I was promised that the necessary fixes would be completed after closing. However, since then I have only received apologies in writing, and I am still waiting. As of March 4th today, the broken windows have not been repaired. I agreed to close in good faith, trusting the assurances given and assuming that a large company like Pulte would follow through in a timely and professional manner. The builder, Chris, is second to none in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and follow through to make sure there were no surprises. Highly recommend him.
