The overall buying experience is great however, the responsiveness post buying has been very slow.

Anthony at the sales office was great ! I could reach out to him any time with questions and he was more than happy to answer them . The construction team was great too ! Pulte mortgage needs some improvement in the quality of service .

Happy to see the quality of the construction and as per the initial design discussed. The construction manager was great and walked through in detail. Working with the Mortgage was also a good experience and easier process to closing. There should be lights installed in every room which makes things easier and don't have to go with contractors to install.

The lot/backyard size is too small, not as showcased in the model home.

I am happy to get in Pulte's home and overall feel that we made the right decision to go with them. However, I find it bit pricy. They need to review their base package of home design and selection to include basics instead of getting those features as part of upgrade options after paying extra. Other builders are offering such features at a competitive price. At the end I am happy as Pulte's bidding process allowed us to get into our dream home, while other builders have long queue!!

Craftsmanship was evident throughout the home. The cabinets, countertops, floor etc all have been installed very well.

Nothing that stands out that can be shared with other buyers

I had a terrible experience with a leaking central HVAC system leading to no cooling for the first month I moved in. As a new home buyer you expect this to be sorted and examined but its a very demoralizing experience for me.

Home is awesome. Matt and Sergio are also PM's to work with.

Build quality could have been lot better compared to neighboring home builders. Abit High price for what I got. Mortgage APR deal details are not properly shared prior to purchase.. mortgage and sales team wasted my closing costs credit .. very very bad issues observed pre-inspection.. ready to move in home is there in market for 3.5 months and lot of thin airline cracks seen inside and outside . Too much delay on fixing minor items which missed fixture during closure.. service and build quality could have been lot better..

Irrespective of the issues, there was delay by a month, then after purchase, the builder did not keep it up. One month touch and finish, we expected that builder come and finish but instead just they dropped off the paints. I complained that the garage remote openers were not working and none of the guys have come and changed it.

It's been a month now since we moved in. So far, I've raised many issues nothing has been checked and closed. Other than that the overall experience is good.

Sales person is mostly hands off and response is sporadic. He did show any accountability and importance of customers. Often his responses mostly short and not friendly. Mortgage: Both the rate lock person and the underwriter are completely worse. Their responses are very bad and often miss-aligned. They don't follow up on the documents' status and updates. Overall we are happy as we have to be happy. Nice to work with Anthony (Sales) and Steve (Site Manager) are very professional and impressed with their overall responsiveness. With reference to the quality of the construction, I am not at all happy. There are gaps (bugs can build their homes) between the baseboard and flooring. Baseboard guys say that the flooring is uneven and Pulte folks say that the baseboard. Very poor quality material was used for Window sills. Found and still finding several nails and other metal objects in the backyard and all my requests to find and remove those went into deaf years. Ordered a customized Garage Door and am still waiting (about two months now). Totally careless attitude after we moved in. Well. Learning to live with such issues. ... More

overall the team was not supportive or helpful 1- sale representative was encouraging us to sign very fast ,making use of English as second language .so we singed in day #1 for remolding we didn't require , and just on the next day when we went back to cancel he said it is not possible ( in other words did not give the enough information regarding the pricing , what is already there , and what the upgrades ) 2- The mortgage company had a very bad communication that cost us $1800 although i had contacted several times and they explained that i have no problem in my end 3- on the of home inspection we have been treated very bad and i reported the incidence against the project manger , who was very unprofessional and almost kicked us from our property 4- we have been requested 5 work order only two was taken care of , and up to the minute we have no date has been issued to address the remaining work orders.( almost a month ) 5- our garage door opens by itself , the customer care came and tried to fix it but instead it now opens more frequent now we are unsafe because f the garage door open by itself , I cant leave the home unattended, which affect our work schedule. and terrifying the kids . Finally , we got the property at the same as market value but the other companies provide their customers with a very good customer services , address their concern , and treat them as a valuable customer before and after the closing the other companies have a better finishing overall, and a really good customer care thank you, ...
