Home buying experience overall was great. Kevin did an amazing job finishing the home and addressing punch list items before moving him. Our builder, Chris, is exceptionally communicative, processional, and knowledgeable. As this is our first CO home and we are unfamiliar with construction methods here, Chris was patient, thorough and addressed all questions and concerns with a smile. He truly wants us to be happy (we are!) with the home that he took pride in building for us. Pulte is a first-rate operation as it pertains to customer involvement and build-quality.

We are very pleased with our Pulte home. During the building process, the team faithfully called every week on Wednesday’s with an update on status so that we stayed on track for closing. Any issues that we had after closing were dealt with h promptly.

Home is wonderful so far. Pulte is very thorough in orientation and review of home. They have a. Complex title process and the closing day took 2 hours- because we messed up a page on one of the signatures and dated a couple places backwards. I would recommend either putting date in so that is not required on 40 or 50 signature spots. Maybe just have the couple pages that require notary signature to have date hand done. The other option is to allow initials to verify a change- this is done often with multiple signature documents.

From start to finish, everyone ..from our sales contact Harper to our construction contact Ron were very attentive to our needs. We chose a ready home. We had the opportunity to take multiple walks and Ron made every effort to follow up on everything that we felt needed to be addressed prior to closing. Also post move , they are very quick to address any warranty issues you find. I definitely would recommend Pulte Homes @ the Aurora Highlands area for anyone wanting to buy a new home

From our first phone call with sales we felt completely at ease. Romina was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We had taken our time and visited with the other builders in our subdivision but hands down what Pulte had to offer was incomparable. We were included every step of the way. Although I was nervous after reading so many horror stories about Pulte and pretty much all national builders, I am quite pleased with how everything turned out. There was a big issue uncovered during the pre-drywall orientation meeting (a major missed structural option), but to Pulte's credit they did not try to fight me on it and rectified the problem at considerable expense to them, essentially rebuilding the roof from scratch. Overall the experience was okay. It seemed going great at first. Then our sellers agent from Pulte went to another community last minute that wasn’t communicated to us. Leading up to closing we kept getting move in dates that were not even accurate whatsoever by building manager and sellers agent. Overpriced optional choices. Workmanship not up to the standard I was used to. Pulte refused almost all of my simple requests claiming "the contract" made them do it.however there were no such provisions in the contract. For instance, I asked that the bathroom mirrors be left out but Pulte insisted on hanging them and glued them to the wall making it difficult to remove and rehang my better framed mirrors. The sales and financial experience with Pulte is awful! Starting from the purchase: we designed our home without knowing about other houses that fit our lifestyle better. Since moving in; we have heard nothing from our sales representative. The design center has no idea how to assist a new buyer. They are supposedly design consultants .. not sure where the consulting comes from. Do your research. They won’t help! Purchase a $700k home means nothing. Pulte finance .. do not use. Awful!! They are misleading and do not care about you as a buyer. The house .. however .. beautiful!

We purchased a new home, that sat empty for a year. Several buyers went under contract and then lost their financing. This was a fast move for our family and sadly I didn't go through the house with a strong discerning eye. This house is a thousand cuts, so to speak. This is my 4th experience with a new build and I would have to say that it was the worst of the bunch. Much of this may the project manager’s blame but a lot of it isn't. Let’s start with the home’s backyard. About 3 months into the build process we were informed that 2ft of our (already small) 10ft yard would be taken up with a retaining wall. This ended up being 5ft of our yard. Most disappointing new construction home purchase to date!

The sales agent was difficult to work with. He was inexperienced and often misleading especially regarding the home taxes and bond obligations . The builders financing process was a complete cluster and anything but a process. The construction team failed to complete almost the entire punch list that was provided weeks in advance of close with items remaining to date, months after close.

The Pulte's closing subsidiary P&P Tile representative was very unresponsive, took multiple emails to make simple changes to contract. Pre walkthrough process is worthless. Not all items were addressed before closing even though extra time was provided before final walkthrough. Was some of the remaining items will be addressed soon after closing. We are month post closing, we items are still pending. Within 2 weeks of closing and moving in, we had flood in the basement. Water line broke - making us question the quality of work.
