The service was great

Something’s went well while others could have been seamless !

Both the salesman and the Engineer did a fine job but Pulte Management sold me a property and is now trying to take a portion of this land. Not only I paid for the lot, they want me to take on liability for a section of this property to be used for the benfit of the community.

Bad experience, bad customer service, way overpriced, stay away and be aware!…

Sales and Construction reps are both good ppl and were very helpful and responsive.

Quick, smooth and easy trough the whole process

The Monica in sales was outstanding, the project manager overpromised and underdelivered, the customer service manager Rob has been great.

From the initial meeting Bobbette was truly helpful and supportive. She was knowledgeable and understanding. She checked in with me every step of the way. Mark and Rod were amazing. They were meticulous and were concerned with every detail in my walk through and checked after closing to ensure everything was up to standard. Truly a great team. They treated my home like it was their home.

Overall is okey better than other construction companies but still have issues and companies make shortcuts on materials/process but that's everywhere.

Builder for the home was outstanding in the quality and dedication they showed to making this home excellent. Loan process can be cumbersome. Staff is polite and will work with you through issues.

I recently purchased my first house with Pulte, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process, from selecting the floor plan to closing, was smooth and well-managed. The sales team was knowledgeable and guided me through every step, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. The construction quality is excellent, and the design options allowed me to personalize my home exactly how I wanted. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my new home and would highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a seamless home buying experience.

Mathew, Kim and Closing agent made the entire experience so smooth. We are very happy with our choice and it’s a wonderful community.

We purchased a spec home that was supposedly completed. Upon possession we found a bunch of issues that were not completed or poorly completed. Lots of paint, trim, glass, tile, paver, landscaping and other issues. Upon contacting them to correct I started getting the run around. In addition trying to work through their "warranty" dept has been an additional issue. I had to escalate these issues to get get any response and I'm still waiting after weeks for resolution.

The quality of materials , including the flooring and tiles are not great quality. Had a great experience with the sales rep and the customer service manager.

Buying a home is be a headache, but Bobbette and Mimi quickly settled my nerves and guided me through the process. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgable. 100 STARS for these young women. Danica, Bobbi and Mercedes at Pulte Mortgage put the icing on the cake. While my initial experience with Pulte Mortgage left a very very bitter taste in my mouth, these three professional women made all the difference and turned a very unpleasant experience into one of the most pleasant home buying experiences EVER!!! The building manager and associate were really helpful with this process. The sale’s associate were really accommodating. The location of Emory is in an amazing location where I don’t even need to drive to local grocery stores or restaurants. The style of the home is so beautiful. The best decision I made.
