Sales person is mostly hands off and response is sporadic. He did show any accountability and importance of customers. Often his responses mostly short and not friendly. Mortgage: Both the rate lock person and the underwriter are completely worse. Their responses are very bad and often miss-aligned. They don't follow up on the documents' status and updates. Very bad experience.. lost so much money

overall the team was not supportive or helpful 1- sale representative was encouraging us to sign very fast ,making use of English as second language .so we singed in day #1 for remolding we didn't require , and just on the next day when we went back to cancel he said it is not possible ( in other words did not give the enough information regarding the pricing , what is already there , and what the upgrades ) 2- The mortgage company had a very bad communication that cost us $1800 although i had contacted several times and they explained that i have no problem in my end 3- on the of home inspection we have been treated very bad and i reported the incidence against the project manger , who was very unprofessional and almost kicked us from our property 4- we have been requested 5 work order only two was taken care of , and up to the minute we have no date has been issued to address the remaining work orders.( almost a month ) 5- our garage door opens by itself , the customer care came and tried to fix it but instead it now opens more frequent now we are unsafe because f the garage door open by itself , I cant leave the home unattended, which affect our work schedule. and terrifying the kids . Finally , we got the property at the same as market value but the other companies provide their customers with a very good customer services , address their concern , and treat them as a valuable customer before and after the closing the other companies have a better finishing overall, and a really good customer care thank you, ... Very poor quality of construction, no response for services, many problems from day one. Never ever recommend anybody to buy from pulte.

I would like to share my experience regarding the recent home purchase. While the cost of the home was nearly a million dollars, the quality of the construction is subpar. It is evident that the construction team lacked experience or was not adequately skilled to complete the project to a satisfactory level. There are several issues with the flooring, electrical work, garage, walls, and paintwork I can keep going on. The manager rushed through the walkthrough as he had another appointment. There was no proper walkthrough provided. I am unsure of what other priority tasks he had when the walkthrough was scheduled, and he did not give enough time to explain and consider the concerns of the customers. I started buying home with very little experience in the market but Pulte group provided all the necessary details and confidence that I can buy a home. I was so happy seeing our home after the finish, it is not just beautiful but built with quality materials. Thank you Pulte Homes.

Build quality could have been lot better compared to neighboring home builders. Abit High price for what I got. Mortgage APR deal details are not properly shared prior to purchase.. mortgage and sales team wasted my closing costs credit .. very very bad issues observed pre-inspection.. ready to move in home is there in market for 3.5 months and lot of thin airline cracks seen inside and outside . Too much delay on fixing minor items which missed fixture during closure.. service and build quality could have been lot better..

Our sales agent gave some useful information during the buying process and , we had good experience with the sales team and the construction team. Design team experience was not upto the mark . The construction crew was very friendly crew , helped clarify queries. And Its a good quality home

I know there are many different groups involved in building the home, and giving a really bad review may be unfair to some of them, but I just have to do it to bring attention to how Pulte treat you once you completed the transaction. We purchased the hardware through them, and they weren't installed at the time we signed the paperwork. They promised they would initiate the Work Order and the hardware should be installed in two to three weeks. Time went by and we REPEATEDLY emailed, and called them to ask where things stand, and THERE IS NO RESPONSE. We even came to the office and all they could say was someone will contact and we will have to call/write them back, but nothing came. No call back. No email. It seems like they don't know us at all. There was a lady who came to our home a day or two after we purchased and said that she's the coordinator, and we called/emailed her and still nothing came. We have been very patient with them and every time we wrote or called, we were very cordial, respectful, and understanding if there's a material shortage, but the fact that we got no response made us very upset. We are very close to bringing them to the small claim court. P.S.: We talked to some neighbors and they have experienced pretty much the same thing. This is really, really bad on the company. ... The quality of construction and over all experience was very good. Our site engineer was very cooperative and helped us by sending regular updates and photos. Post buying experience is also good. Any complaints raised is addressed immediately. But there are few things that can be improved. Pulte calling themselves smartphone, there are no smart devices given by default. At least smart Door bell and Smart locks should be provided. Since most of these are new communities, smart door bell would help ppl stay safe. Thank You.

It's been a month now since we moved in. So far, I've raised many issues nothing has been checked and closed. Other than that the overall experience is good.
