We closed on the home and received our keys on 11/22/2022, No Pulte representative was at the close, located at the Pulte sales center at Oak Tree community. Only a Notary was present. We were not able to move into the home until 12/03/2022, because Pulte caused a leak to our two -story home when removing "used" washer and dryer on 11/23/22, that where found on our buyer inspection on 11/15/22. This in addition to other matters on our closing punch list have yet to be fully resolved and completed. There are numerous flaws in the construction and finishings in the home in general. Poor build quality, worst communication

I decided to go with all Pulte products (mortgage, insurance, title company) for my closing. I did this to make things “easier”. What I found is that all of the parties have poor communication that led to delays and inconveniences. Closing was pushed causing me to miss an international trip. The build quality continues to be an issue with no communication on when things will be resolved. Overall, I would not purchase a home from Pulte again.

We started the home buying process of our current home in September 2021. Due to delays, the closing was completed by September 2022. In between we had bad experiences after another with the on-site supervisors. During closing day we learned that the Certificate of Occupancy hasn’t been issued, and therefore closing had to be postponed. Since we were staying at hotel and we needed a place to stay, the office advised us to stay at hotel and they will issue a reimbursement for expenses. Bed quality of interior work, nobody cares to fox an issues, many promises to fox them but no one was done

Unacceptable delays, no sense of urgency, some low skilled sub-contractors, slow to correct problems

The buying process started out as expected, with our home estimated to be delivered in 7-9 months. The construction manager (CM) and sales team kept reinforcing that timeline until about the beginning of month 8. The home was finally delivered after 15 months due to our escalation after the moved the date monthly every month with hardly anything getting accomplished until February 2023 when we had enough of kicking the delivery one more month each and every month and had to escalate to the division president. Extreme disappointment with the sales process, lack of communication and poor quality of the construction especially given the price point for this house. It's as if they picked up workers off the streets and taught them how to use a hammer and a paint brush. I didn't have the opportunity to make any selections and/or changes to the options in the house. I was told it was all in by fhe sales person. Builder decided to have a bidding war on the lots when the market got hot and demand was high. So had to bid and pay a significant amount on what was previously a low premium for the lot. Worst experience ever

I already left a detailed experience review. Somebody was supposed to follow up, she called me once at the wrong time I scheduled a call with her at a good time for me, she never called at the schedule time and instead called two weeks later at the time I was at work again, I took her phone number to call her back. Called this person 3 times, left 3 voice messages to call me back. Never heard back from her. This sums up pretty much everything. Pulte is the worst builder, worst customer service and worst mortgage service!

Good morning, it is very difficult to get anything done. I have been in cassia since 5/26/2022. I still have items that are pending to fix. I still do not have internet connection, Pulte is not helping me to solve the problem. Please help me resolve these problems.

Our home buying experience was a train wreck, especially as we got closer to closing. It seemed to be first time any member of the Pulte team had gone through this process. Our sales agent was nowhere to be found, the field manager could not be reached, and the closing team was unaware that the home was incomplete on our scheduled closing day. On closing day, they were still cutting tiles to lay inside. We had a list of issues that were brought to the field managers attention over a month before closing that went unaddressed. The commercial sales work is excellent but when you are already inside the constumer care response and the administration consortium service is non-existent. a real shame and absolute lack of social responsibility to be a development company for families

I closed with so many outstanding items but grouped them overall into following categories: a.) Closing was delayed from December 2021 to March 31, 2022. This delay had cost me a few thousand dollars for board, lodging, and additional storage extra fees. b.) The appraised value was much lower than the sales price. Pulte construction refused to giving comps to at least cover the difference. The original comp I got is the same everyone got. c.) Lousy product, house.

A lot of complaints on minor issues. Water damage and intrusion starting the first night we spent at the house. Sewer flooding the third day we spent at the house. Clogged main pipe that communicates the house to the outside. Downstairs floor inundated with sewer water. 3 days of Servpro, and Servpro machines in the house. Drywall demolition in almost 80% of the downstairs part of the house. Tile floor very unleveled also a considerable part to be demolished and replaced. Slow response, long wait for materials. Really a bad experience with Pulte Homes. Low quality product, house.

The quality of construction is very very bad. Siting in the kitchen I hear toilet noise on the second floor. The cheapest materials and poor quality.
