We were excited to buy a home and thought we were going with a builder that stood by their product. There so many thing you are not able to see until you move into a house and the experience with the warranty group has been lack luster. So far the responses we have received start with "that is not under warranty" even though the installation was done wrong. I have submitted warranty requests and did not get a response until I went to the sales office. Really like my home and its features. Appreciated the efforts to close earlier than planned. Title company error caused closing to take 4 hours. Warranty issues taking too long to resolve. Communication about warranty issues could be better. Great neighborhood and sales experience.

Chris, our project manager was responsive to our needs and made our move in experience pleasant. Within 10 minutes of our taking possession of the home, he came to our rescue with a snow shovel and addressed our lock issue. Chris is awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to Pulte Homes. He addressed our issues and concerns prior to move-in. Amy in PGP Title was helpful with our closing and has been helpful in proper allocation of funds for our HOA's.

We chose Pulte sue to their reputation of high quality construction and building practices. In that regard l, they lived up to my expectations. Our construction manager, Matt Wallace, was the best we could hope for. He was knowledgeable, available, and fought to make sure we got the home of our dreams. The issues arose around the financial aspect of the sale. Pulte ordered an appraisal 3 months prior to completion, before doors, flooring or countertops were installed, yet the appraiser valued the home exactly at list price - to the dollar! It is very difficult to get problems fixed using the service request section of the website. On several occasions it has taken multiple submittals to get any response from Celina Y. It shouldn’t take 24-48 hours to get something scheduled that’s way too long.

We closed 8/27/2024, moved in that same week. From the beginning we noticed a few itmes that were supposed to be taken cared of by our Construction Manager. The cans to our lighting were falling off, we had asked several times why they looked that way and he kept tallimg us he would push them back in place. when we moved in we figured out the were all missing a screw, they are all haing on by one screw. lets see how long they last. Pulte does a great job on the sales portion of the home. Their mortgage side needs some help in the communication department. We requested a short closing ( approximately 30 days). The constructions managers who handle their walk through's and punch lists, are less than to be desired.(Promised to fix things and we were "given their word that these items would be taken care of" only to find out that the want to wash their hands of you as soon as you sign all of your documents. Great buying experience, ok financing, poor construction management and trade selections.

Overall we are satisfied with our home but after living in it for a couple of months, we noticed some flaws with the finishes. Specifically, the paint on the doors and trim was not done completely and there are several nailheads sticking up that were just painted over when they should have been nailset and filled before painting. We have pointed this out to Pulte Customer Care representative Amy. So far they have not sent subs in to correct this. The quality shown in the model homes was not what we received in our new home . From the hvac to cabinets that we paid extra for , to the electricity . Just overall would not recommend Pulte to anyone .

We chose to build with Pulte because of the quality they promised. We loved working with our sales rep but our construction manager not only didn’t know what was going on, but flat out lied to us a number of times. We are two months in and still having to deal with warranty because of lazy craftsmanship. Most of our issues with the quality are cosmetic, yes, but every where you turn in the house has issues, the base boards, the paint, the door hardware, scratches on the cabinets (the most expensive cabinets they offer), countertops, toilets don’t flush, the list goes on and on.
