Happy to see the quality of the construction and as per the initial design discussed. The construction manager was great and walked through in detail. Working with the Mortgage was also a good experience and easier process to closing. There should be lights installed in every room which makes things easier and don't have to go with contractors to install.

I am happy to get in Pulte's home and overall feel that we made the right decision to go with them. However, I find it bit pricy. They need to review their base package of home design and selection to include basics instead of getting those features as part of upgrade options after paying extra. Other builders are offering such features at a competitive price. At the end I am happy as Pulte's bidding process allowed us to get into our dream home, while other builders have long queue!!

I had a terrible experience with a leaking central HVAC system leading to no cooling for the first month I moved in. As a new home buyer you expect this to be sorted and examined but its a very demoralizing experience for me.

Build quality could have been lot better compared to neighboring home builders. Abit High price for what I got. Mortgage APR deal details are not properly shared prior to purchase.. mortgage and sales team wasted my closing costs credit .. very very bad issues observed pre-inspection.. ready to move in home is there in market for 3.5 months and lot of thin airline cracks seen inside and outside . Too much delay on fixing minor items which missed fixture during closure.. service and build quality could have been lot better..

Irrespective of the issues, there was delay by a month, then after purchase, the builder did not keep it up. One month touch and finish, we expected that builder come and finish but instead just they dropped off the paints. I complained that the garage remote openers were not working and none of the guys have come and changed it.

Sales person is mostly hands off and response is sporadic. He did show any accountability and importance of customers. Often his responses mostly short and not friendly. Mortgage: Both the rate lock person and the underwriter are completely worse. Their responses are very bad and often miss-aligned. They don't follow up on the documents' status and updates. Overall we are happy as we have to be happy. Nice to work with Anthony (Sales) and Steve (Site Manager) are very professional and impressed with their overall responsiveness. With reference to the quality of the construction, I am not at all happy. There are gaps (bugs can build their homes) between the baseboard and flooring. Baseboard guys say that the flooring is uneven and Pulte folks say that the baseboard. Very poor quality material was used for Window sills. Found and still finding several nails and other metal objects in the backyard and all my requests to find and remove those went ...
