The best part of buying our home with Pulte was our construction manager Chris. He attended to every detail and always answered every question or issue that we had with our new home. He was always very prompt and thorough with responses. He is awesome!!!

The builder, Chris, is second to none in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and follow through to make sure there were no surprises. Highly recommend him. Also, Ete is very responsive and helpful way beyond the selling process. We are moving from a high end custom home so when I rate the workmanship and materials it is in comparison to a whole other level of construction. Pulte does an okay job and we are very happy as there are no surprises.

The selling process was great, however, after closing the correspondence and pre-closing home issues are put aside at the builders convenience. I closed several months ago and there are several problems that have not been resolved. I was promised prior to closing that the issues would be corrected.

The Pulte experience was smooth from start to finish. Transitions between the various components of the process was seamless and the very first Pulte employee contacted remained with me throughout the entire journey. Tina A. was an incredibly cheerleader reliable library for information. She created a calm in a potentially otherwise chaotic process. I’ll forever be grateful.

Home buying is an overwhelming experience. I had a good experience with Pulte my question and concern answered.

Pulte Mortgage is incompetent and very inefficient!

We were excited to buy a home and thought we were going with a builder that stood by their product. There so many thing you are not able to see until you move into a house and the experience with the warranty group has been lack luster. So far the responses we have received start with "that is not under warranty" even though the installation was done wrong. I have submitted warranty requests and did not get a response until I went to the sales office. I have to consistently reach out reminding them that there are still issues that have not been resolved. I have decided that it is best that I reach out regarding one issue at a time and once that issue is resolved then move onto the next. Construction Manager makes or breaks a subdivision. Chris is really great and Tyler his walk through orientation manager is excellent.

Really like my home and its features. Appreciated the efforts to close earlier than planned. Title company error caused closing to take 4 hours. Warranty issues taking too long to resolve. Communication about warranty issues could be better. Great neighborhood and sales experience.

Chris, our project manager was responsive to our needs and made our move in experience pleasant. Within 10 minutes of our taking possession of the home, he came to our rescue with a snow shovel and addressed our lock issue. Chris is awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to Pulte Homes. He addressed our issues and concerns prior to move-in. Amy in PGP Title was helpful with our closing and has been helpful in proper allocation of funds for our HOA's.

Finishing is not well done. Responses to issues are not timely.

We chose Pulte sue to their reputation of high quality construction and building practices. In that regard l, they lived up to my expectations. Our construction manager, Matt Wallace, was the best we could hope for. He was knowledgeable, available, and fought to make sure we got the home of our dreams. The issues arose around the financial aspect of the sale. Pulte ordered an appraisal 3 months prior to completion, before doors, flooring or countertops were installed, yet the appraiser valued the home exactly at list price - to the dollar! We chose to use our mortgage company, one we trust and have a long-standing working relationship; they ordered an appraisal once the home was nearly complete. Lo and behold there was a discrepancy between the two, a $48,0000 discrepancy. Pulte refused to budge, because they “have an appraisal value.” in the end Pulte submitted some extra comps to our appraiser (all of which were sold and appraised by their syndicate group of companies) which brought the discrepancy to $24,000 lower than list price. We ended up agreeing to split that difference, putting us in a position of negative equity from the get go. I still would recommend Pulte to anyone looking to purchase a new home, but do not let them control the entire process and narrative! It is very difficult to get problems fixed using the service request section of the website. On several occasions it has taken multiple submittals to get any response from Celina Y. It shouldn’t take 24-48 hours to get something scheduled that’s way too long.

Outside stone keeps falling off the house, took 4 days for someone to address a leaky roof

So far, this experience has been average at best!!!

We closed 8/27/2024, moved in that same week. From the beginning we noticed a few itmes that were supposed to be taken cared of by our Construction Manager. The cans to our lighting were falling off, we had asked several times why they looked that way and he kept tallimg us he would push them back in place. when we moved in we figured out the were all missing a screw, they are all haing on by one screw. lets see how long they last. Second week in tje house we had to call Xcel energy becuse we had a strong gas odor in our kitchen. We 1st called the emergency number on the move in packet but never received any responce from Pulte about it. Turns out the gas line was not tighten correctly during installation so we had a gas leak. 11/11/2024 we still need paint and caulk on one of our bathroom windows, the stone on the outside has started to fall off and we have not received any response from their Customer Care Manager. Overall, buying a Pulte home was a great experience. Whenever there was any issues, Todd walked us through them and was there when we needed him. He is a great asset to the company.

Good deal for the area

I was very satisfied with my overall buying experience; the process was smooth, and I felt informed throughout. The Project manager Chris Roberts was very effective he kept me updated providing timely updates. My home was completed within the expected timeframe, which was satisfactory. My experience was positive, and I would recommend Pulte Homes.

Our construction manager, Tyler S., did an outstanding job in making sure all areas were completed in a timely manner. He kept us informed about progress and followed up until issue was resolved! Thank you Tyler S.

Start to finish this has been a very good experience for us. Good communication. Our sales person was outstanding and our construction manager kept us in the loop the entire time we will recommend Pulte homes in this area to anybody I know.

Everytime I contacted Chris with a concern or a question, he responded in a day or two.
