My construction manager, Donato was wonderful to work with.- he thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure the subs completed everything to his high standards - he oversaw this like it was his own, which I much appreciated - even came and took pictures several times to send them to me as I was not able to see the building process as we commute from Ohio - A Plus Donato !

We have a great experience with Dillon at Pulte Homes. Last minute we decided to get a larger home after we left the area. Dillon hand selected one of the spec homes that was move-in ready. He picked a great location and send us videos. He didd a great job. I would recommend Pulte.

Our Construction Manager (GD) was fabulous. Great responsiveness and follow-up. He made sure that we were satisfied and he always had a “can-do” attitude. Pulte is lucky to have him!

We had a positive experience throughout the process. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and the process was smooth. We are very happy with our home!

Donato was excellent. He made sure everything was right and the way it should be. He actually took care of some details himself. He checked in with us on multiple occasions to see if everything was done. We felt like he went above and beyond.

Our experience with Pulte was great from beginning to end. Our project manager was responsive throughout the whole process and they met the timing of our date. Our biweekly photo updates were very helpful during the build bc we were out of state clients so even though we couldn’t be there in person to see the progress, the photos really helped. Pulte is a solid home builder and we would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Our dream of being in SWFL is now a reality!

The building process went smooth and everything turned out as expected. We reside in NJ and Dylan and Tiffany were amazing! Keeping us updated every step of the way with emails, calls and lots of pictures! Closing went smooth as well. Several very minor issues were quickly addressed by Tiffany. We are very happy with our new home in Verdana Village and highly recommend Plute!

Smooth build with constant communications

We first purchased a new Pulte home in the year 2000 in the Charlotte NC area. We loved our Pulte home, but then eventually moved out of the area. 24 years later and we purchased a new Pulte home in Fort Myers! Again, it was a great experience working with Pulte. We love their quality and workmanship.

Tiffany was great, strong attention to quality during the final inspection and delivered everything as promised. Answered all questions and met all of our expectations!

It's been a month since closing and we truly love our home and Verdana. Pulte has been very responsive and focused on creating a great client experience. Tiffany, our construction manager was amazing! She was through, methodical and knowledgeable.and is such an asset to her company. We were quite pleased with the choice of options and our overall design center experience. Thanks, Pulte, for a great experience and for building a home we can enjoy for years to come!
