Working with *****, our Construction Manager, was a dream. He kept us information of the process from start to finish, was very thorough and made sure our new home was everything we wished for it to build. Pulte's build standards and attention to detail delivered a home above our expectations.

Our experience buying our new Pulte home over the past few months has been great! Although we came into the process once the construction of the home was essentially complete, we got much more of a quality home than we expected. The salespeople with whom we interacted were very responsive, insightful, and helpful. As we progressed through the process, we had helpful support from insurance, finance, and the local construction manager that met 99% of our needs. I strongly encourage you to consider Pulte if you are in the market for a new home!

Amazing Construction supervisor.

It has been awhile since purchasing a new home. We’ve avoided buying new due to the usual issues that always happen. Working with Andrew our Construction Supervisor made the process so much easier. From the initial walk through, the final walk through and any issues we have had since, Andrew has gone out of his way multiple times to fix or remedy the problem. His attention to detail matches our expectations so we are never going back and forth over what should be done or questioning the quality of work. Andrew is an asset to Pulte and should be recognized as such. Thank you

From beginning to end everyone was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. Danny listened to what I wanted in a home and delivered! He showed me a home which checked all my boxes. I was sold! Andrew completed walk-throughs and continues to be responsive to questions/issues. It took too long to close from November 24th to Janaury 16th.

I was promised that the necessary fixes would be completed after closing. However, since then I have only received apologies in writing, and I am still waiting. As of March 4th today, the broken windows have not been repaired. I agreed to close in good faith, trusting the assurances given and assuming that a large company like Pulte would follow through in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately, the experience so far has not reflected the level of professionalism I expected.

Patrick, Tyler, Amy, and the entire team were great to work with—professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Tyler, the construction manager, was especially impressive. I ran into an issue when trying to install a light fixture in the dining area—the switch wasn’t controlling the wire. The sales agent that helped us was phenomenal! She took the time to explain everything, never acted like we took up too much of her time or like we weren't worth bothering with. She was patient, helpful and went above and beyond. The gentleman that walked us through the home was pleasant but kinda snarky and seemed like he wanted to get to his next appointment but did answer our questions and was helpful. Great experience with Michelle in Pulte sales and the mortgage financing representatives, and excellent communications and interactions with the on-site construction superintendents Tyler and Jeremy during the entire construction process. The team was quick to respond to any of our concerns and questions throughout the build, and we are very pleased with the final product.

The builder, Chris, is second to none in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and follow through to make sure there were no surprises. Highly recommend him. Also, Ete is very responsive and helpful way beyond the selling process. We are moving from a high end custom home so when I rate the workmanship and materials it is in comparison to a whole other level of construction. Pulte does an okay job and we are very happy as there are no surprises.

The selling process was great, however, after closing the correspondence and pre-closing home issues are put aside at the builders convenience. I closed several months ago and there are several problems that have not been resolved. I was promised prior to closing that the issues would be corrected.
