We absolutely love our new home and could not be happier with the quality of the finished product. Building a new home can certainly be stressful at times, but having someone like Donato overseeing everything made the experience so much better. We feel very fortunate that Donato was our foreman, and we sincerely appreciate everything he did to make our new home something we are so proud of. The communication from him as well as Pulte's updating emails with pictures was greatly appreciated. Thank you Pulte & Donato for making our new home such a wonderful & easy experience.

Home buying process needs work.

Pulte should never even offer this gawd awful exterior paint color. I ordered what I thought was a light gray but its actually light blue! When I picked the color I was shown colors blocks with the scheme...not what it actually looked like on the home. Its incredibly disappointing and I will need to have it painted. This was supposed to be my dreamhome but the color literally makes me nauseous

Overall, my experience with Pulte Builder for the Verdana subdivision was excellent made possible by the Construction Manager and sales consultant. Home was finished early and closing moved up one week. Unfortunately, my experience with Pulte Mortgage was totally unacceptable. Justin

The quality of the home, sales office, repairs & construction mgr is good/fine. However, ENI, many things are NOT included; such as a o/s garage door pad to open the garage (only included if you buy the $1,800 lighting package, which has nothing to do w/a door pad), no window coverings, to setup the Ring doorbell & video garage cameras, they want you to go through their vendors & pay more (& have monthly subscription), no ceiling fans, no epoxy garage flooring (unless you pay big bucks separately, as is the case w/most things), pest control-installed, but separate payment to use/activate, ...

Jared our construction supervisor was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we kept up to date with the building progress. He made sure the home was closed and cleaned up each and every evening. Brad also went above and beyond with any issues that needed to be taken care of during our walk through and any warranty issues. We had a few issues after moving in and they were immediately taken care of. The only suggestion we have noticed so far is there needs to be more plug outlets in the garage and there should be one in the main ...

We experienced a five stars departments and zero stars departments. After 2 months living in our new home I would suggest to pay more attention at the details inside the homes. Several works would have been made better.
