Pulte was helpful in choosing my home base on my price range I can afford to pay as a mortgage. They were willing to go above and beyond to help me secure my mortgage loan at reasonable rate. I really love my new home Pulte build and the building Engineer always come to my aid when I need him to address issues.

Quick and easy buying experience. The home I purchased was already built and ready to sell. The mortgage rate program was very helpful. Everyone I came into contact with was professional and made the process seamless.

Patrick was a superb salesman answered all questions. Joe was excellent construction manager who explained and showed the details of the mechanical parts of the house.

From the initial stages to the completion of the process, Josh has been exceptionally informative about the intricacies of the construction, instilling in me a great deal of confidence in my decision to purchase the home. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to guide me through every step of the way.

The Pulte Team at Potomac Shores Town Center is top notch! The stage was set by Jennifer, the sales person and followed up by an excellent experience with John, the project manager. I can not say enough good things about this team!! We have enjoyed working with Pulte more than we anticipated. Often, building and buying a home is stressful or the process experiences delays. Our experience with Pulte has convinced us that maybe building and buying a home can actually be a pleasant, even enjoyable experience. We have appreciated the honesty, responsiveness to our questions, the flexibility and understanding of our unique life as US Government employees who travel frequently, and the quality of workmanship and craft in the trades responsible for building the home. The construction manager and Pulte representative were always on the same page. The construction manager was brief but generous with his time. The inspections found only minor issues that were often resolved before the inspection report was submitted. I would definitely seek out a Pulte build for future investment or home-buying opportunities. I would also recommend Pulte to other government employees with unique lifestyles, as it is not often that realtors/builders understand the lifestyle and the impact of it on the home building and buying process, particularly the timelines we work under and the need to plan years ahead and do business from overseas. ... Over all my experience is great, only thing is mortgage part little hassle, they keep asking me pay stubs proof, I don’t have it, because it was direct deposit, bank statements seems not count for them, anyway, the house is beautiful and I love the design and materials.

I worked with Bryan, the construction manager, throughout the construction process. I appreciate Bryan's time and attention on my new home. He kept me updated on the progress of my home through emails and texts. After construction, he responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Pulte was wonderful in the home buying experience! All the sales consultants and construction managers were very helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a quick and easy experience with Pulte. Started the buying process at the end of November with a Pulte SPEC build and any concerns along the way we’re dealt with. Our construction manager switched right before close which couldn’t have worked out better. Although we only worked with her for a short period before close, I have had a wonderful experience with Jessica! She made all of our blue tape items disappear and has been a wonderful resource in the month since we’ve closed. Couldn’t be more thankful that I had a great first time home buying experience.

We shopped around before we decided to purchase a Pulte home. Compare with other builders Pulte offers better quality and design. We’re now moved into our new home for more than a month now. Pulte’s warranty service is responsive as well. Overall our experience with Pulte was great.

As a family moving to Virginia from out of state, Pulte and their quick move-in home buying process could not have been easier. The responsiveness of everyone on Pulte’s team was fantastic, and compared to our previous home buying experiences with other builders, my husband and I felt like our business was truly valued. Our project manager, Eddie, and his assistant, Noah, were very responsive to any superficial issue we found during our pre closing walkthrough and even spent five hours going through the house with us to make sure everything was perfect. Since our closing, Zach, in Customer Care, has been great at assisting with any follow up we needed.
