Lack of quality of workmanship is overwhelming!!!!

First, the following is not only based on my wife’s and my experience. After talking to neighbors, similar if not the same issues have been observed on many levels. The list below is not only our impression but was already recognized by the quality manager from Pulte. He wrote the list and I am just copying/pasting parts of it here. After our first walkthrough a lot of things got marked with tape with the explanation that it will be taken care of before move in day (that was expected, no complaint here!). Unfortunately we found that a lot of the marks (tape) simply were removed without taken ...

Pulte homes need a lot of work

We moved into a Pulte new build condo and have so many issues and service is extremely slow (moved in durind COVID 19 SIP order). It took over a month and 4 appointments to get AC repaired. It works now but is incredibly loud. Decided to add ceiling fans so we don't have to live with the loud noise and found out none of the ceiling junction boxes were installed correctly so can't install anything until they are fixed. Master tub had lots of pitting leading to rust spots and now the tub takes over an hour to drain so we are showering in several inches of water. Garage door would stall ...

My dream home turned into a nightmare

1. Wrong type window (fixed) was installed in master bedroom which can't be opened. 2. 240V wiring was wrong which burnt my new dryer. 3. The floor is not level, 4. the concrete patio is in wrong pitch, a big pond will formed at front door in every raining day 5. Garage floor has a lot of of oil stains Issue #3, 4, 5 were reported during final walk-through. Pulte promised will fix them. Almost 3 months from close, still have not be solved. Very, very disappointed with Pulte for the built quality and service.

Terrible experience with your mortgage. Actual footage is significantly smaller than advertised

Very disorganized (if not a total mess) and stressful in your loan processing. Almost missed the deadline, and we had to switch program at the last minute. The actual footage is over 10% smaller than advertised.
