Lousy product, house.

A lot of complaints on minor issues. Water damage and intrusion starting the first night we spent at the house. Sewer flooding the third day we spent at the house. Clogged main pipe that communicates the house to the outside. Downstairs floor inundated with sewer water. 3 days of Servpro, and Servpro machines in the house. Drywall demolition in almost 80% of the downstairs part of the house. Tile floor very unleveled also a considerable part to be demolished and replaced. Slow response, long wait for materials. Really a bad experience with Pulte Homes. Low quality product, house.

Beautiful finished product but . . .

We recently bought a new Pulte Townhome in Oak Tree in Oakland Park FL. There was the usual delays as expected with new construction. We are happy with the finished product. But buyer beware, there is virtually no sound proofing between the units. I have buyers remorse. We can hear our neighbors TV and hear them talk (mumble). Thankful we at least have an end unit. This is unacceptable. This is my 8th townhome and I never had this issue anywhere I have lived. I feel like I'm living in a 500k apartment. It's heart breaking.

the closing experience was not so good, from our keys being lost to not have a customer service rep reach out to us at all! Nevertheless the overall home quality was very good, but customer services is definitely an area of opportunity.

Pulte is overall great. Elli (Sales) is the best. She always kept us updated on how the house looked until completion. You can definitely count on her being there for you. Meredith (Designer) very knowledgeble. She went above and beyond helping us select the best options that suited our intent and budget. Brett (Field) was always realistic about the field constraints, and willing to take care of any issues identified.

I love my home but my experience has not been good with getting answer from the project people on getting answers. I was not left any paint for touch ups and have asked everyone they tell me they will check into it but no response. I moved in on 8/13/2021 it has been 2 month with no answer I have spoken with Javier and Julie and nothing.

Good overall experience! Sales Rep was fantastic! Very helpful and understanding. All processes went smooth except Pulte Mortgage’s underwriting dept was a nightmare. Took them forever to review docs and approve the closing. Builder did a great job. Overall, everything went good. Im happy with my new home. Thank you so much!

The materials are good quality, the workmanship sucks as well as the organization process. Different companies (not Pulte exactly) do different things like tile, paint, countertops, kitchen cabinets. That is normal when such a big company as Pulte hires subcontractors. But when it comes to the closing day you get chipped paint on the doors, baseboards, trims, your get not even paint on the walls, missed spots without paint or only one layer of paint instead of 2, missing silicone layers in the bathrooms (where they need to be), cracked sockets, cracked tiles, etc. Small touch-ups but still ...

The home came out ok, but all the little details such as painting, caulking and grouting were done very messy. I still have grout stuck in the middle of tiles that was never removed. I found that my guest tub was installed cracked and they tried to patch it up, this is unacceptable for a brand new home. Overall not a great experience for my first home.

The build quality of the home had many deficiencies like drywall finishes, nails in carpet, sliding windows very difficult to open and had missing clips, components not installed for smart home options etc. There were a lot of rework needed for my home which the responsive time to schedule the various vendors to address the deficiencies was long and drawn out. Overall my experience moving into my new home was not great.

I would say the price is too high for the quality of the materials. Given that is mass production, attention to detail is lost, but other than that people are attentive and fast to answer questions and solve any issues.
