Took 8 months to build which was longer that was told. Cost was high plus interest rate increase made it go up even more. It's a great house and we like it a lot, but it took a lot of sacrifice to purchase.

Our Pulte home building experience.

Our experience is this. Structurally, the house is great. However, the quality of the trade's workmanship is poor. For example, painters and crown/floor molding. Pulte took no steps to protect our LVP flooring. Leaving marks on the floors throughout the house. Stains on the carpeting. The painters were notorious for over-spray. Over-spray on floors and porches. Several other items not mentioned here.

No is held accountable for there work from drywall to tile and plumbing I will not buy another Pulte house.
