The lack of input afforded to choose upgrades or make changes. Pulte will sell you an upgrade package with no chance whatsoever to make changes...very rigid system.

The experience was pretty good pre closing; once we closed on the house, getting timely responses from the Home Care Manager is frustrating at times. The Home Care Manager is having to fix workmanship issues that should have been addressed by the builder. The builder doesn't do a good job in paying attention to the final details just prior to the new owners moving in. All efforts 72 hours prior to the new owners moving in should be for the builder to go throughout the entire house to make sure everything is done right and to standard.

The home was delivered to me 6 weeks later than original closing date with so many problems. It is 8 weeks and I am still getting things fixed in the home. To give an example the door knows were placed on backwards and I was stuck in the bathroom for over 1 hour. I finally got the refrigerator and it is also broken . The floors were full of paint (fixed and cleaned they look great now). So many other issues who puts in a bath tub without sealing around it. The AC was broken. Among so many other issues. They are fixing everything but taking time from work is not conducive anymore

The handover of the house was very confusing as there were several changes in dates. And after the move, a leak appeared in the bathroom from the master suite to the bedroom downstairs and it has been 20 days without a solution, asking for a deadline for the tiles to arrive.

I love my home but my experience has not been good with getting answer from the project people on getting answers. I was not left any paint for touch ups and have asked everyone they tell me they will check into it but no response. I moved in on 8/13/2021 it has been 2 month with no answer I have spoken with Javier and Julie and nothing.

The onsite sales team were great to work with - very professional and helpful. They exemplify a brand of excellence. Kudos to the onsite sales team ! I cannot say the same with the construction side. My home was originally scheduled to close in June and eventually it closed near the end of September. I understood this was due to the sliding glass door and window parts being fabricated outside the USA as well as some issues with the distributor resulting in Pulte not being able to obtain the parts to finish the job as originally scheduled. My experience with the builder team was great. They always responded but there are things I guess are not in their control when it comes to trades. I have so much pending. So frustrating. My experience in that matter has not been the best. 30days after closing still chasing after to get trades to complete the punch list. I believe Pulte could do better with their process about building and completing.

Customer Care Great - Construction Not So Much

The construction product was not to standard or what I expected. However, so far, the Customer Care Team (Liz and Tim) have been doing their best to help me fix the numerous issues. I wish the construction and closing team would have done a better job to prevent so many issues post closing specially for an almost $500,000 home. I remain hopeful that all issues will be addressed more than 1 month later and no surprises as I live in my new home.

Both the salesman and the Engineer did a fine job but Pulte Management sold me a property and is now trying to take a portion of this land. Not only I paid for the lot, they want me to take on liability for a section of this property to be used for the benfit of the community.

Very happy with the house we customized. It took us one 13 months to finally close it from signature to signature. Pulte team very friendly and helpful… until closing. After closing you get to deal with customer care, which is almost inexistant. Every touch up they promised to fix after closing are still pending (5 weeks after closing).

Our sales agent, Zorinel, was great. We should have taken more time looking at all the options for lots and size of homes. But, at the end of the day we are happy with the floor plan we chose but we could have chosen a bigger lot. The construction process was very difficult not only because of the lack of people to work and lack of supplies but we had a very bad experience with the back sliding doors. Somebody screwed up big time with these. The doors were bigger that the frame of concrete and therefore they had to break the concrete to fit the doors. It took maybe 6 months for the doors ...

We love our home now but we still have a punch list that hasn’t been resolved. Communication during the process was terrible. Went through three different project managers. Constant delays and days with out any progress on home during the building stages.

The overall design of the community is great. However, the interior design of the units can be improved. Geometry and symmetry were not a priority for the designers. The have windows that are not centered on the walls or two windows with different distances from the edge walls, etc. The lighting design/installation follows the same. They were installed with very little thought. Finishes on paint, and sealers were also full of defects that I had to correct myself.

The built process started ok, the foundation was laid without letting me know, so by the time I learned about it, it was already laid so I missed the opportunity to see the first step. Then the whole process went as offered time wise but the materials and the workmanship has been poor, walls crooked and with lots of paint drippings and scratches, finishes with multiple problems, the cabinets in all kitchen and bathrooms of really poor quality and workmanship, crooked or scratched. We purchased a spec home that was supposedly completed. Upon possession we found a bunch of issues that were not completed or poorly completed. Lots of paint, trim, glass, tile, paver, landscaping and other issues. Upon contacting them to correct I started getting the run around. In addition trying to work through their "warranty" dept has been an additional issue. I had to escalate these issues to get get any response and I'm still waiting after weeks for resolution.
