The quality of the home, sales office, repairs & construction mgr is good/fine. However, ENI, many things are NOT included; such as a o/s garage door pad to open the garage (only included if you buy the $1,800 lighting package, which has nothing to do w/a door pad), no window coverings, to setup the Ring doorbell & video garage cameras, they want you to go through their vendors & pay more (& have monthly subscription), no ceiling fans, no epoxy garage flooring (unless you pay big bucks separately, as is the case w/most things), pest control-installed, but separate payment to use/activate, separate fees for many electrical items (some w/a 3rd party vendor), when you use the "design Center" to pick out colors & items (fixtures/flooring, etc.), since they are on commission, not very helpful or fair or honest, if you don't go for expensive upgrades, shower/tub toiletry enclosures ENI (unless you pay extra, on & on it goes, etc., etc. w/that story for any "extras" & most items ARE "extras"). ... They don't verify the subs completed their work, so you are left with a bunch of problems.

Jared our construction supervisor was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we kept up to date with the building progress. He made sure the home was closed and cleaned up each and every evening. Brad also went above and beyond with any issues that needed to be taken care of during our walk through and any warranty issues. We had a few issues after moving in and they were immediately taken care of. The only suggestion we have noticed so far is there needs to be more plug outlets in the garage and there should be one in the main master closet. Landscaping (there is no ground cover before they install the landscaping. We have had to remove our landscaping and put the ground cover to prevent the grass and weeds.) The entire process from initial purchase to final move-in was a great experience. We love our new home and we are extremely happy with the quality and value of our investment. Our construction manager was very responsive in addressing our questions and Pulte's quality assurance efforts prior to our move in, exceeded our expectations. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder?

What stands out most is the quality of the construction from foundation to finishing touches. Truly awesome my wife and I love our home. Any issues we had were quickly solved to our satisfaction

A great buying and delivery experience

Pulte did a great job throughout the entire home building process. Options and pricing was fully explained (no surprises), timelines were met and exceeded, and the communication from the on site project manager was consistent and thorough. A 10 out of 10 on the home build!

Process was ok, some frustrations, some very good communication, some not so good communication. Nothing special, I expected more from Pulte

Purchased two homes in Solis Grande Bonita Springs Florida. Everyone that I met through the process was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to make it easy. I have purchased many homes in my lifetime and these 2 purchases were the easiest thanks to Pulte Homes.

We look at numerous builders, and would always come back to Pulte, very happy.

Was a good buying experience

Derek was extremely helpful with the buying process, particularly because we purchased our home while residing in a different state. Because of his willingness to take numerous photos and videos, we were able to choose a home that is perfect for our needs.

Joe in sales and Andrew the superintendent were great in all respects! We were somewhat dissatisfied with warranty issues. Our issues should never have been.

Joe our salesman was very responsive to any questions or inquiries. And Jared our construction manager was on top of any questions or concerns that we had.

We experienced a five stars departments and zero stars departments. After 2 months living in our new home I would suggest to pay more attention at the details inside the homes. Several works would have been made better.

Loved working with the salesperson Justin and construction manager Omar. They were both very attentive to my concerns and responsive to all issues. They made the process as easy as possible and helped in building a new home as smooth as possible.

I appreciate the whole Pulte team, Dylan and Donato were very kind and helpful throughout. Very thankful for my family’s first home in this great community Verdana.

We love our new home, but the process has had (and is still having) its moments of frustration. Didn't really feel that the sales team was super honest. We were pushed to sign our agreement with the insinuation that prices were going to go up and lots wouldn't be available if we didn't sign right away. They didn't and Pulte came out with a free pool offer and 50% off upgrades 2 weeks after we signed. We asked for a pre-drywall inspection, and had severe pushback. I was close to backing out of the deal and they finally allowed it. Getting a final inspection done prior to closing was difficult but manageable. We have multiple kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed with deep, visible scratches. Pulte agreed to replace them during our final walkthrough, but it has been almost 2 months with no replacements yet. Kitchen cabinet/countertop caulking cracked within the first week and was repaired quickly. The whole community was installed with the wrong size toilet seats. Picky I know, but we have already had to have one replaced because it broke a hinge due to the cantilever. They did replace the toilet seat extremely fast. My front door was missing one side of the seal. I should have caught this during the walkthrough but I think it was removed to touch up paint and never re-installed. We had zero say in the landscaping, which is laid out horrendously. Probably one of our biggest areas of frustration. The "fully mature" landscaping to cover the AC and Pool Units are not "fully mature". We have a pine tree placed directly in front of a window. Hardwood tree placed right next to the driveway. Other minor things we have experienced. Lack of an elevation survey provided to use for flood insurance purposes. It took weeks for USPS to recognize our address. Still having issues with 811 recognizing the address to come mark utilities. I will say that our construction manager was fantastic. He answered every question and walked me through the process along the way. I felt like he was on my team. Overall we love our house, we think that structurally it is well built. We think we got a decent value for the price paid. Pulte has been responsive on small things that needed to be repaired, but have not followed through on larger things as of yet. Their customer care process is easy, just annoying that you have to submit for every little thing. Dealing with things that should have been taken care of before closing is frustrating. ... More

Our experience was great. Both Derek and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a decent experience, only thing to keep in mind workers need to be a little more organized, less sloppy throughout the process with a bit more attention to detail. Also, cleanliness of the home before handling over to the homeowner should be a little bit better.

My buying experience was good from start ti finish. Dylan, my sales agent kept me in the loop. My punch list was handed in in a timely manor.

THe home is solid… I do not think the builder should carry the appliances brand of whirlpool. THe appliance are cheap junk and detract from the home. While My home was a spec home already built and furnished with the .appliance It was a negative that almost prevented me from buying thehome

Juli took a lot of time with us during the walk through to make sure we understood everything. He was great to us.

Pulte has provided me an incredible experience in building my home. Every step of the way, Gita and Omar and others have shown me compassion, empathy, joy, fun and professionalism. The communication was awesome. I have built four homes and this has by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Pulte for embracing me in Verdana Village. .
