The builder, Chris, is second to none in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and follow through to make sure there were no surprises. Highly recommend him. Also, Ete is very responsive and helpful way beyond the selling process. We are moving from a high end custom home so when I rate the workmanship and materials it is in comparison to a whole other level of construction. Pulte does an okay job and we are very happy as there are no surprises.

Really like my home and its features. Appreciated the efforts to close earlier than planned. Title company error caused closing to take 4 hours. Warranty issues taking too long to resolve. Communication about warranty issues could be better. Great neighborhood and sales experience.

Chris, our project manager was responsive to our needs and made our move in experience pleasant. Within 10 minutes of our taking possession of the home, he came to our rescue with a snow shovel and addressed our lock issue. Chris is awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to Pulte Homes. He addressed our issues and concerns prior to move-in. Amy in PGP Title was helpful with our closing and has been helpful in proper allocation of funds for our HOA's.

Overall the experience was great, however there was a massive misunderstanding and poor application with the kitchen backsplash. One pattern issue was resolved, but we still have various grout line sizes across the backsplash because it would have been too expensive to fix and it was within the “margin of error.” Just have your contractors use spacers. They did in the shower.. Also I called the Sherwin Williams that was highlighted by the builder. Not as in touch with our colors as it was described.

The selling process was great, however, after closing the correspondence and pre-closing home issues are put aside at the builders convenience. I closed several months ago and there are several problems that have not been resolved. I was promised prior to closing that the issues would be corrected.

It is very difficult to get problems fixed using the service request section of the website. On several occasions it has taken multiple submittals to get any response from Celina Y. It shouldn’t take 24-48 hours to get something scheduled that’s way too long.

We chose Pulte sue to their reputation of high quality construction and building practices. In that regard l, they lived up to my expectations. Our construction manager, Matt Wallace, was the best we could hope for. He was knowledgeable, available, and fought to make sure we got the home of our dreams. The issues arose around the financial aspect of the sale. Overall the experience was okay. It seemed going great at first. Then our sellers agent from Pulte went to another community last minute that wasn’t communicated to us. Leading up to closing we kept getting move in dates that were not even accurate whatsoever by building manager and sellers agent. Pulte does a great job on the sales portion of the home. Their mortgage side needs some help in the communication department. We requested a short closing ( approximately 30 days). The constructions managers who handle their walk through's and punch lists, are less than to be desired.(Promised to fix things and we were "given their word that these items would be taken care of" only to find out that the want to wash their hands of you as soon as you sign all of your documents. Great buying experience, ok financing, poor construction management and trade selections.

We chose to build with Pulte because of the quality they promised. We loved working with our sales rep but our construction manager not only didn’t know what was going on, but flat out lied to us a number of times. We are two months in and still having to deal with warranty because of lazy craftsmanship. We closed 8/27/2024, moved in that same week. From the beginning we noticed a few itmes that were supposed to be taken cared of by our Construction Manager. Overpriced optional choices. Workmanship not up to the standard I was used to. Pulte refused almost all of my simple requests claiming "the contract" made them do it.however there were no such provisions in the contract. For instance, I asked that the bathroom mirrors be left out but Pulte insisted on hanging them and glued them to the wall making it difficult to remove and rehang my better framed mirrors.
