit disappointing because we already wait for over 3month but still can't tell when we will able to use the solar system. The water pipe system for the outdoor landscape has a lot of issues and because of that, the water mains burst many times already. I wish the team can do better job. Title company was not well organized and requested for multiple unneeded notarized signings. Many small issues with the house build (poorly sealed frames/baseboards, creaks, cracks, cabinet finishing/fit, etc.). Experience could have been better but still the design makes it very enjoyable.

Mike, a member of the construction team, is exceptionally helpful and willing to assist with any task at hand. However, I believe Pulte should consider enhancing its sales and mortgage teams to effectively sell houses. In my personal experience, I purchased solar from them, but when I inquired about my sales receipt from the sales team, they seemed unsure of how to provide it.

I recently purchased a new construction condo built by Pulte Homes and I found that it is a decent construction.

Responsiveness to issues is slow once the deal is done. Wokmanship on house feels shoddy in some places attention to details is missing

Flooring insulation is terrible, can hear neighbor walking loud, very annoying and no solution on it, not recommend to buy house here

Not even willing to come out and take a look at the construction defect issues. Just Video call appointment and declined all of repairs request. All of my claims are industry standard and asked me to go to model home and take a look at it. Air conditioning rattling/vibration issue, the customer service supervisor said my neighbor have the same problem and asked me to start logging when it happens. This is not customer service! We sold a house to you so rest of them are “All your problems” We bought several properties from different builders but Pulte is the worst so far.
